• Barbara (7/5): - The beach, pool and bar (uno más) were.great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with decent appliances and cooking utensils. Temperature was comfortable. No drinking water available in the condo. Only one pool towel (with a two bedroom unit, you could count on at least two people. A second towel seems reasonable). We had issues with the entry lock two separate times. Once it wouldn't lock and another time it didn't respond to the code and we were locked outside of the apartment. This was a dissatisfier due to the time to achieve a resolution so we could go on to enjoy our day. Maybe let us know in advance that there is an emergency key in the office?

• Global Mermaid (9/5): - Well appointed rooms - beds were super comfy - lots of extra bedding and pillows - Awesome views and lovely big deck - loved the spa tub - cozy furnishings felt like being home - appreciate touches like the icemaker ... we had a bumpy arrival - my fault for leaving late and getting in after dark - was raining so weather didn't help - and in having a hard time retrieving the door code - multiple calls to someone who didn't speak great English and we got hung up on then had no answer for numerous tries - then finally reecived a call back with the door code - so a bit stressful, but once we were in - all was greatly up hill and good from there !

I really enjoyed the convenience of having a beach day and the concierge team taking care of that for us. Every single person was excellent and very helpful.
