Très pratique lorsqu'on arrive à la gare du midi d'où l'on peut venir à pied. Arrêt du bus 48 juste à côté. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une chaîne d'information francophone sur la télévision.

• Susi (8/5): - Das einchecken hat Dank guter Anleitung perfekt geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr Nahe zum Bahnhof und eine Bushaltestelle ist ums Eck mit dem Bus kommt ma direkt zum Grande place. Grundsätzlich eine sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Ich finde es nett wenn i einer Küche gewisse Dinge wie Salz , Öl , Tee und Kaffee vorhanden sind, aber die waren zum Teil schon sehr abgelaufen und eher unappetitlich auch das Kochgeschirr war sehr pickig und wir haben alles erstmal waschen müssen. Das war aber das einzige was zu reklamieren war.

Generell nicht so saubere Gegend aber dennoch zentral. mir hat ein Schneebesen gefehlt in der Küchenausstattung

Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu voir nos hôtes. Ces dernières années, les boîtes à clés permettent une anonymisation des rapports entre hôtes et voyageurs. Un peu le sentiment de n'être qu'un porte-monnaie sans visage.

All facilities were fully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely stay at this place next time if we revisit Brussels No lift, which was a minor inconvenience, but understandable due to the structure of the building.

• Tatiana (9/5): - The apartment was clean and equipped with a well-stocked kitchen. The entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is conveniently located near the Brussels Midi Train Station. Initially, we walked to the metro station Porte de Hal (Hallepoort), but soon discovered that Bus 48 was just around the corner—literally a minute away. This bus takes you to the Grand Place and the train station. Our host, Daniel, was prompt and friendly, answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this place! N/A

Close to Midi station which suited us as we did day trips to Ghent and Bruges. Bus 48, a minute away, took us to Grand Place. Owners were very obliging and answered any queries we had very promptly. Nothing.

• Catherine (10/5): The location and comfort of Cozy South-up really enhanced my enjoyment of my time in Brussels. - Location was fantastic and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I had a problem collecting the key from the first lock box - it needed a bit of jiggling and I'm not very patient with that sort of thing. In the positive, I must emphasise that all directions were exceedingly clear and reinforced with photographs.
• Katherine (10/5): Great location, cozy apartment and amazing hosts. - We absolutely loved this apartment! It was so cozy and really felt like a place we could feel at home. The public transit to the city center and to the train station was convenient and easy. The neighborhood was peaceful and enjoyable to walk around. The owners were so friendly and helpful and communicative! This really isn't a con, but just know there are steps to whichever apartment you choose. We were up 4 flights of stairs, but it was totally fine. Just be prepared. It happened to be very hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning. However, the hosts gave us a fan and it was perfectly comfortable with that running.

The entry instructions were super clear and very easy. Unfortunately I thought the apartment was close to the heart of Brussels so it was my error. The location is quite close to the main rail station but this area wasn't the nicest or the most convenient.
• Kerry (9/5): Comfortable, Secure & Clean - Very clean, light apartment in a secure building. The bed is really comfortable. Located about a 15 minute flat walk from Brussels Midi Zuid Train Station and a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Cozy Up has 4 flights of very step stairs up to it which makes carrying suitcases up difficult. This is not a problem if you are prepared for it, just good to consider when booking, if you don't like stairs book one of the 2 lower apartments in the same building.

• Claudia (9/5): good location for trips from train station - Since I was in town earlier than the agreed check in time, i chanced to ask if it might be possible to check in to the room earlier, and the room was really already finished and i was able to drop off my stuff and enjoy the afternoon in brussels . thanks again! the location is very close to the main train station (brussels zuid/midi) so thats perfect if you want to go on day trips like i did. its also still very walkable to the city centre.

• Kb (8/5): Overall, excellent. Bright, airy with high ceilings. - The apartment is bright and cheerful with high ceilings, but excellent darkout shades for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to adjust. Excellent modern appliances and easy to operate. The only real negative was the shower water, which took a long time to heat up and then ran out fairly quickly.

• George (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean, cozy and warm. It is well equipped with all that you'd need during your stay. We were able to walk to most of the city attractions. Also, the host was nice, we had an easy check in and check out process. It didn't bother us, but you should know that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow.

• James (10/5): Clean and cosy apartment in a convenient location - I picked this apartment as it was walking distance from the station (my homeward trip was an early Eurostar). It was easy to find, and key collection was simple. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed and spacious living area. The Wi-Fi was really quick and the little coffee machine was handy (although I did have to buy capsules). I was pleased there was a fan in the bedroom as I generally like a bit of noise/air to help me sleep! The neighbourhood isn't too bad although being near the station, there's the odd "character" roaming the streets. A block away is a cafe called Honest Brussels, which was a really great spot for breakfast or brunch. A bakery at the other end of the street looked nice, but I didn't visit. Not much to complain about - if I had to pick something, the "funky lighting" bedside cabinets were fun, but rather useless as "reading lights" (although I did appreciate the bed-side power points which a lot of places don't have)

• Milen (10/5): Cozy Indeed - The apartment was very cozy indeed, just perfect for a couple's stay. The entire apartment was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The TV was a nice addition with both Netflix and Disney+ available. The bus station is located right next to the building and the bus line 48 takes you straight to the city center, and passes by the train station Brussels-Midi as well. We had a very pleasant stay altogether! The neighbourhood may not look the safest for walking at night, but we didn't have any problems.

• Zaina (10/5): Definitely worth it! - The apt was very clean, spacious, and well organized. Perfect location to arrive by train and move with public transports, but yet located in a calm side street (and quite safe for being close to Midi station). I loved the quiet bedroom at night, the dedicated Netflix access, and the late check-out. Almost nothing, I would have maybe appreciated the presence of a bigger pot or pan to cook, and some dish cloth, which were absent (had to use the toilet towels instead).

• Ronsunga (10/5): Cozy South-Great stay - The apartment is clean even pristine and comfortable. I've only booked the place because I extended my stay in Brussels but I'm happy I chose to stay here. The location is perfect if you'd like to use the local trams, metro and intercity trains as you can just walk to Midi Station. The area is surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to busy streets. The host has been most helpful and has been prompt to my queries. Overall its a great find and I definitely would book this apartment again on my next visit. None, it was a great stay!

• Jason (9/5): A beautifully decorated and large apartment that is great value and not too far from the city. - The apartment was large and spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfy. The shower had great pressure. There is a convenience store two doors down. The location is little bit away from the city center and various attractions but having said that the tram stop is a five minute walk away and they are very frequent so once I worked that out it was all good. I was able to use the outdoor terrace as it was locked and there was no key for it.

Some form of visitor information book would have been helpful to us to aid understanding of the heating and television systems. Not a huge issue, but such information would have been welcome.
