• Serkan (9/5): - Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön mit so einer Aussicht steht man schon ganz anderes auf und starten den Tag voller Freude jedes Zimmer hat Blick auf den See Balkon und Terrasse sehr viel Platz ideal für Familie W LAN und die Treppen zur Wohnung für ältere Menschen eventuell anstrengend wer fit ist kein Problem

Grande disponibilité de Nicolas pour consignes d’arrivée et de très bon conseil. Volet cassé dans l’une des chambres. Réparateur présent à notre arrivée, qui n’a pas su solutionner le problème. Qu’elle déception pour un appartement vue lac!!! Peu de plats de cuisson pour cuisiner. Pas de micro-ondes. Salon de jardin vieillissant.
• Alessandra (9/5): Fantastico - Appartamento bello spazioso e accogliente per due persone, ampio terrazzo lungo quasi tutto l’appartamento (tranne dietro perché c’è il muro) con ampio giardino. Ottima la possibilità di pranzare/ cenare all’aperto durante l’estate, noi siamo stati una settimana a gennaio ma è stato comunque bellissimo. Accogliente, completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici che servono, pulito e a 20 minuti dal centro di Como, comodo il centro commerciale lì nelle vicinanze e le fermate dell’autobus sono esattamente davanti l’appartamento. Esperienza positiva👍🏼 Unica pecca il prezzo, leggermente un po’ alto secondo noi per una sola settimana❌

• Hamad (7/5): إقامة جميله تستحق التكرار لكن بتقليل عدد ايام الاقامه ( يومين- ثلاثة أيام ) مناسب - نظافة المكان من الداخل والخصوصية، توفر آلة غسيل الملابس وبعض ادوات المطبخ، المكان مرتب ومزين ب ديكورات جمالية لطيفه بعيد عن الخدمات والمطاعم، عدم توفر وسائل النقل و التوصيل في الموقع سواءً للطعام أو للركاب مثل أوبر أو أي سائق خاص. عند الدخول للشقه يوجد رائحه ليست جيدة.

• Lars (6/5): - Größe, Parkmöglichkeit und Lage Möbel sind extrem billig und die Sauberkeit hätte besser seien können. 10€ pro Tag für einen Kinderstuhl, der 14,99€ bei Ikea Deutschland kostet, ist frech. Auch wenn nach Diskussion der Preis storniert wurde.
• Sapir (1/5): Stay away from this place! - The view is amazing, but other than that everything is soooo bad! Stay away! This place doesn’t look like the pictures at all! When we arrived nothing worked as expected, the refrigerator didn’t close, the WiFi didn’t work and they didn’t fix it, the dishwasher wasn’t closing, we were 5 people and they prepared only 4 beds, we got the apartment 1.5 hours late!! Also You need to get everything by yourself in the kitchen (salt, oil, very basic stuff) They provide with minimal amount of coffee, toilet paper, and when we asked for more they said they don’t provide for more. We left the apartment a day early since we didn’t want to stay there for another minute

• Nicole (8/5): - Het uitzicht is fantastisch ook al ligt het appartement aan een erg drukke weg isoleren de ramen het geluid goed maar dan moeten ze wel dicht.Er is voldoende airco. Een erg fijn terras met tuin om het appartement heen. De bushalte is voor het appartement en met de bus ben je zo in Como. We kwamen in het weekend aan en dan is de auto parkeren lastig omdat de parkeerplaats voor het appartement een openbare parkeerplaats is. Op werkdagen konden we wel op de parkeerplaats bij het appartement parkeren.

• Mykola (4/5): Disappointing - Great placement, very nice view, the town is wonderful if you`re ok with walking a bit. First of all, the check in was very strange. We`ve been told to visit the office and i thought we`re going to get the keys there, but the guy just showed me a PDF file for how to enter the apartment. Complete waste of time, i don`t get why we needed to do that. The last night the heating stopped working and we were left with no hot water, which wouldn`t be much of problem if A/C remotes weren`t taken.

• Sylvia (10/5): Excellent location, great views! - The views were amazing! We also really liked the comfortable beds and a parking possibility and a terrace with possibility to eat outside. Also, a sooner check in possible for us. We took the bus to the center, the bus stop is just across the entrance. We had a issue with hot water on one day, but the owner of the appartment was really helpful and fixed it the same day.

• Brett (8/5): It was a relaxing three nights and we were glad to have found this place! - Beautiful waterfall close by! Convenient walking route under highway to get to village below the highway and you can walk down to the lake. Property has beautiful elevated view of the lake. It’s a large unit with spacious living room and 2 large bedrooms. Deck would be good during the summer. It has a washer/dryer. It’s right above the main highway so there is traffic noise. Also it’s a little tricky sometimes to turn onto the highway from the parking area as the traffic passes at high speed. Not too many dining options close-by.
• 222012710399012 (7/5): an experience - the view was spectacular, the town of moltrasio is charming and historic- the nearby passalaqua hotel is magnificent- the apartment was big, nice terrace and garden- dishwasher-washing machine extremely noisy- because directly on a busy street - it only calmed down in the night - sometimes hard to find parking - bathroom has mold - the mirror in the bathroom has a crack - in total cheap ikea furniture - the kitchen table unstable like the rental agency myhomeincomo ! terrible and not to recommend-had a bad experience before all they are interested is making their commission.
