Angela (1/5): SCAMMERS - NOTHIN! THE WORDT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! worst experience of my life. To begin with, the apartment booked was not the one indicated, they sent me photos that absolutely did not match. Communication is very difficult: they practically speak to you in Indonesian, writing to you from always different WhatsApp contacts. When I arrived I had to wait half an hour and the boy didn't understand anything. I download the app and there isn't even the English language. I enter the house and there are ants in the kitchen, the house is practically falling apart, the floor is dirty with dust everywhere, hair, rubber bands, pieces of paper, the sink doesn't drain. I will immediately send a request for reimbursement and reallocation. they don't allow me and ask me to send for cleaning, which never came in 3 days. in the end he also tells me that I have to pay an invoice for the maintenance that was never done (i.e. it falls apart and I have to pay!). SCAMMERS DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM
