Toilet hardly can stand, 1msq. AC not working. Wrong address shown in booking.com, had been walking up and down 20 minutes before finding the location.

• Sikha (7/5): The stay only was good and comfortable - The hotel Proprietor and staff were good but staff lacs proper training to attend the needs of the guests, Asking for 2 cups and it took 24 hrs to reach my room.... They do not have a kitchen so food if ordered are brought from outside the hotel The hotel should mention about kitchen

• Aarti (1/5): Pathetic Hotel - Nothing This is a pathetic hotel and I don’t even think it’s associated with Fab Hotels. The room was dingy and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. This is a very old property and the rooms are not at all hygienic and clean.

In sofa also there is marks of masturbation ,ear bud on the floor , washroom is very dirty , no water coming , we have to call so many times for water, and front office staff didnt return my 140 rupess because he said to me sorry we dont have change during check out time

Not worth the money - Nothing really - bedsheets were smelling - room was VERY humid, to put it into perspective; i left my jeans on the closet door, and after 2 days it was slightly damp from the humidity - not allowed to turn on AC - room was very cold, it was even warmer outside - they expect a tip for EVERYTHING. One of the hosts will run towards you and ask for your hotel room key, will open the door and stay in your room for a few minutes until you tip him - they couldnt give me the hotel room key for the first 2-3 hours - asked for help with my simcard and got scammed by one of the host (had to pay 20€ for a simcard, 28 days activation)

• Rahul (1/5): Worst Hotel Ever! - Nothing. I got a mail 10 minutes after the free cancellation window saying the booking has been "upgraded" to another property from FabHotels. I was given a room in FabHotels Jindal Palace in the same locality. The booking price for that property in Booking.com itself was lower than what I paid for the initial booking. The room was terrible. The chairs were worn off, walls had seepage, no AC control, waste basket was so dirty. I asked them to clean the room, which they promised they would do. I asked another 4 times but they never cleaned the room. No toiletries were provided. After asking 3 times, a small bar of soap was given from a store room that was filled with waste liquor bottles. Towel was still not provided. There was a power cut during which the lights, plugs and AC were not working. Generator wasn't switched on. I asked for a change of rooms but they denied first. When finally I told them I was checking out because of the pathetic service provided, they showed me another room which was cleaner. But I still checked out because the service was unreliable. There were people at the reception booking rooms for a few hours with some adjustment. As per the receptionist, Gross Inn has been closed for 2 months because of some license issue. And all travellers-families/solo/couple should avoid Jindal Palace at all cost!
