• Ahmed (1/5): Unclean, scary place, and unbearable - Nothing Unclean, illigal selling of products was conducted in the lobby, they had a market in the lobby. The place is unbearable that I couldn’t even complete my stay, I checked out early, they promised I am entitled to a partial refund however the person at the night shift told me that refunds are the responsibility of the morning shift guy, they made me come all the way back the next day and the guy told me that their policy doesn’t support any of this.

• Shamshad (5/5): Passable - When I reached at the hotel reception Staff told me they Don't have any information about my booking ond more Guest has ghe same issue after 10 minitues they told me now they have information but I got surprised the reception staff told me I didn't pay for my booking I show him payment proof on Booking.com but he didn't accept the confirmation from the Booking.com after 15 minitues he told md they have got payment even I paid when I booked the hotel When I entered in the room the Aircondion was not working I came to reception snd complaints regarding the matter he send one electrician he said it will be cool after some time even after 3 hours Ac wasn't working when I reached at reception some more Guest has the same issue I asked at reception to change my room first they didn't get agree after so much argument when a Egyptian man came he changed my room Overall very bad experience

• Omar (1/5): Bad - Even though it took ages to get helped, the staff were friendly. The place where i finally stayed was good. I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. Upon arrival at 8 PM, after a long and exhausting day, I was informed that there were no available rooms. They directed me to a sister hotel in the area, but when I got there, the same issue occurred—they had no rooms either and sent me to yet another sister hotel. This entire process took an unreasonably long time and involved a lot of waiting. To make matters worse, despite being the only guest checking in at the time, it took about 15 minutes before anyone assisted me. Once the staff member finally began helping, it took them 20 mins in the first hotel and 30 mins in the second to come to conclusion they had no rooms. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and efficiency made this experience incredibly disappointing. This is not to be blamed at the staff but the organization/ system is what caused this issue.

• Arshad (1/5): Very Very Bad - Nothing. The room was not cleaned at all, after check in I moved the bed and noticed the food remains in the floor. The corridors was full of smoke. everywhere cigarette buds. it was a night mare to stay in this hotel with a 5 month old baby.
• Fazal (5/5): Only good thing is location of this hotel! - The property was close to Haram with a couple of pakistani restaurants near by - this is the only good thing of this hotel unfortunately. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The rooms weren't very clean, and the washrooms had an unpleasant odor. There was no room service, and I had to specifically request fresh sheets. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the rooms or corridors, only on the ground floor. The lifts were in poor condition, and I had to wait a long time to get one. Definitely room for improvement.

They have a buggy service that takes you near haram - if you looking for on the budget it’s great The facilities are basic and there could be some upgrading on certain areas such as bathroom and carpet but the rest is basic

We asked them that just refund our money. We would like to leave. They promised they will just charge us for a night but next day they refused to pay us back. Please never go to this hotel. My request to booking.com take them out of there list.

• Buniyaminu (2/5): It’s not worth the money except you only care about proximity - Proximity to the Mosque It was not a value for money, the TV was a very old school TV, the refrigerator was old, the Air condition was also old school, the bed was not flat, the WiFi does not work in the rooms only when you go to the reception.
• Nawras (1/5): Bad - One of the worst hotels I have ever been at. Everything needed maintenance, the hotel still had the evacuation sticker from the last inspection ans and they didn't think of removing it. Lifts were always full with long wait. The shared kitchen area was completely empty.

• Muhammad (7/5): I think, my stay was good. As I don't wanted to expect more, rather then nice sleep. - The staff members were really nice. I loved my stay and it's also close to mosque. it was simple or normal old fashioned room. I think one area can be significantly improved. The toilets were small as toilet and shower area were very close together. But the main issue is with drainage of the toilet, it was so annoying. Additionally, a good air freshener smells would also add a value in the hotel

• Inamurrahman (4/5): I can only want to mention that PLEASE appoint and professional staff and your check-In counters. - Please do not use same bed sheet for the new guest. I found used bed sheet in my room and used pillows cover. Room air conditioners are very old with bed sound. You have to improve your room condition and bed comforts. 😊The bell boy Shamim is very helpful and obedient.
