• May (5/5): - The location was ideal as its just located at the center so everything is near, The bed was so comfortable. The wifi. The staff who handled us as he was giving us the wrong info from the front door lock, also the wifi password we had to check the modem as the password was still the same not on the sticker that they put. They were not responding that much if we can already go inside for the 4pm Check in Time.

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno fuori porta. Nonostante si affacci direttamente sulla piazza è ben insonorizzato. Consiglierei di fornire una spugna per lavare le stoviglie, che non erano pulitissime, e di fornire magari delle tende più oscuranti, in quanto già dal mattino presto entra molta luce nella stanza. Per il resto è stato tutto ottimo!

• Andre' (3/5): great location. - The location. not clean ( found A dirty towel on the floor, pills by the bed from previous guests, glasses supposed to be sterilized but still with ikea stickers, unclean floor, kettle and hob) little light ( only 2 lamps and the light on the bathroom mirror) No blinds, no blackout curtains- sun goes up, you wake up! broken shower cubicle , no sink stopper not even a toaster and a proper knife to cut some bread. Small Ac that doesn't cater properly for the size of the room - ended up with a cold!

• Nattha (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent. There is an elevator but there are about 25 steps to reach the elevator. It is safe as there are restaurants right in front of the entrance and they open until late. Good price compared to other bnb. It smells like basement. Dark: There is not enough natural light. It will be nice to add more light in more parts of the room and add a switch to turn all of them off in one go. Construction noise: The room underneath did the renovation and on Monday they started the drilling the wall at 8.30am. They tears down all the wall and floor. Both sure how long this will last. The shower room is tiny, you cannot bend your back to clean your feet. There is no place to put the soap.
• Vladimir (2/5): A spartan room in a great location - Location We were mostly drawn to this apartment by its excellent location on the same square with the San Giovanni baptistery and the Duomo and a breathtaking view from its windows that we saw in its picture lineup on the Booking. However, the collection of pictures was misleading as it turned out that it showed the same amazing window view for both apartments run by the same company. Just one of them faces the square, however, and we only realized it when we got into the other apartment with a depressing (no) view of the backside. The owners gave a somewhat weird response to our complaint, saying that they weren’t responsible for the square view included in the lineup of pictures for the apartment that doesn’t have it. They persistently claimed that the picture setup was automatically generated by Booking and they had nothing to do with it. If you want the fantastic view of the square, talk to the owners first and make sure you get the right apartment. Be prepared, however, that the square is really noisy round the clock. The no view apartment that we got was surprisingly quiet as it faced the other side. It was also quite spacious with a high ceiling and had a comfortable bed. The check-in was trouble-free and simple and the communication with the owners quick and businesslike. Unfortunately, the good ends here. The pictures provided by the owners on Booking look misleading, the reality was much less attractive. The small window let in very little light in daytime and had poor illumination at night too. The room looked and felt like a student dorm - a spartan, no-frills layout that felt really strange given the high price. The kitchen looked like the cheapest thing they could find and had a bare minimum of utensils, all of them of extremely poor quality. The shower, served by a really small boiler, was extremely cramped and only offered a trickle of slightly tepid water so it was pretty useless. The shower cabin was moldy and the sink was clogged.

• Anamika (8/5): Great location.should maintain the house better - Location was fabulous and the place was big and spacious The house needs maintainance curtain rod and curtain came off, the shower door keeps coming off . The kitchen needs to have atleast a toaster, microwave basic. Hall should have some rug to keep it warm. Just needs to be maintained better. Wifi needs to be given

• Ellie (10/5): Wonderful - The apartment was the perfect place to stay in order to discover the wonderful city of Florence and of course the Duomo complex. The apartment boats the most breathtaking view of the battistero and of the cathedral- perfect for those who love architecture. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well- equipped, should one want to use it. The check-in process was very easy and the hosts easily contactable, if required. This place is suitable for the solo traveller or for a quiet couple wishing to immerse themselves in the art, history and religious aspects of the city and who want to be centrally located.
• Thales (8/5): Good apartment in great location, with some down side - location is perfect, right on the city heart, with great space and full kitchen. property was not well clean when we arrived, we’ve found left overs from last guests. There’s a lift but you need to go to 1st floor to use. Shower box is very small and is not everyone that would fit inside. Internet was up and down all the time. There was no extra bed linens or duvets for cold nights. To finish, you don’t need alarm as the cathedral bell rings 7am very loud!
