• Nicole (8/5): Buen alojamiento - La ubicación muy buena, la zona tranquila y con supermercados cerca. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y cocina equipada con lo básico. Se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones y los otros huéspedes no fueron muy educados.

Dveře od pokoje nebylo bez zamknutí možné zavřít. Neukáznění hosté z ostatních pokojů. Chybí informace o možnosti pozdějšího check-in za poplatek (15CHF).

• VASILEIOS (8/5): A good clean room to stay for that is vfm. - It was very clean every day and it smelled nice every time we walked in. Also they cleaned the bathroom very nicely. 1) The bed had a tilt towards the middle but it's okay. It would be better if it was fixed. 2) I would have liked a set of towels (face and body) instead of one for both. 3) I would have liked an extra set of towels inside the room depending on the days that the visitors would stay for. For example in my case for 6 nights 2 sets of towels per person is a must. 4) I would appreciate it if there was a chlorine for bacteria at the bathroom in order to clean the toilet. There were other products that did a different job. (Ps There is a chance I didn't see it, but I think there wasn't) I asked for one in the evening of the same date and the next day I had them, so the service was good. Overall its a room worth staying for if you are on a budget. The only negative thing is that there is a shared bathroom and kitchen but it's not really a negative review for the room since it's being mentioned in the room description.

Had a few people come up to us near this place asking for money. Felt a bit unsafe because of this, but there was a fair and circus across the street so seems like a populated area.

Cependant, nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause de leur présence et piqûres. J'ai envoyé des photos au propriétaire qui a refusé tout geste commercial malgré mes preuves.
• Valeria (5/5): - La posizione è eccezionale, la camera è essenziale e pulita, ideale per un soggiorno di una notte Le pareti non isolano per nulla il rumore tra una stanza e l’altra, come non averle. Infatti tra le 4:00 e le 5:00 l’inquilino ha fatto tanto di doccia prima di preparare le sue cose per la partenza, facendo tantissimo rumore e sbattendo cassetti, ante dell’armadio, valigia (più volte) e chissà cosa per fare tutto quel rumore. La struttura non ne può niente ma lui è stato in ogni caso un gran maleducato! Sono consapevole dei rischi di prendere una camera condivisa con altra gente, ma un investimento per la quiete degli ospiti potrebbe essere l’isolamento acustico (o almeno riduzione) da una camera all’altra.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional value - wonderful apartment - Absolutely AMAZING value for money - especially for Geneva and this part of Europe!! Located in a very central location the property is clearly an older building which has been refurbished to a very high standard. Room very comfortable and super clean. Shared bathroom which is kept meticulously clean by the host. Overall very comfortable, quiet and safe. The check in process was very simple and gaining access to the flat was super easy. Safe and secure room and local area - There is no lift because it’s clearly a historic building near to the old town and would be impossible to install one.. it’s not that much of an effort to get to the room anyway!! Genuinely loved the location - will most certainly, without a doubt will book this place again next time! Nothing- perfect

• Mariame (8/5): Mauvaise surprise - Accès facile par les transports en commun. Equipement ( chambres, salle de bain, cuisine) correct. Appartement situé au 4ème étage SANS ascenseur. Pour une âgée et de plus se déplassant avec une canne, ce n'est pas agréable d'autant plus que ce n'est pas signalé. On devrait le faire dans les documents afin d'éviter ce genre de mauvaise surprise. Merci!

• Ekaterina (7/5): Very nice apartment, but the host was not very polite in communication. - We really liked the apartment — great location, spacious room, and everything looked just like in the photos. The place has a smart TV and all the basic amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience with the host was very unpleasant. We overslept a little at check-out, and the cleaning lady arrived — we packed our things within 10 minutes. At that moment, the host called and started shouting at me, saying that I made him angry and that I had “lost respect” for him. I asked to leave my suitcase for a few hours for a fee because we had a late flight, but he, of course, refused.

• Rodrigo (2/5): Insects and rude host. - Location, kitchen. First you should know it’s a 4th floor with no elevator. During the night, we experienced itching and discovered an insect in the bed, possibly a cockroach or bed bugs. The area under the sheets was also quite dirty. When I talk to the the host, he refused to change the bed sheets or offer us a different room, saying that the place was full. After insisting, the host respond on WhatsApp saying: "Im doing you a favor by switching your room, so you shouldn’t ask for more". He is obligated to provide a clean room and meet Booking’s standards.

• Mariëlle (7/5): - The location was good, in the centre of Geneva. Close to public transport and most sightseeing locations. The place looked very proper and clean and the host communicates well and fast. Before, I was not aware it was a shared space with two other rooms, sharing a bathroom and kitchen. Although the other guests did not hinder me, it still felt a bit uncomfortable and I avoided the shared spaces. Also you hear them very well from within your own room. In this price range, I'd expect a place on my own.

• Osujiro (5/5): ロケーションは良いがセキュリティに少し不安のある滞在 - トラムの駅から近い。大きなCOOPにも近い ユニット共通の部屋への玄関があるが、そこへの施錠が徹底されていないため施錠されていない場合が非常に多かった。 また、各ユニットの鍵は非常に安価なもので、他のユニットと共通の形状をしているのではないかと感じた。 そのため、セキュリティ上の不安があったため、あまり私物をおいて出かけることができなかった。 共通玄関のオートロック化、ユニットの鍵をセキュリティの高いものにする、セキュリティボックスを設置するなどの対策が望ましい。

We left one night early and had to pay for another place elsewhere because this was so bad Electrical sockets hanging out the wall. The room was really hot and the bed sheets were still damp. The room was not the one pictured in the booking. Was not what I wanted after a 24 hour travel day. We had planned 2 nights here but left as soon as we woke up on day one to go to a different hotel elsewhere

• Samuel (6/5): Pleasant - It is a simple but spacious room. The street outside is goid to hear but that comes with the convenient location and the old building. Some stuff like the door is a bit run down. It is in a private flat with tree rooms all rented out seperatly. The kitchen has no window. But all fine to crash for some time, especially for Geneva. This is probably an issue on booking.com: It states "your own kitchen" and "your shared bathroom", but both are shared with the other rooms obviously.
• Markus (7/5): Good - Perfect location for Geneva, next to one of the best bars and Plainpalais is a nice district with lots of museums, culture and university life. Transport pass included in price. I thought that my room would have its own bathroom. This could be articulated clearer in the description of the property. Minimal and not very cozy decoration in the room. Fine to sleep, but not really to hang out or chill. The whole apartment feels kind of cold.

• Konstantin (3/5): Poor - Location is great, room is clean. One of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in a rental in last years. Firstly, the room comes with only one towel per person, and it’s tattered. For some reason, there’s a 15 CHF fee to check in just one hour later, despite the fact that check-in is entirely self-service. The host was completely unresponsive—didn’t reply to messages for a full day and provided zero assistance during the stay. It feels like they’re just trying to squeeze as much money as possible from guests. On top of that, they charge a 35 CHF cleaning fee for a tiny room, which is outrageous. For the price you’re paying here, it’s much better to stay in a nearby hotel where you’ll get a lot more comfort and service. The bathroom situation is ridiculous—one shared bathroom for three rooms. The showerhead was broken, so it didn’t hold up properly, and with only one bathroom, you’re in for a long wait. But the worst part—nowhere was it mentioned that the room is on the 4th floor without an elevator. I had to haul two 20 kg suitcases, a backpack, and other luggage up four flights of stairs, making multiple trips. It was exhausting and frustrating. Overall, the final price for this room was huge, and for what you’re getting, you’re better off choosing any hotel nearby. You’ll have a much more comfortable and stress-free experience.

• Angela (7/5): Stay was amazing for short trip. - Property is near the bus stop. Situated in good location. Clean room but not spacious. Kitchen appliances available to use. No lift. So if you have large heavy suitcase, isn't easy to carry.

I was kept out of the house for over an hour because I was contesting the tax amount, which was twice what was indicated on the booking! I eventually agreed to pay out of frustration after the amount was reduced to be close enough to the amount indicated on the booking. I had already paid for my stay, and I wasn't being allowed into the apartment, even after begging to be allowed in to charge my phone, which was at 1%. Strangely, there was another client (Mr. Zhang) who also had not received his key code and was visibly frustrated. I had to get involved to help him get his code and key to his room. I was particularly peeved due to the poor customer care and absolute lack of understanding!
