- Yanto (1/5): - Ac tidak dingin sama sekali, saya minta ganti kamar tdk di responi sama sekali, sprei sangat kotor ada cap kaki, kamar mandi tdk bisa di kunci pintu lobang, wc airnya mengalir terus tdk bisa tertambung di water plushnya, tv no channel, tdk bisa berkata kata saya...... Banyak ya....tempatnya naik tinggi tdk ada lift.....udah capek sampai kamar

- Yuval (3/5): Stay away - The staff was trying to be helpful, despite bearly speaking any English One of the most filthy places I've stayed in - honestly look like they're not even trying! The bed cover and pillow were stained, the bathroom dirty and full of mold. Trash is thrown in the corridor for days. Extremely neglected place.

- Nonni (4/5): Disappointing - The staff are nice It's so dirty and the atmosphere not comfortable, dark, damp. I'm leaving within 1 hour after check in, because it's not worth it with your health. I know it's cheap hotel, but cheap and dirty are a different words. And have a different meanings.
