Guest Reviews
- Elizangela (10/5): -
- Crescenzo (9/5): Weekend in Hereford - Cleanliness. Quiet. Good information provided for the guest in the apartment booklet. The stairs to the bedroom were very steep. It would be impossible for anyone with a walking disability to climb or walk down the staircase.
- Laura (10/5): -
- Kath Rayson (9/5): - Lovely little apartment, well postioned in the town. Very clean. The stairs to the bedroom were very steep ans the toilet was downstairs. Unfortunately at our age, we need to use the bathroom through the night abs it was quite difficult at times to get down. On our last morning, my husband slipped on the stairs voming down and hurt his knee. Hopefully not too much damage some. Unfortunately, for that reason we wouldnt be able to stay there again but wouldnt hesitate to recommend to younger people.
- John (10/5): Great last minute booking for a short stay in Hereford - Close to town centre ,great price ,car parking across the street ,very clean, comfortable bed and all the implements you could possibly need for a lovely stay We managed to ok but someone with walking or a climbing disability might not up to the bed as I said we had no problem other than that we that property was fantastic for a short break.
- Nicala (8/5): Everthing you could need for a comfortable stay . - Great location absolutely spotless and everything you could need very enjoyable stay The stairs were very steep to bed and I think check out time was a little early but overall a fantastic stay .

- Michele (4/5): Curtains or a blinds are needed. - The apartment had a well equipped kitchen.
The apartment was modern.
The shower room was a good size. There were no curtains or blinds.
The apartment was next to a 24 hour car park which had bright lighting that shone directly into the apartment. The apartment was flood lit all night and this made sleeping difficult.
Also no curtains or blinds meant lack of privacy. You could see people getting into their cars from the bed!
- Rachel (9/5): My stay was amazing and I would definitely book again - The location was amazing and parking was directly opposite which was perfect. The blind had fallen down in the high window on arrival so I couldn’t shut the light out. But I still slept so not an issue
- Allan (10/5): -
- Clare (7/5): Great property in a central location. - The property was in an excellent location, very convenient for everything I needed. It was clean, well equipped and had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. It was easy to find and the access instructions straightforward. The stairs up to the mezzanine where the bed was were very steep and precarious. I ended up not carrying my bag up. I think they would be unusable for less able or older guests.
The windows only opened about an inch. I happened to visit in a heatwave so the property was unbearably hot and I didn’t manage to get much sleep as a result. I don’t think this would be an issue in normal temperatures but in late 20’s / 30’s it was uncomfortable.
- John (9/5): A comfortable, pleasant stay. - everything was fine. No complaints
- Emma (10/5): Lovely little place for a few days away. - Everything really nice apartment close to all amenities and parking right opposite. I couldn't open the window was hot and stuffy.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Martina (8/5): Accommodation was 👍 -
- Kellie (10/5): Amazing communication from the host to gain access to the property. Central to everything you need. Lovely modern plac - Very close to center. Lovely and warm property. Spotlessly clean good facilities in the kitchen everything you need for a few days away The bed was a little uncomfortable.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Alix (9/5): Excellent, great space for a cosy stay - Communication from host about accessing property was clear and accurate, and easy to follow. The apartment itself is lovely and as it appears in the photos. It's a cute and quiet mezzanine space with cosy sleeping area. Kitchen had plenty of crockery/ utensils/ appliances - you could easily stay here for a while and have everything you need. This is nit-picking really, but the window blinds were hard to reach. Also, the option to have slightly dimmer lighting in the sitting area would be lovely.
- Andrew (9/5): Great location - Great flat in an ideal location. Recommended.
- Charlotte (9/5): Comfortable central flat. - Excellent location, central and opposite carport. Unusually well equipped flat. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Sofa. Excellent kitchen. Bed is on mezzanine up steep steps - they are safe with good grip and banister each side, but not great for us older people. No bedside table or light on one side of bed. Window very high up so can’t see out.
- Lamia (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (9/5): Great location, great communication and comfortable stay! - Excellent location, really clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy too. The apartment was very hot even with the fan provided, and the sofa too small for two people to sit comfortable. May also be good to have a recycling bin.
- Colin (6/5): Small and imperfectly formed - The steps to the bed are nearly vertical. No good for older people.
The window is more than 7 foot from the floor. We had to climb on the kitchen worktop to open it and open ior close the blind.
The mezzanine bedroom area for very hot and we had to use the fan provided all night even with the window open.
All doors in the building slam and bang when closed.
The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen area is very good. The TV was good, lighting was good.
The apartment seems to be designed by someone who would never have to stay in it. Please see above
- Sam (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffrey (5/5): Would not recommend. - The bed in the loft was unbelievably small and uncomfortable. I'm a 6 foot male and my feet were hanging off the bed. The mattress felt like laying on springs. Don't be cheap - just buy a good size comfortable mattress.
The bathroom had one roll of toilet paper.
The walls in the flat are very thin. Noise could be heard throughout the building all day - doors slamming, people walking, etc.
- Peter.genius (3/5): A totally inappropriate apartment for older people - It was clean and close to city centre and parking. There was no indication when we booked that the apartment is totally unsuitable for older people : we had to drag 2 suitcases up a flight of 20 steps then down 8 steps. ( we are 69 and 75 years old) . The picture supplied suggested an open staircase to the bed, but it was more like a ladder. Extremely difficult to manage. There was no information in the room, eg how to open windows (far too hot) and no booklet to help, despite a notice saying there was. The person we phoned for help did not seem to know anything.
- Claudia (9/5): Excellent and would always come back! - Very nice decor, clean, functional and comfortable and good location! Nothing
- Connor (9/5): Superb - We liked having easy access into the town centre for emergencies.
We liked the spacious living room kitchen area for a small place.
We liked the quirky design of the stairs in the apartment.
We liked having plenty of facilities within the apartment provided for us by the owner.
The apartment was very clean and nicely presented to us on our arrival. Both smoke alarms kept on beeping every few seconds and both of us were unsure about how to turn them off throughout our stay
- Debbie (6/5): Nice place to stay - The place was big clean and had everything we needed The stairs as they were a funny shape and the banging of the doors from other people starting at 5am went on for around 20 mins but everyone seem to let doors go and they made bit bag no one cared what time it was and I also got the feeling that people just left prams out in hall way car seats when this should not happen to to fire risk but the room it’s self was nice but we needed car parking so would not book again as car parking was £8.60 for 24 hours x 3 so that is nearly £30 also when we left there was cot been taken down car seat and black bag right near door on way out this needs looking into
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Location, cleanliness facilities, WiFi The stairs to the bedroom were very steep and going to the loo in the middle of the night was daunting
- Ian (8/5): Very good. - Quiet. No traffic noise. Close to central city. Steepness of the staircase a worry especially at night.
- Alyson (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was ideal for location, close to shops and pubs. Everything that we needed was in the apartment and very clean and comfortable
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (9/5): Highly recommended if your fit enough for the ladder to the bedroom! - Almost 10 out if 10.
Good position in Hereford Town centre. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Had to stand on a chair to close the blind or open a window.
Stairs is hard work as its nearly vertical.
Sofa could do with being a bit bigger.
Got a little hot in the bedroom lol.
No chopping board..
- Clements (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvette (9/5): Great place to stay for a couple - It was in an ideal location and perfect for our needs.
- Lawrence (9/5): Superb - Location, cleanliness, comfort Steps, bathroom far from bedroom
- Nneamaka (8/5): Very good -
- David (5/5): OK - Handly for city centre. Well presented. Parking easy The mezzanine bedroom was difficult to access and hot
- Phil (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (7/5): Good - Nice, compact bolt hole. The kitchen isn’t that well equipped - most of your basics but no chopping board, measuring jug, roasting dish etc The kitchen isn’t that well equipped - most of your basics but no chopping board, measuring jug, roasting dish etc.
The stairs to the bed are Steep - not suitable if your even slightly unsteady on your feet
- Anonymous (8/5): Nice apartment, would stay again. - Great location, quiet apartment, very clean. Couldn’t open windows, it got quite hot.
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Location was brilliant, with parking right opposite and shops bars and restaurants nearby Stairs to bed a little steep
- Tom (8/5): Very good - The apartment was the perfect escape for the weekend, it has everything you could need and more and is situated in the perfect location for walks, restaurants and shopping.
- Glenda (10/5): Exceptional - The whole apartment. Excellent Nothing
- Will (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harmer (8/5): Very good - Very practical and central for visiting Hereford Very high window and stairs, rather sleep
- Nh (8/5): Hereford pad - Clean and tidy just right for a long weekend. Centrally placed close to bars and restaurants. Parking was easy in multi storey across the road. Steps to bed like a ladder , so would only recommend for people who are fit
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacki (10/5): Clean, modern great value apartment. - The convenience for town and the layout of the apartment. N/A
- Luis (9/5): Great location and excellent property - Great location No onsite parking
- Valerie (9/5): Superb -
- Isabelle (9/5): Very good place to stay for work. Will stay here again. - Overall, a lovely studio flat in the centre of Hereford. Parking was easy at the car park across the road. The kitchen facilities were very good and the place was comfortable. The window was open when I arrived and I couldn't work out how to close it (or open/close the blinds) as I couldn't reach.
- Luis (9/5): Great apartment great location - Great location and facilities
- Lauren (10/5): Beautifully presented and well equipped studio - I stay in a lot of studio/one bed apartments for work and this is one of the best I have stayed in. Beautifully clean and the layout is well thought out (I liked the steep steps - I don’t really see how it could have been done differently without losing space in the living/kitchen area). Very comfortable furniture, quiet and access was easy. The only thing I found difficult was the height of the windows for opening and closing. There is a small step stool provided but it wasn’t quite high enough for me (I’m 5’7) - perhaps a little set of steps. I didn’t want to leave the windows open when I was out, but for some people this might not be a problem!
- Juan (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean and modern. The stairs are a bit steep.
- Shauna (10/5): Apartment was very clean and easy to get too, loved the location would 100% book again. - The location was perfect. There’s a carpark opposite which we paid £16 for 3 days, and then less than a 2 minute walk away you have all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was easy to get too and very clean inside. The stairs in the property are very steep, if your slightly older or have problems with your knees or walking up steep steps i don’t think this would be the best place to stay.
- Steven (8/5): Great location - Good value, nice apartment. location is very convenient for pubs , restaurants and shopping. Car park opposite £7 for 24 hours. Very steep stairs to the bedroom
- Fergus (8/5): Comfy, well-appointed and convenient for town centre - highly recommended. - Excellent location for town centre. Smart inside and well thought out facilities. Nice bathroom and good shower. Good communication re key. Very comfy bed and quiet. Roomy. Good cooker and big fridge. Milk sachets in sink, tea and coffee, salt and pepper. Excellent wifi and nice smart TV. I would definitely stay again. Although you have to pay £7/day for parking, the car park is literally over the road. No chopping board. The staircase to the bedroom is precipitous (alternating left and right footpads rather than steps) which I think people with arthritis or poor balance might struggle with. Hit my head on the bedroom beam twice but I'm a (five foot 11) idiot.
- Anamaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anamaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): cosy, warm but pricey - nice and warm. very comfy. starting to get more expensive now. it used to be in line with hotel rates.
- Anamaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): apartment 7 not as good as apartment 5. - convenient and warm bathroom was a bit dirty (hairs around the toilet area). Blinds too high to open/close. Bed was in a weird position - not good for my vertigo ( bed location was better in Apartment 5 ).
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room.
