Guest Reviews
- Mahmud (10/5): REALLY IMPRESSED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - REALLY IMPRESSED. WILL BOOK AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! WIFI WAS REALLY GOOD AND EVEN REACHES THE LOFT.
Amazing location, comfy beds, super clean.
Tumble dryer, washing machine, iron, 3 TOILETS, 2 BATHROOMS, PLENTY OF CUTLERY. Everything was cool.
- Andrea (10/5): Perfect place to stay - thank you Adina -
- Steve (8/5): -
- Gloria (9/5): very happy with all. - Breakfast was not part of the deal but tea, coffee and milk were available.
- Lacey (10/5): -
- Rosemary (7/5): Good property, had what we needed. - Bedrooms were a good size. Lounge was comfortable. Property was well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery. Key collection was easy. It was difficult to connect to the wifi.
- Sullivan (9/5): -
- Paula (8/5): - Great location for what we needed. Lots of space. Parking on the drive. Check in and out easy. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied when we arrived and there were no tablets for us to put it on when we left.
- Shaun Batt (10/5): -
- Ritchie (9/5): -
- Ian (10/5): A clean, comfortable house in a built-up but very quiet location. - Ideal location to be near the in-laws for Christmas. The house was clean and had all the facilities we needed for our 3 night stay. Someone had parked a white van in front of the drive and left it there for all three days. Not the fault of the host - just bad luck (and it was busy for Christmas).
- Rhian (8/5): Perfect for our short stay needs, thanks - Great ot have parking, perfect location for our needs, Lovely rooms and plenty of space, shame we only had a short stop over after a wedding locally - THANK YOU very much for hosting us with such simplicity! It would have been great to have some UHT milk cartons and Tea Coffee / Hot Chocolate accessible please for an evening drink / get up hot drink.
We sat out on the patio as it was hot - a little bit of TLC in tidying up the outside space / garden areas would make it an excellent holiday location for families in the future.
(Ash tray was not emptied)
- Chris (9/5): Great value for money and clear communication. - Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable, with fascinating garden area. No mirror In the bathroom
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - Family of 8. Plenty of space. A lovely home from home with hosts who are very attentive. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The wet room needs a grab rail for the shower area and a waste paper bin.
The top of the stairs needs a hand rail.
- Gideon (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (10/5): FIRST CLASS HOME FROM HOME ACCOMODATION - THE PROPERTY WAS IMMACULATE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO FEEL IT WAS HOME FROM HOME. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM AND BATHROOM WERE IDEAL FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS. ALSO NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM FOR THE OWNER WHO WAS AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE AND WAS KIND ENOUGH TO POST A JACKET THAT I LEFT BEHIND.
- Beverley (10/5): A property with all the cleanliness and facilities of a hotel with all the comforts of a home. - A good place for 7 people to stay comfortably.
Lovely big kitch and dining area for us to share time together. Nothing
- Julian (10/5): Fantastic house, comfy & spotlessly clean - A lovely house, warm, exceptionally clean, with everything. Soft beds, big walk in shower/bathroom downstairs as well as upstair bathroom, giant table in the living room with 8 chairs, incredible well fitted out kitchen, laundry room, downstairs toilet, fridge, freezer. Basic food stock in the cupboards; sugar, salt, oil, flour, pasta, etc. Co-op Supermarket and take-aways 3 minutes walk round the corner. Perfect as a base for our annual family get-together at Ingestre Hall. Communication with the host was very good. A hand rail all the way down the stairs would be a good idea.
- Des (9/5): Great thank you - Comfy beds and the downstairs bedroom and shower brilliant as I have mobility issues and stairs are out was planning to sleep in chair
- Nicola (7/5): it was okay - location cluttered
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (10/5): lovely property - lovely house, very modern and cosy lights on landing didn't seem to work, plus was a bit of a pain trying to get the tv and virgin on, maybe some instructions would have been helpful, I.e source button select hdmi 3 that sort of thing
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional - The property had everything you could need - it’s like a home away from home! Really spacious and comfy rooms. Very clean.
- Cathryn (7/5): Would happily stay here again. - Good location for purpose of trip. Comfy sofa, large dining table. WiFi was a bit intermittent.
- Paul (10/5): Excellent stay - Cleanliness, big shower room, comfy beds, etc
- Pamela (10/5): Big modern house, lovely facilities - Home was impressively spacious, very modern, well maintained and very clean. Few lovely surprises like the outdoor kitchen with lots of firewood. Owner was also very nice and easy to reach when I had a query. Also the bed we stayed in downstairs (only one I can comment on) was super comfy with lovely pillows. Well done. Slightly later check-out. I.e. 12:00 instead of 11:00. But a minor for all that the property offers.
- Jonathan (8/5): Nice place with plenty going for it, definitely recommended for families and groups of 4 to 8 people - The house is well set up, modern, clean and spacious. It was very handy for mine and the other guest's needs for the one night we were there. We really just needed a place to stay for one night that was close to Cannock Chase Forest, so it fitted the bill in that respect. There's enough at the property to make a week-long stay (or even longer) here a perfect choice. Multiple bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a very big positive for me and the other guests. We couldn't use the downstairs television, it worked but didn't seem to have any British TV channels on it, especially any BBC channels. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom cannot be fixed in place while being used, which made it difficult to use (I personally used it and had to hold the shower head with one hand the entire time it was running).
- Gareth (8/5): Very good - Lovely big house, suited our family of 6 perfectly Booked for 6 people but there wasn't 6 chairs at the table or 6 sets of plates and bowls in the property.
- Val (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (6/5): Poor nights sleep - Car space, bathroom Uncomfortable bed that creaked, lumpy pillows, no free to air tv stations
- David (7/5): An excellent value place for us. - Location great! Convenient parking along the road. Overall feel of the place. size, rooms etc. Not enough plates and mugs!! Needs to be made clear attic room is through a bedroom! I thought there was a sofa bed, perhaps I misread that? Also, didn't realise one room had a cot so was unusable for us. It could be made a little more homely with a few knickknacks on the shelves. I completely disagree with somebody who said it should be minimalist. Think most people like to see a few homely knickknacks on the shelves, otherwise you might as well take the units away. it just looks silly than being completely empty. If you're gonna remove them might I suggest putting in a nest of tables and another easy chair for larger groups like ours? Very odd not having any kind of coffee tables or side tables. Also, the dining room table was hilarious as we pulled it out to have our Chinese takeaway only to find there wasn't a middle section to the table! And a bit tight on the loo paper...we went out and bought our own! PARKING! Drive difficult to access for larger cars because of the wall. All that said, great value and nothing that would deter us from staying again if coming back for another event (we're musicians) and we've recommended the property to others. Please think about the fixes because could be a 10/10.
- Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great location - Unexpectedly large with brilliant facilities
- Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great location - Great house and good for local facilities
- Chrissy (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great location, exceeded expectations - Excellent facilities, much more than expected. Great location.
- Lloyd (9/5): Superb - Owner was very accommodating with our check in early due to long travel for a funeral Settee was not too comfortable but you can't please everybody's likes so all in all nothing really to dislike
- Jack (9/5): Loved staying there great clean place and nice location - people in the street were very friendly - comfortable warm clean house - easy to get to facilities freeview tv for Uk television was not available only netflix or prime
- Claudia (10/5): Perfectly warm property - The house is incredibly spacious has great facilities and perfectly clean. Such a great find my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
- Monica (9/5): A spacious house, a lovely and helpful owner - A nice spacious house, warm, clean, with everything (and even more) than we wanted. Nice soft beds, big bathroom, great table in the living room, a huge laundry room, downstairs toilet, a fridge, a freezer, etc I wanted to stay there longer but the weather wasn’t great.
- Anonymous (6/5): Great hosts and accommodation was fine for 2 nights. I think the house has great potential if they minimised furniture, - House was clean and tidy. Warm on early evening arrival. Host has excellent communication and is friendly. Lots of unnecessary items such as cuddly toys, fabric furnishings (table mats, little cushions)ornaments and furniture that doesn’t serve a purpose. Could be minimised. Noticed some bedding didn’t have protectors and was stained.
- Cook (10/5): Exceptional - Wet room. Kitchen bed was comfy.
- Graham (9/5): Comfortable and modern house. - Adina’s House has been very well modernised and is extremely clean and comfortable, with parking on the driveway, in front of the house. Communication with the host was very good. Nothing
- Denise (9/5): Superb - Liked the wet room/ shower .
Good location
Modern & child friendly Tv Netflix didn’t always work instructions would have been useful.
Small pan & scissors would be useful. Only small pan looked grubby .
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (10/5): Lovely house to stay in rugeley - Very clean . Extremely comfortable beds. Good showers. Kitchen / utility very well equipped. Close to town and all bars/restaurants Nothing

- Khrystyna (10/5): Exceptional - The house is big and clean, with beautiful interior and all the necessary things. Children had fun to explore all the rooms and territory. Everything was great!
- Kirsty (10/5): Throughly enjoyed my stay. Lovely house and location. Thank you 😊 -
- Shannon (10/5): Lovely spacious house and fantastic host. - Location was perfect for where I was travelling for work. Host was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Property is very spacious and clean, kitchen and bathrooms are lovely! I didn't have a chance to use the garden but I believe there is also a BBQ! I would definitely stay here again.
