• Sebastiano (1/5): Appartamento bello, esperienza pessima e gestore in cattiva fede. - L'appartamento è assolutamente corrispondendente alle foto e molto pulito. Incuriosito dalla mail ricevuta all'atto della prenotazione che specificava che l'aria condizionata fosse solo nella stanza da letto e da alcune recensioni negative, ho chiesto espressamente se l'appartamento fosse riscaldato (via piattaforma perché al numero indicato non rispondono mai, nemmeno negli orari indicati). Mi è stato risposto, testualmente "Si tratta solo dell'aria condizionata. Le ricordiamo che come da normativa vigente, il riscaldamento potrà essere accesso solo dal 15 ottobre." A quel punto, considerando che il riscaldamento da normativa sarebbe stato spento ma il condizionamento era presente nella stanza da letto, ho dato seguito al soggiorno. Arrivato all'appartamento in realtà ho constatato che era stato tolto il telecomando del condizionatore e pertanto lo stesso era inutilizzabile. Ho scritto subito alla struttura chiedendo del telecomando e specificando di averne bisogno per motivi di salute. Solo il giorno dopo mi è stato risposto che: "Sul sito viene menzionata l'aria condizionata con il simbolino del fiocco di neve, che viene usata durante la stagione estiva per il raffreddamento." Che onestamente come risposta fa un po' ridere considerando che sulla piattaforma non sono presenti e non si utilizzano le icone delle altre modalità di funzionamento quali deumidificatore (goccia) e sola ventilazione (ventola). Ma soprattutto, la cattiva fede del gestore nasce dal fatto che io ho contattato la struttura proprio per chiedere su questo specifico punto e, esattamente come mi hanno detto che il riscaldamento a norma di legge non sarebbe stato acceso, mi avrebbero potuto avvertire che il condizionatore non sarebbe stato utilizzabile. Note negative: per andare dalla stanza da letto al bagno bisogna passare dalla cucina/soggiorno e l'assenza di cuscini supplementari (quelli in dotazione sono molto bassi)
• Karina (10/5): The best apartment: cozy and safety - The best apartment, where it is quiet, safe and beautiful! Everything is clean, every room is cozy, there is all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is a stunning balcony to watch the sunset. The apartment has a modern and cozy interior. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly. I really liked the house and the yard, it is safe. The online check-in is excellent. You can walk to the Unipol Forum and the metro station. I am attaching a photo at the time of check out -

• Natalia (10/5): Molto bene - La posizione è ottima per partecipare a un evento all'Unipol Forum. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, pulito e arredato con gusto. Il gestore fornisce istruzioni chiarissime per il ritiro delle chiavi. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento, ma non per colpa del proprietario: stranamente, Google Maps lo indicava in un'altra via, distante qualche centinaio di metri.

• Krummenacher (8/5): Übernachtung vor Flug - Schöne Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Perfekt für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug. Bergamo Flughafen war innerhalb 2h mit öV und Shuttle ab Milano Centrale zu erreichen. Malpensa wäre wahrscheinlich noch besser erreichbar gewesen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist in einem abgeschlossenem Bereich und eher versteckt. Mit den detaillierten Anweisungen des Hosts haben wir sie aber problemlos gefunden. Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet. Wenn man vor hätte selber zu kochen, würde sich das schwierig gestalten. Für uns war es aber kein Thema.

• Nadzeya (10/5): Cozy apartment nearby Assago Forum - We stayed at that property for 3 nights. We had to get into a venue at Assago Forum so the choice of the accommodation was conscious to be at the closest proximity to the place of stay. Thus, the location is superb, 10-15 mins’ walk from both the arena and the subway station. The apartment is within a secured residential complex in a very quiet and calm district. It is worth mentioning that getting inside is quite a challenge, yet we were sent some clear check-in instructions on how to get in, which is a must to read through carefully. It is advisable to handle a mobile phone connected to the Internet. So, you are to enter the main gate operating through the code reachable either through a call or an online link, then find the building needed, which is also accessible through the code. When you are in, then everything is easy as ABC:) The area of the complex is immaculately clean, pleasant with a lot of greenery forming a minipark. The apartments are wonderful and cozy, quite new, cared and tidied!! 100/10! Everything corresponds the description, they are really spacious. There is an equipped kitchen, a comfortable balcony, a soft bed, the apartment is okay for the long-term stay. The communication with the owner was fast and non-problem during the working hours as it is a business company owning the property. No drawbacks detected and we’d be happy to stay there again if needed.

• Mara (10/5): A 5 star stay - So clean , better than a hotel room ! Felt like a superior suite but with kitchen and all equipment . The apartment is brand new and has everything you could ask for . Kitchen is fully equipped with new utensils, even smallest tools are in there A bit cold and could not figure out how to turn on the heater . But maybe it's just me !
