Hải Yến (9/5): Hài lòng - Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Khách sạn ở khu vực trung tâm nên rất dễ di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan. Giường êm ái, dễ chịu, mình đã ngủ rất ngon. Bữa sáng đối với mình là vừa đủ. Khi mình tới nhận phòng thì ấm siêu tốc còn có nước và có cả bọ trong đó. Ga giường có 1 vết rách nhỏ và đã được khâu lại. Tuy không ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ nhưng tạo cảm giác chưa chuyên nghiệp.

Robert (7/5): Good - The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the room was bright with good linen. The bathroom and shower were good. Only downside was we had a kettle and tea & coffee. But nothing to drink it from !! No cups & saucers and no sugar. The only thing we could use were to mugs from the bathroom that had no handles and got to hot to pick up. These were put back in the bathroom each day by the cleaners ?

Karen (10/5): A very enjoyable stay. - I highly recommend Mona Paris Hotel. We booked the hotel at short notice and staff were very helpful settling us in. It’s in a terrific location in a quiet, leafy area with plenty of restaurants options nearby. It’s close to the central part of Ninh Binh and a short drive/ride to sightseeing spots. Nothing I didn’t like.

Douglas (5/5): It was just OKAY. NOT as many reviews stated. - Well, it was a newer property. We saw many reviews about the cleanliness/It's a new property or a remodeled one however the room smelled like newly painted or new something. Breakfast included was very limited and was not ordered from the menu as we were told. NO credit cards and was pushing CASH in a big way. Again NOT as was the booking indicated. It's a sister company to another hotel and we were taxied to the first hotel by our mistake but had to pay another 60,000 VND the next drive. :-( NOT a lot of choices in this city sad to say.
Cam (8/5): Very good - New facilities. Room is decently spacious. Love the bath tub. The staff is friendly. The location is a little away from the hub of Ninh Binh but not an issue if you have a motorbike which you can rent out. The room is not so sound-proof. We can hear people talking at the hallway. Our last morning, the hotel music is quite loud which woke us up.
