Roman (10/5): I experienced being in the hub of the Melbourne experience. - The location was exceptional. Food, travel, sights all on your doorstep. Ingress/egress very secure. The sofa wasn't designed for old fellas.
Melys (10/5): In the heart of Melbourne - The property was clean and comfortable and equipped with all necessary facilities. The building was very safe and secure. The location was excellent ! Just a short stroll from Flinders Street Station and key tram routes, also to the Arts Centre and Gallery, Shopping, with restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. I can recommend the gelateria almost opposite. If your goal is to explore all that Melbourne has to offer it would be hard to beat this location.

James (9/5): All other aspects were good. - Overall the stay was good. I'm not happy with the time it took to get my bond payment returned (AU$1000). Their policy specifically said they will return the bond within 7 days of checked out, but it took full 14 days after few emails asking them that I have not received the bond refund (and no response from them) - when checking out, I've sent them photos that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state. They expect guests to follow their policy but they don't follow their own. I'm very disappointed in that aspect.
