• Thomas (8/5): - Die FeWo war super. Sehr modern ausgestattet und absolut komfortabel. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist praktisch und gut durchdacht. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Das WLAN war sehr schnell (ca. 270 Mbit downstream) und hat tadellos funktioniert ( ich hatte jedoch auch extra vorher diesbezüglich gemailt). Übrigens ist auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Es gab Ableitungen und viele Infos zur FeWo vorab. Zu beachten ist,dass nochmals extra eine Kaution von 100 Euro via Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden. Okay, aber aus der Zeit gefallen, wie ich finde. Generell nichts wildes: - eine Schere fehlt(e) - tatsächlich hat das Wohngebiet/.die Anlage null Flair - die Anwohner sind fürchterlich. Zwei Beispiele: meine Kinder wurden angebrüllt, weil sie einmal über den stabilen Zaun geklettert sind. Mich hat mal beim Arbeiten (abends gegen 17 Uhr aus dem Haus geklingelt, weil ich für 30 min. lang 2 Handtücher über den besagten Zaun gehangen hat. Das sei verboten! Das Umfeld war wirklich nicht angenehm. Wer hier ein freundliches und offenes Miteinander sucht, wird enttäuscht. 🫤
• Michelle (9/5): Superb - Quick response from the rental company. The apartment looked brand new, all the equipment for the kitchen was available. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms incl. washing machine. Unfortunately the bath stop didn't work so we couldn't use the bath. We also liked the terraces in front, next to and behind the apartment, so we could always sit in the sun. We really liked the location / area cause there was everything we needed; swimming pool (super cold though), beach (where you can dive or go snorkling), small supermarket and some nice restaurants and terraces. It's a residential area and we missed some atmosphere. The residential people were very, very strict on rules (mainly) at the swimming pool.
• Sonja (7/5): Good - It is a nice appartment with nice pool (not heated). There are 2 bathrooms which is nice. The airco did not work, they did repair this after few days. The Wifi was not working, we mentioned it several times but apparently they could not fix this. We stayed for 9 nights with almost no Wifi. We explained that we needed to do some work but there was no solution concerning the Wifi. We asked for a compensation but unfortunately they did not give us a compensation (only if we would book a stay again we would get 10%...).
