• Beatrice (8/5): Beautiful, peaceful apartment in old town district - The ground level apartment is very fresh and comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. There is WiFi and it is needed because as the walls are thick the data cover is limited. The apartment generally suited our accommodation needs. Although it is located in the old town, we found it to be a 15 minute (beautiful) walk to where entertainment etc is. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts were helpful and very welcoming. None of the following is the fault of the accommodation providers but if we'd known just how out of the way the apartment was, we would not have booked it as although we were able to get a taxi to the accommodation from the train station, we were not able to find a taxi for the return (not for want of trying as we had a large suitcase). It was a Sunday and we had to walk the 40 min return journey in the rain with our suitcases. The footpaths are atrocious even without a suitcase and the incline is very steep. Yes there is a light rail connection from the train station etc, but it only goes part of the way.

• Molinaro (9/5): Superb - Great location, many sights nearby, restaurants a short walk away. Responsive host, easy instructions for entry. The size of the apartment is probably small for a long stay but ok if you venture about for most of the day.

The perfect location for discovering beautiful Perugia! - This is a very cute and comfortable property in a wonderful location within the city walls of Perugia. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Celsa is a lovely welcoming host and very helpful. We’d thoroughly recommend staying here!

• Lori (9/5): Cute, comfortable, and clean - Chelsa, the host, was lovely and gracious. She met us on time and was responsive to our needs. The apartment was cutely decorated, comfortable, clean, and centrally located to visit Perugia. The street was lively during the day with students and quiet at night. We felt safe. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking, this may not be the place for you. The kitchen is very small and there is only a hot plate for cooking. It is enough for heating things up and making some coffee, but you'd have to be creative to do much more than that. Definitely a better value and more authentic experience than staying in a hotel, though!

The property itself is spacious and comfortable. Celsa was an extremely accommodating and responsive host. I would definitely recommend.
