- Shivani (9/5): - Great location, fantastic shower.
- Keith (9/5): Great welcome and contact with owner, V comfortable and easy walk to everywhere, Highly recommend - Great location close to town and riverside walks, but quiet, with offroad parking. Comfy lounge with large TV, 2 large bedrooms, small kitchen (had everything) and v large bathroom with shower cubicle & bath. Great contact with owner, very comfortable stay and would highly recommend. We'll be back! Need somewhere to sit and eat (table) but owner is adding new kitchen
- Dawn (9/5): Lovely accommodation - Great location, easy walk into Brecon town, and also very close to a lovely riverside walk. Lovely and clean, and easy to find. We needed to get in contact with the owner, and she was very responsive. Would recommend staying there.

- Michelle (10/5): Value for money providing a comfortable space and good facilities, close to areas of interest - Kitchen facilities good, t towels crockery and cutlery provided. lounge area with television comfortable. Bathroom clean and offered a bath and shower, hand towels and toilet rolls provided. Bedrooms consisted of one bedroom with a double bed and on with two singles. It was all good
- Patricia (10/5): Quaint, cosy and central - This is a quaint, cosy cottage so close to the town centre but very quiet. I managed to revisit all my childhood haunts in my time here. A truly wonderful experience.
- Mingay (9/5): - Location Mattress
- Adrian (10/5): - This accommodation was exactly what we needed, the house is quirky and full of character and had everything needed to make it comfortable for a holiday stay. The house was clean, tidy and the location is 2 minutes from Brecon centre, and the parking space was really handy. Nothing
- Katherine (10/5): Great Location and comfortable accommodation - Location
- Gerry (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and cosy. - The ease, comfort and location was great. Fortunately the weather was good, so we enjoyed the lovely mountain view’s.
Brilliant shower.
It will be interesting to see the outcome of your future plans for the building. Limited TV programs available on the TV.
It would have been better if there was a king size bed and being higher off the ground, with us being OAP’s it was difficult to get in and out of.
A grab handle on the wall of the bath would have been a bonus, but the shower was great.
- Harriet (9/5): I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Clean and comfortable. The host was very good also, responsive and polite. -
- Yelyzaveta (10/5): Great house and lovely host! - We had a lovely time in this property. Spacious, clean and cozy! We stayed here for 2 night and on one of the morning we went to hike Pen y Fan before sunrise. It was unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! Location is great to do the hike, only 15 mins drive.
- Jane (8/5): Weekend Away in Brecon - Excellent location, clean, quiet, lovely view from the main bedroom, great host. Double room good size. Upstairs kitchen, but knew about it beforehand, will be much better if planning is accepted for one downstairs as commented by the host in their welcome card. No outdoor area for sitting outside, and again, knew about it. At least there was some lovely riverside seating nearby.
- Nelson (9/5): Walking trip - Cosy apartment, close to town centre with parking. Perfect for a weekend walking trip with my friend.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Easy to get to. Enjoyable stay, all helped by excellent communication from the host. Thank you! - There was nothing to dislike. The was nothing we didn’t like.
- Glyn (8/5): Very good - Everything apart from the mattress for the double bed Like above , mattress double bed needs changing, it was a difficult sleep if two in it
- Wendy (8/5): Cosy. - The accommodation was really cosy and clean. It was very convenient for the town, the cathedral and walks by the river. The beacons are just a short drive away.
Very good communication with our host,Victoria. The living room is downstairs. Everything else is upstairs. This was not a major issue but it did mean taking our meals downstairs and using trays on laps. Not an issue to stop me recommending this apartment. We are a bit older so I guess it made a difference.
- Tomlinson (10/5): Exceptional - Accomodation has everything you need. Short walk into town centre. Good to have parking on the drive. Would definitely stay again. Nothing
- James (10/5): Absolutely lovely place to stay! - We absolutely loved this place!
We had been staying somewhere else in the town and wanted to extend our stay and found this, we wish we had found this place first. We met Vicky and she was so friendly and accommodating.
Stunning place, can't wait to stay again. Nothing!
- Derek (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Warm, comfortable flat with everything provided for our short stay.
Parking a bonus. Victoria was very helpful too - would definitely stay again.
- Rosemary (8/5): Perfect flat to explore the beautiful area surrounding Breacon. - The apartment was clean, tidy and everything we needed to explore the Breacon area. It was close to town and cozy. The kitchen is a bit small but we made a whole meal there and had everything we needed to do so. Nothing really. It was a simple place but had everything we needed.
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (9/5): Great comfortable stay short walk to town - Lovey central flat with a cottage feel, everything you would need for a break away Only issue was the draughty front door, maybe a curtain across it would help.
- Steven (10/5): As a base for our running tour of the Beacons. Well equipped for self catering and plenty of hot water for shower and ba - Great location in centre of Brecon close to shops and parking for 2 cars. Comfortable lounge. Nice bath and shower room. Mattress could probably do with an upgrade in double bedroom. There isn’t a table to sit at to eat food but there are trays provided which sufficed.
- Jan (8/5): Comfortable, pleasant stay to see our family. - Convenient location. Off street parking available.
Cosy lounge and comfortable bed. Plenty of space upstairs.
Helpful, friendly host. Kitchen and lounge would be better on one floor . No facility for a dining table and chairs. Perhaps a folding set would be good on the large landing where there is adequate space.
Also a 2-pin shaver socket - for razor and toothbrush, would be highly desirable.
- Joanne (10/5): Perfect for all requirements of a little break away - The location and space
