Good Italian breakfast There is a lot of cookware, everything most-useful, and the grocery store is literally around the corner The area around the property is dirty and there is a street market near it, which leaves a lot of rubbish

• Nam (10/5): Perfetto - They have everything you need. The host also provided us with milk, drinks, yogurt, bread. She really did "save our lives" by going out of her way to call us a taxi when we were stuck in Spello station because of missing a train. The only thing missing I think is the bottle opener! To anyone who buys birra home to drink, make sure to think ahead about this. But I think after my review, the host will buy one!

They went above and beyond in providing every amenity I could possibly need in the apartment. I felt super comfortable and cosy there. I was very pleased to have the breakfast items in the kitchen and coffee and teas, it was so nice. Checkin was perfect the host was very helpful to meet me and show me everything . Everything was perfect I couldn’t ask for more . Excellent apartment ! I liked everything

• Dudu (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very convenient place, clean and well-equipped. Also very spacious place for two. The location is not central but very close to the station and it was 15-20 minutes by train. I would stay here again for my next visit.
• Artur (8/5): Nice but... - Location Apartament was perfect, clean, comfy, spacious, Well-suited Nice personel Breakfest was only provided for 2 (we stayed 5 nights) days, maybe due to Easter holidays but there was no given breakfest further, even though I paid for that in the price. It was stinky for 1 day from the toilet due to full container.
