• Magnus (8/5): Vi är nöjda som helhet - finns frukost restauranger inom kortare gångavstånd. Det är ju inte billigt men det är som det är. Hårda kuddar i sängarna. Dåligt tryck i duschen. Lite krånglig nyckel men det löste sig när man kom på hur man gör för att låsa upp.

• Dana (10/5): - Locația este foarte spațioasă și bine poziționată, aproape de centru și de gară, ceea ce o face extrem de convenabilă. Terasa mare este un mare plus, perfectă pentru relaxare. Gazda a fost foarte promptă și amabilă, oferindu-ne tot suportul necesar. Recomand cu drag!

• Christine (8/5): - The host was very flexible with our meeting time. The beds were comfortable. Big kitchen and terrace. There was no area, other than the kitchen, to socialize with our family.

• Thuong (9/5): Great place to stay in florence! - We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful balcony. It was as gorgeous as pictured! The showers were definitely smaller we didnt really see how small it was based on the pictures but I am a petite woman and barely had enough room to turn around. It was tough to bathe the baby as well.

• Bev (9/5): Great Stay - Stunning building and very spacious apartment. Bed very comfortable and nice clean sheets. Large family group of us so good to have 2 shower rooms. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning was good as it was very warm during our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Terrace is an excellent space to sit out and a very quiet neighbourhood. Was visiting with twin babies, so I was given the use of the lift. Great location for the train station and walk into the centre of Florence. Communication was good with owner, who responded very quickly to any queries. Free WiFi that was good. These are not negatives just little comments to help others- Little jobs need doing such as the shower raisers are broken. No toaster .... unless we couldn't find it. Oven trays were dirty but nothing we couldn't wash

• Julie (9/5): Spacieux et confortable - Appartement très spacieux, chambres confortables, cuisine parfaitement équipée et belle terrasse. Il n'y a pas de salon c'est dommage. Nous aurions préféré un salon commun plutôt qu'un fauteuil dans chaque chambre. Aucun miroir hors de la SDB (pas pratique pour se préparer quand on est un groupe). Douche minuscule et manque de pression.

• Carole (9/5): Spacieux, proche du centre et confortable - Spacieux et à 7 minutes de la gare. Calme et très propre. Literie très confortable Dommage qu.il n’y ait pas de salon pour se poser ensemble et ensemble un peu vétuste mais tout bien équipé et très propre.
• Bernd (10/5): Angenehm und komfortabel. - Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gut geschnitten mit großzügigen Zimmern, die hübsch eingerichtet sind. Eine große Wohnküche lädt zum Kochen und Essen ein und die Terrasse ist wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer.

• Johnson (8/5): Excellent and we had a great quality time - It was spacious , very clean , all the necessary items were available. we were a group of 8. However, it would have been little more better, if there is a second mirror out side of the bathroom
• Robert (5/5): Short stay with only adequate accomodation. - The Veradah and large space Lift not working! which was very uncomfortable for guest with ostioarthritis climbing 3 floors. Memory foam beds and pillows very uncomfortable utensils especially pans in kitchen require renewing

• Syamimi (10/5): I truly recommend this place to group of family! The house is big, clean and complete with amenities. Location is good a - The owner is super great with us. The location is great! Only a few minutes walk from the tram pitstop point which is so convenient. Clean and super big house. Love it! The lift was limited to only 2 person per use.
• Liana (10/5): Thank you! We will definitely stay again. - The apartment is fantastic and well-equipped with everything we needed. Caterina provided amazing assistance, promptly addressing all our questions and even helping us with unexpected late arrival and car parking. The apartment's location is very convenient, with the city center just a 15-minute walk away. We're extremely grateful for her help! In the early morning, the city comes alive at 5 am. The windows were left slightly open, so it was a bit chilly in the apartment. Unfortunately, you can't use both bathrooms for a shower simultaneously, resulting in no hot water.
• Tay (7/5): Overall we had a great stay as we were out most of the day. - Great location. Rooms were clean with fresh bed covers and towels. Kitchen well equipped with all equipment. Big sized bedrooms. A very musty overpowering smell as you walk in. It was a bit off putting. The shower cubicle was very very small, difficult to move around once your in!
• Vasil (6/5): Really nice - Worn tablecloth. Old air conditioners, we couldn't get them to heat in the cool hours of the day. Not enough chairs for the terrace.
• Suzanne (8/5): 4 nights in Florence - We booked the apartment because we had a room eavh and a LIFT. The owner's rep met us and took oir bags up to 4th floor and us one by one in small lift. Lift cont. That was the only time we could use the lift. 62 steps to 4th floor, women un 70s and myself w a heart condition. On 3rd day i contacted owner who said she d given us a key. We never met her and there was no key. I was very disappointed and had chest pains from going up steps. The apartment has a lovely deck and big kitchen table to gather round. Tv in kitchen. I was sick and had to stay in one day and would have loved tv to be in lounge area which is in a bedroom. Location waS further out than i expected nit as convenient as our last trip here. I don t understand why the host didn t bring the key for our last day and a half after being sorry that happened. The rep did come at check out and help w all the bags and call us a taxi which we were thankful for. So if you need the lift..check first. Building was charming and old.
• Kristin (7/5): Great place for a big group and very spacious. Good location, roughly 25 mins walk from the main attractions. Airconditi - Very spacious with many bedrooms and a nice outdoor area. Close to the train station. Air conditioner made lots of noise and did not work very well in some rooms. Pillows very uncomfortable. Lift only useable with staff making it hard for my elderly grandmother to get up the stairs and for us to move suitcases.
• Mary (8/5): Overall a fantastic stay, we loved Florence and everything it had to offer. I would highly recommend this property for l - The outside area is fantastic, really big with loads of space for entertaining. Beds really comfortable. Location was good, Tram just round the corner or 15mins walk to the centre. The showers could do with improving, the pressure is not very strong and occasionally run cold. There is also a smell in the internally staircase to the property which can become fairly strong but please note the property does not smell.

• Stromae (2/5): Very poor - Hairs on the bed/shower. Dirty bathroom. Poor cleanliness overall. These issues were not pointed out during the stay, which is on us, but this is not acceptable. We've been asking for the invoice for the stay since before we arrive, host keeps telling us booking.com has to be the one sending it. Booking.com customer service tells us otherwise. The host doesn't even reply anymore. The invoice is mandatory by law. Disappointing and frustrating. Don't recommend at all.
• Joanne (8/5): Very good - The apartment is large but there is no lounge room. The apartment was clean and in an easy location. Short walk or tram to main station. 20 minutes walk to the town. There are no restaurants or cafes close by. The only downside is three flights of stairs. The lift is only available for luggage but only if the host meets you with the key. On check out the host couldn’t meet us and couldn’t drop off lift key so we had to carry suitcases down the stairs. Be aware of this when booking.
• Martin (9/5): Very close to train station. Save a lot of money in transportation. - Very close to the train station and public transportation. Nothing, everything was good!
• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful place - We had loads of travel dramas getting to Florence due to bad weather and Caterina was super accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us. The front door key isn't the easiest to use (you have to pull it out a bit, brief panic before we realised that). Wifi isn't available in all spaces. These are incredible minus points which really shows how great everything else was!
• Ahima310 (8/5): A very nice place to stay in Florence with a larger group - Very comfortable apartment, spacious and everything there, we could need. We were 7 persons. Two full bathrooms (two showers). Kitchen was our main meeting point. We cooked multiple times. Very good public transportation (tram station and bus station in 2 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes to train station). Lots of places comfortable in walking distance. Requests and information were taken seriously by the landlord. Very fast answers. Unfortunately there was no key to use the lift. For arrival and departure the lift would have been very appreciated.

• Christine (9/5): Stylish, spacious apartment in an excellent location. - This apartment is fantastic, ideal for our group of 8 with large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely terrace. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the tram stop. We loved it !! We were a group of five women and three men and we found the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms a little frustrating. Getting ready for a night out was difficult with the only mirrors being in the bathroom where others were getting showered. We also found the keys difficult to use in the main door and the lift key did not work. Minor niggles only.

• Nadia (10/5): Really good and clean place. Owner very helpful. - It is a huge 9-beds flat, located on the top floor. Each room was very comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms. We were provided with clean sheet beds, covers, pillows, towels. All good! Note: there is a good parking garage close to the flat (Garage Porte Nuove Parking Firenze) something like 7-10min walk. We had a wheelchair with us and luckily the building has a lift but to reach the lift one must go through some stairs first. Obviously, this is not the problem of the flat owner. Just mentioning it in case any wheelchair user considers this flat.
• Trish (10/5): Located close to transportation and great apartment - Great location close to train station and metro return to airport. 15 Minute walk to the best rated pizza restaurant in Florence. Apartment worked perfect for our large family group of 10. Communication with host was great, highly recommend. We'd stay here again if visiting Florence. Can't think of anything.
• Megan (8/5): Very good - Terrace is a wonderful addition. The whole apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The elevator didn't seem to be working and its on the second floor. We couldn't find the iron, and the door handle came off in my room. Not an actual problem, just flagging
