• Jessica (10/5): Amazing! - Amazing property in an amazing location, 2 minute walk to the O2, shops all around, views of the river are second to none, spent most my time on the balcony watching the cable cars and boats go down the river!

• Alice (10/5): We were left stranded by another Booking.com property manager, and needed to find somewhere to stay short notice. We boo - Clean and tidy, comfortable and warm. Smart apartment with good views and in nice building.
• Spamhead (10/5): Fantastic stay near the O2 - Prompt pick up when we arrived and shown to our apartment. Owner messaged over details for WiFi etc quickly. I had a few questions which I raised to him and they were answered promptly. Excellent location for our two concerts at the O2. Great views. Comfy bed and sofa. Great bath and shower. Kitchen well equipped with a big fridge and dishwasher. Access to rooftop garden was great. WiFi was crazy fast. TV channels were very good and loads of choice. Overall an excellent stay and we would definitely look to stay again. The only things missing I'd say was a cloth and tea towel for the kitchen and a tray when using the oven setting. None of which we couldn't live without!

Jeg forstår at det må koste noe å få nøkkel utenom fastsatt tid, men dette burde vært informert om før jeg booket og prisen burde vært lavere enn 60 pund. Sette registered helhetsopplevelsen for meg

• Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely suite to stay in, was absolutely perfect for a visit to the O2.
• Cybulska (10/5): Amazing location, beautiful view from balcony, great for short stays. - I loved how close it was to everything, for example a grocery store. The room was very bright and comfortable for a short stay, the view from the balcony was also very stunning. Overall, very good location! The lack of basic toiletries like shampoo and soap, but I understand that not everyone provides those. Although it could be very useful for people who stay at this property for short amount of time and don't wanna bring their own.
• Alicia (2/5): Very poor - Location to the 02 The staff gave us a check in window of 3-7pm. We told them we were expecting to arrive from 4-5pm. When we had a train delay we let them know immediately our arrival time would be 6-7pm instead (still in the window). They replied that they had no one to meet us. After calling booking customer service they said they would meet us. Some random guy showed up to give us keys and instructed us not to use concierge in the building. The whole thing seemed shady. The room was dirty, a dead fly was on the coffee table. They left 1 roll of toilet paper and no extra in the room. The bed was awful you could feel and hear the springs when you sit down. Even the walls were dirty. Very disappointed, would not recommend staying here.

• Mark (2/5): Avoid - The only good thing about this is the location close to the O2 Getting charged for late “check in” surely it up to a guest when they arrive. Paying £45 a day parking fee for a permit from 2022 for a different parking area. Being told not to speak to concierge by the guy that met us with the key because they will be charged. Handed over cash and promised receipt on check out which did not happen. Apartment was dirty marks all over the walls with bacteria growing in bathroom all around bath, toilet roll holder also broken. Bed sheets all bobbly and stained mattress full of springs and dipped in the middle and simply not up to an expected standard. Pretty obvious this is a sub let situation and not checked with booking.com. Wish we could upload more photos. Listing is not correct (where is the jacuzzi) Also hair left in the bath. Stains in toilet bowl mould all over the celling fans two children’s forks also burn marks in coffee table considering no smoking allowed. Not worth the money. We are not happy at all! £620 for 2 nights there is a lot better out there for this.

• Yin (9/5): Well-connected location with lovely view of the Thames - 1. Location - 5mins walk to tube, bus, O2 (which had many restaurants and shops), Tesco Express 2. Cleanliness - flat and furniture was new and clean 3. Customer service - property manager met me on arrival to handover the keys and walkthrough the flat and how to use equipment. He was also contactable on Whatsapp for any issues and responded quickly, very nice person 4. If you open the balcony door, you can enjoy free concerts at O2 🤣 But doors and windows had good sound-proofing once you close it 1. No access to the facilities - I stayed for 2 weeks as I was moving to London but did not have access to the gym, pool, etc. 2. Value - I decided to pay the higher price as photo of bedroom showed direct views of Thames however it was for another flat. I informed property manager of the mix-up; hopefully they change it. This unit had partial view of Thames.

• Ian (10/5): A most enjoyable and satisfying stay. - There is not a single thing that we can say we like more than the other. We liked and enjoyed it all.
• Lisa (9/5): Perfect 2 night stay for a trip to the O2. - The location was perfect. 2 min walk from the O2 arena. More towel could be readily available at the property as there were 2 of us and only one small hand towel and a medium towel for a 2 nights stay. This was rectified when we contacted host but it took 12 hours from the initial message to receive them.
• Julie (8/5): Lovely place - Lovely contemporary apartment. Great location, minutes walk to O2. Could be a little better equipped. Normal sized forks, no drinking glasses, no spatula or chopping board. Lovely balcony but needs a small patio set.

• Brogantatexo (7/5): Modern, safe and a great location (with a few improvements needed!) - I liked the modern furnishings, how safe it felt and that it had everything I needed in terms of equipment in the kitchen, bath, table, sofa/TV and washing machine. The balcony was also nice but it's missing some outside seating. The location was amazing, right next to the Cable Car and O2. The owner had good communication and texted to check in halfway through my stay. The shower was a little broken but still worked, there was no full-length mirror, and both the sofa and bed were uncomfortable. The pillows are very flat. The TV wasn't tuned so I couldn't watch/use it. I also found it confusing to find the owner (even on the phone trying to navigate me), the listing said block 7 but my apartment ended up being in block 4 which wasn't clear. I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed my stay overall, but probably wouldn't pick it again in future.

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was fully equipped with everything, walking distance from Uber boat and o2. Right by the river. Amazing view. Lots to do. Great for a romantic/ fun staycation. No seating on the balcony. Is the only thing it was missing.
• Harry (10/5): Like a home from home, but luxurious! - The property was decorated lovely, and was exceptionally clean! Amazing balcony with a view of the river and the 02. We were staying for a concert and could walk there within 2 mins - amazing location! Staff were so helpful and friendly, 100% would recommend! Nothing at all.
• Shaquille (10/5): Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we highly recommend it. - The apartment is delightful and contemporary, providing a fresh and impeccably clean atmosphere. The host was extremely kind and dedicated, taking the time to give us a thorough tour. The location is exceptionally convenient, with a mere one-minute walk to the O2 Arena, a two-minute walk to the Uberboat, and the Emirates cable car situated right next to the building. Nothing, it was perfect!

• Anonymous (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient. - it was very comfortable and clean. Spacious and really nice view. Beds were comfortable and clean. Living room was very nice and sofas were good. Close to O2 Arena. so it was very convenient for us. I cant think of any downsides
• Caryl (1/5): AVOID THIS APARTMENT - it is very nasty and does not warrant the £200 per night. - Lcation -brown drip stains on entrance wall -dirty stained fridge with leftover food in -dirty kitchen counter top & knives stand -kettle with limescale in -chopped mug in cupboard -stained sofa -brown stains on white sheet -brown stained master bedroom carpet -limescale shower head / hinges on shower door -cheap & yellow stained flat mattress -one bedside lamp not working -conflicting policies to that on booking.com -as a host he didn’t introduce himself -didn’t have keys to property so we had to wait -when we highlighted all the issues, his reply was that “it was an apartment not a hotel, we cannot expect to be perfect”… Conclusion - this place should be avoided. We ended up sleeping in our coats. If an earlier guest a month ago experienced the same issues as us and there has still been no effort to rectify, then they clearly are not fit to rent out to guests. plus Booking.com should be mindful too of representing such a property. Such a shame as the apartment itself was modern and stylish, hence why we picked it. The apartment just lacked that quality attention to detail.

• Stella (9/5): Amazing view very clean. lack some things you may expect to be provided in self catering places of this standard. staff - We did not stay at this exact property as it had an issue but we were upgraded for the same price to a 2 bed apartment provided by the same company. The property was very clean, tidy and well presented. We were met and shown to the property and this went very well. No curtains at the bedroom window so don’t stay here if you need it dark at night to sleep. No hair dryer was available which was a shame as most other things you may need were there. The kitchen facilities were a bit limited too no chopping board, no egg cups, no grater, no tea towel.
