• Hans (10/5): Een gezellige en mooie ruimte in rustige omgeving. - Mooi ingericht. Ruim en gezellig huisje. In rustige omgeving met uitzicht op de groene omgeving met ook koeien te zien vanuit het keukenraam. Alles aanwezig. Ook een wasmachine.. Niets.

• Siew Huay (10/5): Tastefully decorated guesthouse with fabulous breakfast included - The fabulous breakfast included homemade lemonade, chia yoghurt, toasts with butter and jam. 2 eggs for each guest too 😋 This is among the best bnb we have stayed during whole 16 days south NZ trip. Definitely worth every cent you spent. If it is available, strongly recommended to book. Nothing
• Marie (10/5): Oasis in Waimate! - The moment we walked into this most delightful space we knew we would enjoy every moment spent there, sadly it was only for one night. It is a private oasis with all the conveniences of home and every need thought of by the owners especially Sandra were met in abundance. Absolutely nothing!

• Jenny (9/5): Superb - A beautifully spacious, clean & warm apartment traditionally staged. The kitchen and bathroom is new. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. Please note there is no TV, not a negative. There was games and cards to play in the evening 😀 N/A

Fantastic country cottage accommodation bursting with charm - Peaceful rural setting with lovely views, all just a few minutes from town centre Super friendly owners - very accommodating and pet friendly (providing water bowl and towels for our dog) Country cottage charm but with all mod cons (excellent water pressure in shower) Lovely breakfast supplies (chia/yoghurt with blueberries, fresh eggs, cereal, toast, coffee machine, homemade lemon concentrate) Welcome basket of snacks No TV - great to switch off and enjoy the vinyl and peaceful setting
• Steve (10/5): Best accommodation I've ever stayed at! - Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, showed us around when we arrived, already had heat pump and lights on for us. Breakfast was delicious and way above and beyond expectations! There was a couple of cereal options (and milk for it), fruit, fancy homemade yogurt with chia pudding and more fruit, as well as fresh sourdough, butter, home-preserved fruit jams and other spreads. There was also homemade lemonade which was delicious too! In addition to all this, there was hot chocolate, tea, and several different coffee options. It was all one yummy thing after another 😋😋😋😋😋 Place was super cosy. Spacious but didn't feel empty. Very quiet out in the country, but only a few minutes drive from town so very convenient. The only thing we didn't like was the swarms of moths that came to visit at night so we learned to be very careful to close all the windows and door before dark and not go outside after that until morning. But really not a major compared to everything that was amazing and we liked about this place!

• Beryl (10/5): Staying with Sandra and Richard was so good, - Sandra and Richard are wonderful, happy, friendly hosts. A beautifully presented cottage, very clean and with everything you need. We booked for 2 nights, but liked it so much we stayed an extra night. They gave us plenty of good information about the area. Plenty of healthy, yummy breakfast. We did not like leaving.

Everything we needed to stay for a month, AND fresh jams, honey & custom berry yogurts in the fridge for us. Wish we could have stayed for 2-10 nights. Very restful surrounded by pastures & and a big golf course on 3 sides. Lovely town to explore, the PERFECT distance down the road. We left too soon.

• Leanne (10/5): We’re very happy Aussie Vegemite’s - This property is perfectly appointed. From the moment you arrive you’re greeted by the friendly Sandra and Richard. It’s so homely including Sandra’s home made sour dough bread and spreads which are delicious down to warm robes for after you shower. So much thought and love has been put into this accomodation. It’s large for a BNB and felt like a warm hug from the moment we walked in. That we didn’t have longer to enjoy it more.

• Gabi (10/5): Amazing, highly recommend! - We had a lovely stay at BnB on Bakers. Sandra and Richard were fantastic hosts. We arrived and the heat pump was on, the room was cosey and warm. It exceeded all expectations. Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. Everything you could possible need was provided. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and cosey. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lovely, quiet area in a stunning location. We loved everything! Thank you for being so accommodating and going above beyound. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
