• Aife (8/5): - The room was very clean. Great facilities. Hosts were easy to contact and very helpful We were disappointed that the pool was not in use.
• Bartlomiej (9/5): Overall enjoyable stay in Benalmadena. - We enjoyed the stay in the apartment, which was situated closely to the train station, shops and park. The amenities were as described on the website, and the communication with the hosts was smooth as well. There was a lovely seawiev from the window of this flat. The only thing we didn't enjoy was a musty smell each time we back from our trips and opened the door to the apartment. It became bearable when we opened the windows and let some fresh air.
• Isa (10/5): Traumhafter Ausblick, ruhig und trotzdem mitten drin - Traumhafter Ausblick. Sehr gute Lage unzählige kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze vor der Tür. Mercadona innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Schnell mitten in der Stadt mit Bars Restaurants und Shops, und trotzdem hat man es ruhig. 24 Stunden Rezeption im Haus. Zum Strand muss man doch eine kleinen Berg herunter, aber sonst wäre der Ausblick auch nicht möglich. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Eigentlich nichts außer das man etwas üben muss um die Fensterfront wieder geschlossen zu bekommen, aber Übung macht den Meister😅

• Mohammed (9/5): Belle vue, propre et lumineux - l’appartement est impeccable, très lumineux et belle vue sur la Méditerranée Immeuble vieux et parties communes moches… lit peu confortable et fait beaucoup de bruit… l’isolation avec les voisins est faible ça peut déranger…

Swimming pool is a huge benefit.Andreas home had all amenities we needed and was well equipped. Close to Malaga, airport and great attractions just right the corner. We will highly recommend this place for everyone who would like to relax!
• Paula (9/5): Short break! - Apartment was beautiful everything you need for self catering home from home, comfy bed spotlessly clean. Checking in was easy without any problem, apartment building was quiet and felt really safe. Lots of bars and restaurants and the beach within walking distance downhill need to be fit to walk back!! Taxi was around 4 euro Recommend this apartment as the perfect self catering base Nothing!!!

• Patricia (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a modern clean studio in a convenient position. - A nice clean modern studio with all the items you would need. Very nice view of the pool and sea. I missed having a balcony . The interior of the actual apartment block could do with a fresh coat of paint.

• Margaret (8/5): Immaculate studio just wish we had a balcony as was stated - It stated there was a balcony I checked with booking .com if this was correct and was told it was but on arrival there is no balcony also no instruction books on how to work oven ,washer or tv
• Christopher (10/5): first impressions were amazing and only got better - When we arrived at the property for a 8 night stay we picked the keys from reception which was so smooth. When we entered the apartment our first impression was WOW. The property has undergone a full renovation with no expense spared and the attention to detail was second to none. when you go through the door you are greeted with an amazing view through the new folding windows, these can be folded back to give that whole area an open feel and was lovely sitting there on a morning with a coffee looking at superb scenery. The kitchen area was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the apartment but because the whole apartment had been totally redesigned it allowed the owners more room to fit a full size fridge freezer and oven and hob. marble work tops were fitted to give that luxury feel which continued throughout the property. Everything you could want in the kitchen was supplied including a coffee pod machine which was great. The bathroom was also high quality with a fantastic shower,amazing soft quality towels and a washing machine. The bed was so soft and comfortable and was the most comfortable we have experienced in Spain. The owners left nice essentials for us arriving including a selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, chocolate wine, water etc which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment because it was truly amazing, the decor and facilities were like being in a 5* boutique hotel. I know by giving such a good review it will make it much harder to rebook in the future but the owners deserve it for the effort hard work and investment they have put in to this. We have stayed in these apartment blocks many times before but this property will be the first on my list for future visits. Thanks again Paco and Ana for the fantastic stay. nothing it was perfect

• Annette (10/5): modern airy clean apartment would suit couple or young family - there was nothing we didn’t like!! we had the pleasure of meeting Ana and Paco the owners (we were a bit early) they had thought of everything. even down to the kitchen utensils and cleaning products. the whole place was like new. - immaculately clean - very comfortable - great value for money - fantastic views - great location - very modern and spacious will definitely go again nothing to say
