- Christina (7/5): It was a good stay, just no elevators. - The view was good of Grand World. I had one little minor inconvenience where I had to stay in a smaller room than booked, I was changed to the next room the next day. Also, no elevators and I have knee issues.

- Munira (10/5): A Pleasant Stay - The room was very spacious with 2 seater sofa. It located on the upper floor of a coffee shop. The landlady and all the staff are very friendly and helpful though they dont speak much english but translator does help. Near the bus stops for shuttle bus to vinwonders and vin safari, water taxi station is at the back of the next building, bamboo architecture is just across the road, near the near museum and night markets. 1. No elevator, so climbing the stair can be stressful and tiring. Be Mindful especially for the elderly. The staffs help carry our luggage to the room at level 2 and level 3.

- Mike (9/5): No credit card payments. - Hotel does not accept card payments and does not provide receipts for payment. No elevator on site. Well situated, close to main areas of Grandworld and close to the free bus stops to the airport and other Vinworld areas.
- Minh (10/5): Very pleasant experience at Grand World. - Very convenient location, so close to all the activities that we enjoyed. Staff was very helpful. Make sure you eat banh cuon for breakfast/brunch, fresh made everyday, they were gone fast.
