• marion (9/5): Trés belle découverte et un personnel vraiment adorable! - Emplacement vraiment trés bien, dans un quartier assez calme de la medina et à deux pas du jardin secret. Accueil et personnel extra, toujours prets à rendre service Pas grand chose à améliorer ... peut-être juste ré-ajuster les pieds du lit qui était un peu bancal et faisait du bruit à chaque mouvement

• Maria Do Pilar (10/5): The perfect riad! - We stayed at Riad Il Parco dei Principi for a girls' weekend with a group of 9, and it honestly exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the riad made us feel instantly at home. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Mouassine neighbourhood, just a 5-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna, with the best souks literally on your doorstep. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the medina. But the real star of our stay was Mr. Yassine. Exceptional doesn't even begin to cover it. He was attentive, incredibly kind, and went out of his way to make sure every single one of us had everything we needed. From restaurant recommendations to organising our return transfer, nothing was ever too much trouble. He remembered our names, checked in on us throughout the stay, and always had a smile and a warm word. It's rare to encounter that level of genuine hospitality, the kind that makes a trip truly memorable. The riad itself is beautiful and full of character, and the whole team was lovely and welcoming throughout. If you're visiting Marrakech, especially with a group, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Mr. Yassine and the whole team for making our trip so special!

Noi abbiamo cenato da soli in struttura a lume di candela, cena ottima e abbondante e 300 MAD ci sono sembrati giusti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!! Saluti.

• Maria (8/5): Excellent staff, a lovely atmosphere, and a perfect location made the Riad a wonderful stay - The staff were truly very accommodating and welcoming, it was a pleasure meeting them! It was our first time traveling to Marrakech, so we really appreciated their help discovering the city (recommended us places to eat, to visit, local markets, possible day trips outside Marrakech etc.). The breakfast was good, the environment of the Riad was exceptional. Despite the overall environment of the Riad, our room (Alain) was really small (getting in and out of bed was a bit tricky but the bathroom was very comfortable), and overall it needed maintenance.

(10) Un par de días teníamos excursión temprano y nos prepararon el desayuno a la hora q les indicamos . El Riad necesita arreglos , mantenimiento en general . El primer día había una toalla rota. La habitación estaba limpia pero en nuestra ducha el agua se salía ( falta sellado) y en la bañera había placas laterales sueltas . Si el mantenimiento fuera óptimo , volvería sin dudarlo .
• karen (10/5): We were made to feel incredibly welcome. - It was traditional and extremely comfortable, with lots of choice of where to relax. We had the best nights sleep and a wonderful traditional breakfast. The staff were all exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us, helping and advising us on places to visit etc.
• Maria de Lurdes (8/5): Atmosfera tranquila e acolhedora em Marrakech - Bom pequeno almoço, abundante, confecionado no local e servido com a gentileza e hospitalidade marroquinas. Também dentro do mesmo espírito, serviram-nos chá de cortesia por mais de uma vez durante a nossa estadia. O Riad é silencioso, tem uma atmosfera calma, e todos os funcionários , em especial Abud e Yacim, são super gentis e prestáveis. Num dos dias em que precisámos de sair mais cedo, prepararam e serviram o pequeno almoço no horário que nos era conveniente. Colchões muito confortáveis, quartos frescos mesmo sem ser necessário utilizar AC, o que para mim é uma incrível vantagem, consideranado que no exterior as temperaturas variaram entre 20 e 30 graus. Localização muito central, e também com acesso fácil ao limite da medina, para sair facilmente da cidade O quarto onde fiquei alojada necessita de algumas obras de manutenção, nomeadamente nas zonas das tomadas elétricas, as paredes com zonas de revestimento a sair. Os armários tradicionais deveriam ter algum tipo de incenso ou ambientador marroquino que eliminasse algum odor de humidade residual. Nada disto comprometeu o conforto, mas considerando o valor da estadia, esperaria que as paredes do quarto estivessem melhor preservadas e que os armários não deixassem cheiro na roupa. Gostaria de ter tido a opção de mais luz no interior do quarto. Apesar de haver vários candeeiros, mesmo ligando todos a iluminação era sempre muito relaxante, mas insuficiente para trabalhar no PC

Reservamos dos habitaciones: una suite para dos maravillosa y una habitación para tres personas con las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno también muy rico, muy bien presentado y diferente los dos días que estuvimos. En la habitación para tres personas olían las tuberías del baño bastante y no funcionaba muy bien la calefacción. En el desayuno echamos en falta algo salado como huevos o tortilla y que hubiera leche sin lactosa.

Yacine nous te remercions pour ta bienveillance, ton accueil chaleureux, tes conseils, ta gentillesse etc etc ! Tout le reste du personnel aussi était adorable. Le jour où nous sommes arrivées Yacine est venu nous chercher à pied jusqu au taxi pour nous guider jusqu a l’hôtel. Nous avons également étaient escortées au retour jusqu a notre taxi par un autre jeune homme. Le Riad est ultra bien placé dans Marrakech ! En plein dans l’effervescence de cette ville ultra vivante ! On aurait pas trouvé mieux ! Le Riad est propre, bien entretenu, notre chambre également, elle était très propre et le lit très confortable ! From the attention and care of the staff to the food, location, and pleasant atmosphere, everything played an important role in making my trip to Marrakech a truly memorable experience. It was my first time staying in a riad, and I was impressed by the size of the room and the overall sense of grandeur. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yassen. He took the time and had the patience to help me plan an itinerary that perfectly matched my goals and travel style. He also arranged several activities for me, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Beyond that, he was always available to help with even the smallest things — from checking whether prices in the markets were fair to evaluating items I was considering buying. For someone visiting Marrakech for the first time, this level of support brings enormous peace of mind. He was truly essential in making my experience so special. The only small downside was that the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, but overall the experience was excellent.

• Guillem (9/5): Amazing stay! - I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I really felt it was deserved. Yassi is without a doubt the best receptionist I have ever met, and I say this after having travelled a lot. From the very first moment we arrived until the very last minute when we left, he was incredibly attentive. He helped us with everything we asked for, organised all our plans, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. Every request we had was handled quickly and with great care. On top of that, he was always extremely kind, friendly and genuinely pleasant. His professionalism and attitude truly made our stay much better. He really deserves special recognition. Breakfast could be improved.

Existen alojamientos más lujosos que este Riad, especialmente en la zona de Hivernage. Pero estoy convencido que en ninguno se preocuparían más por nuestro bienestar y comodidad. Samir y el resto de la plantilla ( Fátima y Ayoub) fueron diligentes y solícitos de forma permanente a cualquier necesidad que nos surgió. Fue un disfrute cada minuto que pasamos en el Riad, tan diferente al contorno de la Medina.Todos los momentos fueron mágicos: el amanecer desde la terraza, el desayuno, el refrigerio del mediodía que sirve para retomar fuerzas para volver a sumergirte en la atmósfera del Zoco, el baño en la piscina a cualquier hora del día...y todo ello, en una respetuosa intimidad, dado que sólo hay 4/5 habitaciones, lo que permite una atención absolutamente personalizada. Volveremos. Inshallah. La Red WiFi no funciona correctamente. Pero los que no somos nómadas digitales ni Instagramers, lo agradecemos. Todo puede esperar a vuestro regreso.
• Afonso (9/5): - We had a truly wonderful experience at Riad II Parco dei Principi and we’re deeply grateful for the hospitality we received throughout our stay. First and foremost, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Ayoub, who was acting as the substitute manager during our visit. Even though he had only recently taken on the role, we were truly impressed by how confident, capable, and professional he was. Ayoub went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always helpful, always kind, and full of insightful tips and tricks about the city. Thanks to him, we were able to discover Marrakech in a much more authentic and informed way, from what to see to how to navigate the souks like locals. The Riad itself is beautiful and incredibly well located, right in the heart of the Medina, which allowed us to explore many of the city’s main attractions on foot. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having the chance to relax by the pool in the courtyard was a real highlight—it became our favourite way to unwind in the evenings. The entire staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home and even offered us the opportunity to try different Moroccan teas during our stay, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Although the Riad’s architecture and decor are stunning, we truly believe that its greatest value lies in its people. The team made our experience unforgettable, and for that we are truly thankful. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return! Afonso & Bárbara Our stay at the Riad was only negatively impacted by the bathroom setup. The shower had no curtain or glass partition, which meant that every time we showered, the entire bathroom floor got completely wet. A simple addition like a shower curtain or screen would make a big difference.

We had a lovely time in Marrakech, and your kindness had a lot to do with it. However, the basement room was a little bit humid. Still, we had the most pleasant stay.

• Sabrina (9/5): Comfortable rooms and great location inside medina, easy to find and a short walk from attractions! - Great location, a short walk from the souks but also easy to find on foot from the nearest taxi-drop off point - very important when travelling with suitcases etc. We stayed in the 'Talitha' room, which was spacious and had a large, very comfortable double bed and small safe for valuables (note, laptops do not fit - only passports/wallet). The bathroom was also very spacious, clean and modern (note, there is no standing shower - only a bath with a hand-held shower on the side). The room had a strong air con/heater system that worked very well, which was important as we visited during a cold spell where temperatures reached 2C outside at night. Both the room and the riad are nicely decorated with traditional touches, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. WiFi was very good and allowed video calls. Nothing! I would point out that the riad is next door to a mosque, so you will be woken just before dawn with the 'call to prayer' playing from loudspeakers - it is very loud! However, this is common throughout the medina and I doubt it can be avoided, no matter where you stay.

• METİN (9/5): In general, it was very nice experience. Thanks to Yassine and all team. We like their effort and way doing their job. - The stuff was very kind and helpful. The location was very good. Since we stayed at the beginning of winter season, we expected a bit better heating. There was an air conditioner and we used it but generally these kind of devices are better for cooling. Our comment is for the room named as Winston.
• Pierre-Yves (9/5): Très bon séjour avec un personnel très serviable, bon rapport qualité prix - Très bon emplacement dans la Médina, personnel très serviable et préoccupé que le séjour se passe bien. Nous avons pu en particulier faire deux excursions (Atlas et Essaouira) organisées par le Riad. Nous avons également pu profiter de deux excellents diners dans le Riad et de nombreux conseils pour visiter Marrakech. Chambre un peu petite, mais c'était la dernière qui restait disponible. Quelques problèmes avec le Wi-Fi au début du séjours mais qui ont été rapidement résolus par l'intervention d'un technicien.

Yassine was so helpful towards us and even helped us get taxi’s for cheaper and would walk us to our taxi. The breakfast was delicious and our room was so clean. If I’m ever in Morocco I would 100% stay here.

What we appreciated the most was how attentive, helpful, and friendly the staff were. From the airport transfer to the transfer to the Agafay Desert, restaurant recommendations, and the great service in between — always accompanied by fresh mint tea — everything was perfectly arranged.
