• Guadalupe (10/5): Spacious and within walking distance of everything. - We loved our stay here. It’s within walking distance of everything you could need. The host was very nice and let us drop our luggage off before check in. The place was very spacious and we loved that it had a washer.
• Nadia (5/5): Great location, apartment could be better - The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean. There were issues with water drainage in one shower, noisy air conditioning/heating units at night, mattresses need updating, insufficient kitchen facilities and neighbours could be heard through walls. Note- all but one room obtain natural light from a light well.

• Aryaman (7/5): Overall an average experience, and not great value for money - Fantastic location, clean apartment, just like in the photos. The bathroom was cramped, broken faucets/ toilet seat, and poorly stocked. The bidet in the attached bathroom is so close to the basin counter that it’s difficult for any adult to use. Although they provided us extra towels and toilet paper on request, why not adequately stock this to begin with?

• Manickam (10/5): Fantastic location!!! Walkable distance to all the attractions in the town centre. Plenty of places to visit, eat and en - Fantastic location!!! Finding the exact address/location. It took us some 30 minutes to find the actual address. Hosts to consider reviewing the instruction and updating information for guests access. Google map guides to a different location along the same street. So for first time guests, after long journey to Florence, be prepared for the treasure hunt. No lift for heavy travelers. Not recommended for those with mobility issues and very large bags. Lighting (automatic ) inside the common area is not practical, especially in the summer when outside is like spotlighting and inside is darkness, relatively speaking. The sign on the door of the actual unit can be made larger and bright colors, to contrast the dark door color.
