• Violeta (1/5): - Pai nu am ce sa zic dacă sa anulat rezervare în ziua în care trebuia sa fiu cazata ⭐ 1/5 — O experiență dezastruoasă! Trebuia să fim cazați aici, iar cu doar 3 ore înainte de check-in am fost anunțați că rezervarea a fost anulată de către proprietar. Plata fusese făcută încă din luna iunie, iar pe data de 20 octombrie am primit toate codurile de acces și informațiile pentru cazare. Cu toate acestea, pe 21 octombrie, la ora 10 dimineața — în timp ce nouă ne mai rămăseseră doar 100 km dintr-un drum total de 900 km — am primit mesaj că rezervarea este anulată. Ni s-a stricat aniversarea și întregul concediu din cauza lipsei totale de profesionalism și respect față de clienți. Nu recomand nimănui! O mare dezamăgire! Atașez poze după conversația avută cu proprietarul

• Kelly (7/5): Beautiful apartment once you get passed the disgusting entrance. - Apartment was beautiful and modern The entrance into the building is disgraceful and disgusting.
• Guest (10/5): Lovely stay in budapest as friends travelling! - Lovely apartment in a good location of the city! Some problems with the wifi originally but the host sent someone over to fix it ASAP and it was working great afterwards.
• Axel (5/5): Tiny worms in the shower - Well located close to the city center We found small black worms in the shower which kept coming back. After our request to leave a day earlier was denied, we asked for clorox for the bathroom but that never arrived either.

No hay que dejarse llevar por la entrada del edificio que está muy sucia y vieja… el apartamento es otro mundo. Todo funciona a la perfección. Volveremos sin duda!!! Muy recomendable

Obiekt usytuowany jest w obskurnej kamienicy, na korytarzu przy wejściu śmierdzące śmietniki i krople krwi, stłuczona i niesprzątnięta szyba od windy, a pod drzwiami apartamentu prezent w postaci psiej kupy!!! Straszny brud. Sam obiekt jest nie do końca wykończony. Zwisające kable w sypialni, i nieizolowane kable pod szafką w łazience. Dziury w ścianach. Poza tym czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pajęczyny i pająki na suficie. Niedziałająca roleta w małej sypialni.

• Dvir (9/5): Superb - Great service - immediate response Great location Apartment facilities and overall clean like toilets and floor * Ciel is a little bit unclean with spider webs * There were hanging wires for bedside lights, but no actual lamps installed, so we couldn’t use them * No AC in the 2nd room - only on living room and the "parent bedroom"

• קרן (5/5): not suitable for family more than four people - The house is lovely, the rooms were big and there are 2 bathrooms the house was not equipped for 5 people as booked. there were only 4 high chairs so one of us had to eat standing. there were no bowls nor enough glasses, and not enough toilet paper for five people contacting the owner, on the first day, to make the necessary adjustments, got answers that they will come but didnt, at the last day of stay got a chair...see pic...

• Phillippa (8/5): An enjoyable stay - We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment for 11 nights. The apartment is bright and spacious for 2 persons. The location is good, with many of the cities attractions within a 30 minute walk. It has good access to tram and metro stations. The kitchen is well equipped for 2 people to cook simple meals There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment. Having the bathroom and additional toilet was very useful. Communication with the owner was excellent. Helpful and quick to respond There were a couple of maintenance issues in the second bedroom which the owner has been advised of and is going to resolve. As per other reviews, the entrance to the building is often overflowing with rubbish which is off putting but is not within the owners control.

• Olga (10/5): Highly recommended - Stylish, comfortable, good location. Outside common area is a bit old and needs renovation and we understand this is not the responsibility of the apartment’s owner. It was a draining smell from the bathroom but it is fixable. Also would be great to have a coffee machine in the kitchen like Nespresso or similar.

• Jasser (8/5): Very good - I Like how clean and renewed some utility are weak and not good quality like the kitchen sink nozzle. And no napkins all toilet paper. And the main bathroom have a really stinky smell very bad.

The amenities could be a bit improved for the price of the apartment. Like shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and a coffee machine in the kitchen would really be appreciated. Also an ironing board to accompany the iron.
• Florencia (10/5): Exceptional - It was spotless, super comfortable, clean and comfortable. It is not a criticism , but in budapest they use to leave the rubbish in the building, so it makes the hall a little bit dirty.
