- Jill (9/5): Great host, very nice apartment, good location. - This is in an older building in a part of downtown St. Pete that's being revitalized. The apartment was very cozy, everything worked well, and it was lovely to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning sun and have coffee. Also the instructions on parking and the responsiveness of the host were superb. Since it's an older building, it's a walkup, and since it's the third floor, with a lot of luggage, that would have been good to know in advance.

Quiet and very clean and had everything that I could have possibly needed. Only thing (which they can’t do anything about) is it’s quite a bit of stairs to carry luggage up, but it was worth it and, in fact, I’ve booked it again already.

- Vicki (8/5): great location! - studio is super cute and the location is fantastic! the deco is on point and it's stocked well. easy access and the digital guide is awesome. we chose this spot because it has two beds. the sofa bed isn't quite a bed, so when i reached out to the host they dropped an air mattress for us, which was awesome. if you need the sofa bed, request the air mattress. also note that the spa tub is quite deep, there's no bar to help you get out of it, so be careful. neighbors can be loud late at night.

I was impressed with the water inside the fridge.Also, the sign for the parking lot. I had to contact them once, and they answered and helped me right away. The area was so nice. Publix was two minutes away. Thank you so much. Everything was great.

Host communicated very well. The bed was the only disappointment. Definitely in need of new mattress or maybe a good topper. Sadly it was rock hard and there was no sleeping in.
