• Chia Ying (10/5): 整體我們真的很喜歡，服務態度真的很好！機器有問題是無法預測，完全可以理解❤️ - 環境整理得很好、很乾淨，負責和我們聯繫的是Xia；訊息非常快速的回覆，這點真的讓人很放心，而且房間冷氣有滴水小問題，很快的聯繫技術人員過來檢查，Mary也到現場關心，並多給我們一組新的毛巾使用。 煙霧感應器異常，半夜蜂鳴聲大響⋯⋯；我們完全可以理解這是機器本身的問題；但我們很感謝Xia很快速的聯繫Faiz過來處理！隔天也請技術人員過來查看。 (還有一個是⋯木地板走路聲音有點大聲😅)

• Rizalito (10/5): - Space, location and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and helpful specially Xia, Mary and Belle. Xia very reponsive on WhatsApp. We stayed for a week and we never runout of things to do and see because of the excellent location. The room is spacious for my family.of 3. We utilize the washing machine very well. The kitchen has enough cookware for simple meals and breakfast. Though it needed even a little exhaust when cooking, the smoke detector beeped twice on me while frying just eggs for breakfast. A little rice cooker would have made the kitchen great too. Another thing to improve is the shower. The curtain is too short and water splash out very easily because of the shallow shower area. It's mostly nitpick on an otherwise pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend staying here and definitely be our number one choice to stay in Singapore.

• Nahoko (10/5): - シンガポールに休暇で滞在中、10日間こちらのお宿を利用させて頂きました。スカイライトのお部屋は天井の開け閉めができて、夜はブラインドを閉じて眠り、朝は開けて朝の光をいっぱい浴びることができます。このアパートホテルはAnn Siangロードに面しており、立地が最高でした。徒歩5分でチャイナタウンに行けます。地下鉄Maxwell駅やMaxwell food centreにも数分です。また、アモイフードコートも森を切り開いた通路をくぐり抜けるとすぐにあります。 近隣にはお洒落なレストランやバーも沢山ありました。 また、滞在中に不安なことや質問があれば、コンシェルジュにメッセージを送るとすぐに返信して下さり対応頂きました。またシンガポールに来る時は是非利用したいです。 最高のホスピタリティーをありがとうございました！

• Mehak (10/5): - The location was lively with access to food and bars within a couple minutes of walk. Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Sri Mariamman Temple, Maxwell food Centre and Chinatown Market were 3 minutes away on foot! The checkin and checkout were both hassle free, and Xia was available on WhatsApp for any queries round the clock. Cleanliness was top notch, ample space in forms of cupboards, space for luggage below the bed, kitchenette with utensils and equipment, ironing board. Had a minor problem with the bath door, which Xia helped resolve very quickly! Best stay in budget, with all the necessities with great location. Very proactive staff. Loved our stay. There were some ants that showed up after a couple of days but cleared up after housekeeping. Very minor thing given all the advantages of this property.

• Maria (8/5): Great location in Chinatown - The location is excellent! At walking distance from several Hawker centers, dowtown and even the river. Everything worked and the room was clean, comfy and cool. The concierges Xia, Mary and Dolly were active in offering their help. There's not much of sound insulation. You can hear all sounds from the neighbouring room, the MRT train go by and the water system makes weird sounds. The room, though it was cool and the air was fresh, was somewhat damp.

• 俊杰 (10/5): - 这间公寓的位置很好，周边有很多购物中心和吃饭的地方；距离地铁站也很近（走路5分钟）；客房空间和设施也足够一家三口使用，洗衣机很好用，空调也很好；公寓的员工们都很热情，很有耐心，也很细心，尤其是Belle, Maica, Divina & Mitch；性价比真的超级高，在这种寸土寸金的大都市。以后有机会还会再来。

• John Darrah (9/5): - The location is perfect...on the edge of Chinatown. The Maxwell food center is 3 minutes away as is the metro stop across the street from it. Our unit was very quiet in the back of the building and plenty of AC with the mini split units. The staff was very responsive...Mary, Yani, and Shannen...when we had a small issue with our safe. Checkin was simple and the instructions easy to understand. The only very minor quibble I had was that we checked in early in the evening and all the AC units were off so it took about an hour to cool off the apartment.
• James (10/5): Nice room and Great service - The room is very nice and was bigger than I expected, the skylight is really nice and let's a lot of light in and the blackout curtain works really well. The staff (Yani, Mary and Shannen) went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, they were easily reachable by WhatsApp at any time and looked after our luggage after we checked out.
• Ashanti (10/5): Overall, a comfortable stay, just a few things that could be improved. - The room (skylight #102 ground floor) is a nice size spacious and it’s at a good location it’s close to multiple subways and multiple hello ride points if you want to you can even walk to the most famous tourist points. The staff their service was of high quality. I only got to meet Mary in real life since I had some problems but Yani And Shannon were approachable online. Which they also reply pretty fast. They are very easy to talk with and negotiate if there is a problem they will they a look at it find the source and explain to you why the situation is what it is. Good bed comfortable and also pretty big. I was alone but it’s also suitable for two people. The housekeeper was nice met her once. You could hear and feel the metro in the room. Also the upstairs neighbors their conversation were fully understandable. The room was cleaned but there were certain cleaning errors (dusty). They did not mention they were sustainable so I aspected slippers a toothbrush, toothpaste and multiple towels but I only received two (after asking more) but I do think it’s something they shouldve mention. No fresh air but I signed up for that myself since I chose the roof window. Some stuff is kinda outdated such as the washing machine and the room looks super modern in the picture but it’s giving 2019 instead of 2024/5

Checking in was super simple with clear instructions and the room was just as was described on Booking. I knew it would be a small room, but I was super surprised by all the facilities that were available despite the small size of the room. It was just perfect! Mary, Maica and Yani were very helpful in case of questions about Singapore and checked in on me regularly via WhatsApp to make sure everything was perfect! Also, I had expected it to be noisy because of the area, but not at all. To be fair, there is nothing that could have been better for me. If I would really have to pick something, I would say that the mattress could be improved, but that is only if I really have to point something out.

• Callan (9/5): Super convenient, comfy and quiet! great value in a city that has quite expensive accommodations - Amazing location - we could walk to all of chinatowns main highlights in minutes. It has a comfortable spacious room, very helpful staff who communicate very well via WhatsApp and had laundry on site and provided powder. There really wasn’t any negatives worth talking about, but Given the less frequent room cleaning I would have liked to have a dust pan in the room to allow us to be able to clean a little, but most hotels don’t have this anyway.

• James (10/5): Perfect quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown yet we are only 2 minutes from it. - Property was easy to find as it was located via Exit 2 of the Maxwell MRT station. The place was clean and the photos matched exactly what we expected. The aircon worked very well and the washing machine & dryer along the corridor was an added bonus especially with the hot humid weather, which warranted a change of clothes and washing them. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. The induction cooker and microwave were helpful for us to prepare our breakfasts and dinners. The staff were very responsive and readily available when we had any queries. Special thanks to Yani, Maica and Mary for their ever-ready to help. A small dish drainer would indeed be welcomed for draining and drying washed crockery and cutlery.
• Carsten (3/5): Poor - The day I left.... First of all, BE AWARE THAT CCTV CAMERA IS POINTING INTO THE ROOM WHEN DOOR IS OPEN...... It's a 'viritual' hotel with absolutely NO PERSONALLY and no personal contact. Everything is done online, by YOURSELF, and then on top of that, you have to do room-cleaning yourself and laundry (towel and bedlinnen) yourself. Room is small, window is right into a fire-staircase and bed is en a wall to wall corner, so you have to climb over each other to get in and out of bed. This is an absolutely no go, money machine, where some one might be sitting behind the cctv-cameras and laugh at you, because you spend your money here, and not on a real hotel. And be aware that right under the 'hotel' runs the MRT (Metro), with nice sounds and vibrations to help you sleep ..... !! Singapore has so much nice things to offer. This place is NOT one of them.

• Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very pleasant stay. The room was small but very nice and super clean. It was well equipped with everything needed for a short vacation in Singapore. Also, the shower is very nice and the air-conditioning is quiet. It's a perfect location for sightseeing and just a couple of minutes away from Marina Bay. Also, Maica, Mary & Yani were there on WhatsApp to assist us all the time and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you very much :) The only thing missing for us was a reading lamp next to the bed. During rain, it's a bit noisy due to the water splashing on the roof window which might be an issue for some people. This wasn't a problem for us though :)

Walking distance to 3 major hawker centers (Maxwell, Chinatown Complex, Amoy). MRT station next to Maxwell Hawker Center (just 1~2 mins walk from the property). I have a team of 3 lovely ladies (Mary, Maica and Lily - THANK YOU!) helped me move-in and provided weekly room cleaning. Rain shower installed in the bathroom. Outstanding WiFi speed (even with the VPN turned on). Available free washer/dryer. Sink water drainage a bit slow.

They were very helpful with our enquires and gave us guidance with their excellent local knowledge. Thank you. We will definitely come to stay again on our next trip. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well set up with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Also, a great location to see Singapore from, walking to Chinatown was easy, or the MRT nearby to get to other places. Nothing we didnt like- everything was outstanding.

• B (10/5): Clean, new and close proximity to shops - Loved the cleanliness and proximity to shops. Recently refurbish so brand new. Helpful and courteous staff. Has a kitchenette fully stocked with cooking ware and large fridge No elevator and no staff on site. Staff very helpful but it would be a nice boost to the service if they were onsite. The check-in had to be done prior to arrival.
• Mark (9/5): Perfect location - great facilities - The location was perfect. Walking distance to Chinatown, hawkers markets and a number of MRT's to make getting around Singapore easy. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of cooking and cleaning facilities. A special mention goes out to the staff who were attentive, great communicators and available to assist when needed. Well done. Our particular room had a skylight, which is a great feature but is very bright at night so if a light room makes it difficult to sleep take a sleeping mask. Not a hard work around. 😁

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Mary, Maica and Lily were so responsive from the get-go, even before check in they answered all my questions promptly. I had asked for a super early check in and usually most places would not have allowed it, but we managed to check in to the room at 7am!! Unheard of. The room was clean, even though there was no regular housekeeping, if additional pillows, sheets etc were required, it was delivered promptly too. Love the experience!

• Antonio (9/5): Superb - I love the location, near Chinatown and also easy to access the public transport. Need to mention the staff from Heritage is ready to help at anytime, specially Mary who was attentive with some requests I did. I'm thankful for that. The only thing I'm not agreeing with is the frequency of the housekeeping service. It could be nice to offer at least two times.

The staff provided all the info via Whatsapp and I was able to get in touch with them when I needed assistance. Thanks Maica, Mary and Kalvin! It would have been perfect if the room had a window, but I was aware about this before booking. The room has air conditioner and a dehumidifier.

She makes me feel at ease and with patience guided me on how to operate the smart tv, washing machine and dryer. She even offers to book a taxi on my behalf from the hotel to the airport. Also the housekeeper was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
