• Aisam (4/5): Oneerlijk behandeld - De douche was goed, de locatie was fijn en de Wifi was goed. We hadden een ander appartement gereserveerd en betaald. We hadden een appartement gereserveerd met meerdere slaapbanken en een tweepersoonsbed. Bij aankomst werden we voor het blok gezet en kregen we te horen dat ons appartement al verhuurd was. We mochten kiezen voor een veel kleiner appartement of voor ons geld terug. We hebben 2 kleine kinderen en we hadden een luchtbed bij ons dus we kozen voor het kleinere appartement. We vroegen om compensatie maar dat werd geweigerd. In het kleine appartement was weinig tot niets aanwezig in de keuken en het 2 persoonsbed waren 2 losse matrassen met een gleuf ertussen. Er was verder geen slaapgelegenheid terwijl we met 4 personen waren. Er was niet eens een salontafel en in de keuken hing nog losse bedrading. In de keuken waren zelfs de borden nog vies. Het voelde alsof we in een onafgemaakt appartement kwamen. We boeken hier nooit meer.

• Virginie (10/5): Bel appartement - L'appartement est très bien situé, il est propre, le quartier est calme. Il est également très bien équipé si vous souhaitez cuisiner. L'accueil et le contact était parfait. Très réactif. J'ai déjà hâte de revenir De devoir partir!!! Tout était parfait

• Omar (6/5): - Il bagno è da migliorare, quando fai la doccia l’acqua esce fuori dappertutto, sarebbe meglio fare un box doccia per avere il bagno in ordine

• Sabrina (1/5): - Booked for our family of 3 ahead of time. When arriving at the apartment, we were shocked to see that the apartment did not look at all like the photos on Booking. The owner insisted that she sent a message to inform me of the change which is false. We were never informed of the switch in rooms. In addition, the apartment was not clean, there was a bad smell in the living room and washroom. It was situated on the ground floor of a tall building with windows that were not closing properly and we felt a bit unsafe. I have to say that this is the only place we felt unsafe during one month traveling in Morocco. As, we arrived late on a busy day in Essaouira, near the latest check in time of most lodging facilities, we felt cornered and decided to stay. I do not recommend this lodging option.
