Excelentní choice of teas. IT was possible to use a small kitchen, however the pots and pans were so run down, tahat we prefered not to use them ať all.

Man muss hier pro Strecke ca 1,5 h Zeit einkalkulieren Bei Ankunft mussten wir selbst nochmal fegen, da der Boden nicht sauber war Das Bad wirkt auf den ersten Blick nicht sauber, auf den zweiten Blick liegt es aber eher am Alter Küchenaustattung ist zu knapp. Geschirr/ Besteck war nicht ausreichend

Es una zona residencial muy tranquila está lejos del centro de Toronto si es tu plan de visita, pero para quien busca algo bien calidad precio y desconectar con los parque urbanos cercanos es ideal
• victor (1/5): Busca otro sitio, lo agradecerás - Teníamos una reserva para tres días y solo estuvimos en la casa unos 15 minutos. La anfitriona nos condujo a una habitación en el piso de arriba de la casa. La habitación, al margen de la decoración espantosa, te recuerda a una lúgubre pensión. En la cama encontramos al menos 5 pelos. El baño es peor todavía. Se encuentra fuera de la habitación, como no nos quedamos no sé si se comparte con otros huéspedes. Tanto las paredes del baño como la bañera estaban realmente sucias. La jabonera y las toallas dan sensación de suciedad. El resto de la casa, jardín y piscina, no se nos mostró en ningún momento. Tras exponer la situación a la propietaria y visitar con ella el baño y la habitación para hacerle ver el lamentable estado en que se encuentra la residencia, nos dijo que éramos muy quisquillosos (mientras retiraba un pelo tras otro de la cama y alegaba que eran del cojín). Puesto que la estancia era para tres días, quedamos con Helem en que nos cobrase un día por las molestias, tras permanecer 15 minutos en la casa, y nos reembolsase los dos días restantes. Nuestra sorpresa fue que, según booking, la propietaria había denegado la devolución por cancelación, tal y como habíamos acordado. Hemos reclamado a Booking. No puedo entender la puntuación que tiene la casa, un 2 sobre 10 sería una valoración realmente generosa. We had a reservation for three days and only stayed in the house for about 15 minutes. The host took us to a room on the upper floor of the house. The room, aside from the hideous decor, reminds you of a gloomy boarding house. We found at least five hairs on the bed. The bathroom was even worse. It was located outside the room, and since we didn’t stay, I don’t know if it’s shared with other guests. Both the bathroom walls and the bathtub were really dirty. The soap dish and towels gave a feeling of uncleanliness. The rest of the house, including the garden and pool, were never shown to us.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans cet établissement où nous avons pu garer notre voiture sans soucis et faire une lessive avec l’aide de notre hôte ! Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous êtes véhiculés et souhaitez visiter Toronto ! Si vous n’avez pas de voitures, il est un peu complexe de rejoindre Toronto en transport (comptez 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre le centre ville), autrement ce logement est parfait pour un couple !

• Laetitia (5/5): - L'emplacement était bien. Propreté de la cuisine très négligée, et pas d'equipement . Pas de couteau. . Pas de passoire donc pas possible de se faire des pâtes. Il a fallu renettoyé le.peu d' ustensiles disponibles pour cuisiner car ils étaient sales. La chambre était propre quant à elle. Le lit grincait. L'accueil n'était pas optimum, la dame n'avait pas l'air de savoir qu'on arrivait. On a pas su si on pouvait accéder à la piscine, elle nous a juste montrer les chaussons à l'entrée et guidé a l étage. En fait il y a 3 chambres louées, et on partage une cuisine et une salle de bain avec WC. Ce qui n'est pas vraiment précisé dans l'annonce.

• Elias (1/5): Waste of money - THIS MAY BE THE MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW YOU READ ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. I have never had an issue with booking.com until I rented this location and it is an absolute travesty that their customer service refuses to remedy the situation that occurred. I rented this space because I wanted to be able to sleep for the night before returning home and I didn't get to do that at all. In fact I spent a total of about 15 minutes in the property, used the shower, towel, and left out of the property to go to an event. It is important to note that in the comments the property owner sent over it states and I quote "There's a door code. 在客人入住当天，我们会发送密码" For those of you not fluent in Chinese this says "On the day of check in, we will send the code to the guest." I never received a code and actually was let in by the owner themselves. When I returned to the property later I could not enter and still had no email confirmation of a code. I called the owner twice and received no answer so I had to drive back and cancel my plans for that Sunday. After making a complaint to booking.com the owner reached out and said they were willing to give 50% of what I paid for the property even though I was locked out and didn't use the property for more than a shower. Not a single blanket moved, not a single piece of furniture sat on, not a single appliance utilized. For some odd reason booking.com has taken the owners side and authorized half of the payment to return to my card and every time I try to reach out to an agent they will put me on hold and the call will drop. If you are considering this location I would absolutely look elsewhere because if you have an issue this person will not be honest about it at all. The owner is a scammer and was more than happy to take my money even though I didn't utilize the property. If I could give a 0 I honestly would for the simple fact that the property owner has zero integrity and refuses to take accountability

The parking was available on the drive. The bee was very comfortable. All the information was provided online and check in was easy. The shower pressure was very good. The bathroom is a bit dated and the bath tub itself a bit stained. The kitchen utensils need to be refreshed.

The bathroom was not in the room so was not comfortable. No extra sheets i was there 8 days, no extra towels, no place to have a broomstick to clean our self because no one alse cleaning there So i didnt enjoy at all the place there, not very comfortable

It’s close to bus stop but quite a travel to downtown Toronto by commute. Closer if you drive. Owner is nice and place is quiet.. Large closets in the room with desk and TV. It’s humid during our stay and electric fan wasn’t working well but didn’t bother us at all. We’re used to warm humid weather. There was a common kitchen but no one seemed to use except for us which we didn’t use except to boil water for coffee. The electric fan was nit working well but didn’t really bother us much..
