- Iain (10/5): Highly recomended. A great place to stop, read, walk and relax. Would stay again - Location, location, sunny days, facing South East for the morning sun, quietness, house interior, chatting to the locals down at the pier, walking into town minor detail: Had to follow up for door code and poor phone reception had us anxious for a few moments. Was challenged by the fire and the flue's so gave up as a little more warmth would have been handy in the evenings. Prior to our usage looked like others had tried in the past re partial burnt wood already in the combustion fire place.

- Philomena (10/5): - Very comfortable house all round, especially nice beds/showers. Lots of space. Seamless ease of access with key waiting in lockbox. It's a beautiful area of Ireland with lovely views from the property. Big spacious area for parking. Such a bonus to be able to bring your dog too. It's a stunning place and we felt privileged to holiday there. Only one thing - so many ants around the door area - this had to be dealt with on a daily basis, however we did visit in the height of summer so I guess it's an intermittent issue.
- Ralf (9/5): Very nice house for a stay with two couples, we had a great time! - Charming house full of character, nice layout, pretty views from the bedrooms, especially the upstairs one. Very helpful and responsive landlord. Small things: only one frying pan in the kitchen, could provide a second house key.
- Louise (10/5): June 25 Colla Cottage - Pier cottage was the perfect place for us to stay looking out over Colla Pier and Inis Fada. The location had the benefit of being in a remote secluded location, while still being central to explore the peninsulas of West Cork. The house had everything we needed to cater for our needs, each room had a picture postcard view over the bay and islands. It's well recommended.
