• Sebastian (1/5): Desastre - Solamente la ubicación Llovio el dia que llegamos y el techo tenia dos goteras, una de ellas a traves de un foco de luz que caia sobre el sofa, y la otra caia sobre un enchufe donde teniamos aparatos electronicos. El propietario nos dio como solucion un apartamento alternativo y 20 minutos despues lo retiro y cancelo la reserva. Nos vimos a las 22.00 en la calle con tormenta

• María Teresa (5/5): - Lo mejor que podías aparcar en la puerta sin problema. La limpieza estaba bien. Había supermercado cerca. Mónica responde rápido los mensajes. Hacia muchísimo frío y no había ningún tipo de calefacción, ni radiador ni calefactor ni nada. Solo mantas. Insuficiente. Otra cosa que no me gustó que la tele no fuera smart TV.
• leadbitter (7/5): Great location. - Great location. I was there to scuba dive so it was a short walk to the dive shop. Great restaurants nearby plus a short walk to the shops. The Accommodation was small but cosy and just what I was looking for. A heater would have been nice. It was cold.

• Eva (7/5): - - die Lage direkt am Hafen Es scheint 2 Wohnungen zu haben. Die ersten Fotos zeigen die obere Whg. mit Terrasse. Die Whg. unten ist jedoch relativ dunkel und hat keine Terrasse, zudem riecht es komisch. Die untere Whg. müsste billiger sein als die obere.

• Consolación (5/5): No lo recomiendo - Lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos. Muy Antiguo, sin reformar, mal distribuido, sin vistas… cocina y baño pésimos. Poco espacio, sin salón…
• Mikel (4/5): Muy disgustados - Estaba bien situado, se veía el mar y el islote desde la ventana y se podía aparcar muy fácil cerca de casa. Había muy poco espacio. No había sofá, era una cama nido que de abrir la de abajo no se podía abrir la puerta de casa. El espacio en la mesa del comedor era muy reducido, y cuando abriamos la mesa para comer no podíamos pasar a la cocina. La cama era muy incomoda y notábamos todos y cada uno de los muelles. En las fotos no aparece pero nos alquilaron un bajo cuando en las fotos sale un segundo piso con terraza y balcón. La puerta del horno no se podía abrir del todo por qué había un armario y, para colmo, la nevera estaba dentro de una despensa en medio del pasillo. La puerta del baño no se podía abrir del todo ya que chocaba con el váter. Muchos cajones de la cocina no cerraban bien. No había ningún espacio para colgar la ropa mojada, ya que el tendedero estaba debajo de la ducha. Olía mucho a humedad y no había ningun ambientador. Relación calidad-precio, un 2.

• Jan (4/5): Renovation and new furniture required - The nicely decorated apartment is directly facing the harbor and ocean. Restaurants as well as activities are nearby. As the apartment is directly facing the harbor there were constant noises also late evening and early morning from the harbor. The apartment is nicely decorated but some of the furniture is broken. I fell right through the bottom of the couch on the terrasse as it was broken. The cabinet in the bathroom almost fell on me as one foot was broken. Wifi did not reach the last bedroom. There was mold in some of the corners on the wall. Terrasse door in the upper bedroom could bot be closed. Blinds on the terrasse door were broken.
• Mattia (1/5): Beware the scam/fraud, worst experience and landlord ever - Absolute scam, avoid it The duplex apartment we’ve been given: - overlooks the street and is at the ground floor beside a restaurant. At night, people queue up and talk in front of the restaurant and a nasty smell of fried food comes in the house. - It is not possible to close the windows to avoid noise and weird smell because the apartment is very hot, humid, and not equipped neither with AC nor with a simple fan. When we raised the problem of the heat and humidity in the house to the landlord, she replied saying that there is a dehumidifier. -This dehumidifier is a very old one. We decided to use it just to dry our clothes because there is other way to do that since the house is humid and the only light comes from a busy street just in front of the window. At some point, the dehumidifier started to overflow the water in the bathroom with the water accumulated in it. -had cockroaches and other non-identified insects in the kitchen and in the bathroom. -toilet fan broken (no windows in the toilet and strong humidity). -hand shower holder broken. -level of cleanliness in the bathtub very low. -people (probably fisherman) talking in front of the windows starting from 7AM almost every day. -light in the bedroom broken. Probably the pictures presented in the advert put together those of the apartment we have been given plus those ones of another apartment (with a balcony that attract the interest of the customers). For the reasons mentioned above, we claimed a reimbursement for this unpleasant situation and draw the attention of booking.com to this type of case that resembles very much to a fraud. Please consider the other customers’ feedback that had the same experience.
• Nezabudka (1/5): Save yourself the nightmare – stay far, far away! - In all our years of traveling, we have never encountered an apartment as horrible as this one. I write this review to warn other guest from it. Our family with children endured one agonizing night, but by morning, we were so exhausted from the stifling air (no air conditioner, old building), humidity, stench, and relentless noise that we packed our bags and left. We had paid for 6 nights over 1600 EUR (over 260 EUR per night), but it was worth to loose all this money, bu just to escape that nightmare. Imagine how utterly disgusting this apartment must be for our family to choose to lose that money rather than spend another minute in it. The owner of this apartment is a complete fraud. She deliberately misled people with deceptive photos that don’t reflect the true, horrendous condition of the place. She hid the fact that the apartment is unbearably noisy due to its proximity to a bustling restaurant, a busy port, and constant traffic. The noise from crowds rushing to the port and the clamor of machinery was relentless, making it impossible to relax or sleep until 1-2 a.m. Despite our concerns raised in advance, she downplayed the issues and refused to tell us the truth about how unbearable it would be to stay here. By the way, we had duplex, and by chance we have looked into flat at the ground floor… my God, tiny, wet, stinks beyond imagination, hot.. where to stop. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an infestation of ants. Yes, ants in large group crawling across the table. The furniture was old, with a pervasive smell of mold and dampness that made it impossible to breathe comfortably. The beds were a cruel joke – cheap, hard mattresses thrown on wooden pallets. After just one night, our entire family was in agony from back pain. The fan was caked with layers of dirt, completely non-functional. There was no air conditioning, leaving us to suffer in a hot, humid, and musty environment that felt more like a dungeon than a home. Windows faced a noisy, dirty port, where the stench of oil and diesel filled the air day and night, workers shouting loud. The noise was unbearable, even after midnight, with the constant clanging from the dock making sleep impossible. The flimsy, transparent curtains were useless against the glaring lights of the port. To make matters worse, the apartment was adjusted to a restaurant. The noise from the terrace attached to our terrace of this flat was relentless – clattering dishes, loud conversations, and late-night cleanups that went on for hours. Even with closed windows we suffered past midnight cleaning noise and voices of the staff. Both bedrooms faced a narrow, airless shaft with a grimy wall as the only view. The lack of ventilation was suffocating due to lack of air circulation (shaft) and alleviated the stifling heat and humidity. Not only this apartment is horrible, the owner requests such a high price for it, we had 2 other apartments during our stay at this island, they were double size, with swimming pool, just fantastic and guess what, they had a cheaper price per night than this disaster. I strongly urge anyone considering this apartment to think twice. Consider that slightly positive reviews show only pictures of sea, towels or decorations. Read other good reviews with photos. Do not fall for the misleading photos and false promises, read all the reviews. This place is a health hazard, a scam, and an utter disgrace. Save yourself the nightmare – stay far, far away!

• Kristof (9/5): Superb - The room was very nice, close to the ocean. We had the downstairs room. There was a bit of a mold problem but for the rest super clean. Great kitchen, good bathroom. Airco in the bedroom.

Great location - The location is great if you have a car and plan to visit different locations on the island The apartment is small but enough for two persons, with everything you need to cook there The guest is also super nice and responsive The photos are not accurate. The property consists of two apartments, ours was on the ground floor and did not have any balcony as shown in the pictures In addition, there was a strong humidity smell and as it is an street level is really noisy
• Jan (5/5): To avoid !! - The cleaning lady did a good job !! Compliments ! - bad smell all over - very high umidity and mold - very old furniture - stinking fridge. With still the old stuff of the previous guests in it. - no real bed : pallets with a matrass on it.. - very noisy during the night. Just in front if the road. - in general : to avoid !!!
• Rosanna (8/5): Great place to feel authenticity of harbour life - Place is great you are at the harbour and feel the atmosphere. Feel back in the past. Love location and attached to the Atlantico restaurant. The walk along the ocean and at the harbour are great The bedroom is attached to the restaurant so there is a bit of noise between 9.30 and 10.30 pm when they are cleaning and closing. The wifi was on and off at time. The tv screen with blue strips. You have to hold the shower, the hook is missing
• Appel (6/5): alright - The location is amazing It smelled weird, the restaurant which is right beside the bedroom is really loud at night, the curtains are see through, the bed is on ground level so people see you sleeping through the see through curtains and the walls are dissolving at some parts
