Stay at your own risk - Accessibility for this place is easy Rooms are decent size and not atall clean, the sheets were stained, key cards stops working all of a sudden. There was a baby lizard in our room. Worst experience till date.

The invoice on check out was not provided and told will be sent by email and have not recieved it till date on 17th for a stay on 11-12th, Break fast was included while selecting the package and price but was conveyed not included.

The reception Staff and Sivaya were very helpful to make my stay that much more memorable. Service can improve and beds were way too soft ended having a back ache.

The staff is very polite and helpful, with a special mention to house keeping and front office for their exceptional hospitality. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. • Shailinder (1/5): I suggest people avoid this as much as they can. I will not be going there again, for sure. - I like the proximity to the main road, but that's of no direct use to me. This was my second visit to this hotel. Last time (Nov'24), there were issues, too, but I thought of ignoring them. This time, they took three reminders over a period of one and a half days to understand and resolve my problem. They don't have hot water running, or it was unavailable whenever I wanted it. The exhaust fan in room 306 makes a lot of noise. You don't get mobile NW in this hotel, and the WIFI keeps fluctuating every now and then. I suggest people avoid this as much as they can. I will not be going there again, for sure.

• Anindya (3/5): Not worthy of such price , no space in room, restuarant charge is also too high. Not recommended - Hotel is located at prime location and basic amenities are there. Room is super small and resturant of hotel charges too much extra and takes more than hours to serve simple food. The hotel is definitely not value for money and advising people not to choose this hotel if they want comfortable stay. Room has no space to walk , all the rooms are too small. With the high charge we expected basic space but don't get fooled by the picture, outside bed there is no space to walk. Restaurant is too much overpriced and takes more than hour to serve aimple food. This hotel is not worthy to charge this much so recommending all not to choose this hotel as it was so bad experience for us choosing this hotel.

• Roshni (2/5): Very poor - The hotel accepted the confirmation and upon arriving there I was told that all the rooms have been occupied except only one executive suite, the did not give me any prior notice or called me to confirm that I would be coming before giving the room. And more over the receptionist was not giving any valid reason and told me because the option I had selected was pat at property they didn't keep any room, which also wasn't mentioned to me earlier otherwise I would have made the payment. After a long conversation where he wasn't providing any solution he charged me double the amount for what I was suppose to get the room for, for the remaining executive suite. And the suite was also disappointing as it had the most basic amenities like any other room they provide. The bill which was provided to me mentioned the cost which I had booked for through booking.com which was around 2.5k but he charged me 4.5k and didn't even provide a bill, saying that it's not possible.
