• Maciej (5/5): Niestety, nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Zameldowanie nie było możliwe o 2:30 w nocy, mimo tego, że manager obiektu obie - Wygodne łóżko Brak możliwości regulacji temperatury wody pod prysznicem, uszkodzona deska sedesowa, odrapane ściany i umywalka.

• Chris (6/5): OK for a few days - The location is very good. Access to the studio is OK, plenty of free parking in the vicinity It's not really a studio apartment. I expected a kitchenette, but it only has a microwave and a fridge. Nowhere to prepare any food, only the bathroom sink to wash plates, cups etc. Curtains would be nice for a bit of privacy, the pulldown shutters make the room dark. Somewhere to hang clothes would be appreciated. It's style over substance for me

• MARIA YOLANDA (8/5): Muy confortable - Muy bonito decorado y muy limpio. La ubicación excelente. La cama comodisima. Eché en falta un fogón para cocinar y un fregadero, pero para dos o tres días te arreglas perfectamente.
• Rita (2/5): A bad experience - It was near the beach It was noisy, all surrounding sounds seemed to be right inside the room. There is a absolutely no cooking facilities, heating things in a microwave is not a cooking facility and neither is washing dishes in the bathroom tub. Sitting at the table on a small triangle kind of tabouret while eating is uncomfortable and straining to the body, the bed had a foamy mattress which sucks in the body, the sheets were smelly, my cat was scared of the surrounding sounds and thought people were inside the room. For domestic animals this space is way too small and last but not least the price in low season for this place was too high compared to the quality and absence of basic comfort. If it was at half price I might not complain about the quality but at the price I paid it was below zero. The woman who helped me carry my luggage was friendly. That was the only positive thing of the trip which I had to cancel one day after my arrival, for the lack of what I needed and expected. I regret that Booking apparently doesn't quality check its clients for the pricing compared to what they offer as rentals For this reason people prefer to book elsewhere.

• Jaana (9/5): Nice and clean studio close to the beach! - Location, air conditioning, nicely cleaned and equipmented room, spacios studio! The balcony was to the sunside so you could enjoy the sun even from there. Kind host that answered to the guestions quickly ☺️ The building was old so it took a few times to get familiar with the keys and how the locking works.

• Pablo (4/5): - Que estaba en frente de la playa El aire acondicionado estaba roto y no se podía apagar, mi pareja y yo nos resfriamos al pasar la noche así, y el sofá estaba súper sucio y con manchas blancas que no quiero saber de que eran.

• Nazaret (1/5): Horrible - Fui con mi mascota y tuve un percance ya que la puerta del baño no estaba en las condiciones óptimas y no se abría desde fuera al dejar a mi mascota un momento en el baño porque venía el repartidor de comida y lo dejé ahí por si le daba miedo me encontré con que la puerta no se podía abrir mi perro encerrado me tocó llamar a un cerrajero de urgencias y me costó 219 euros le pasé la factura al dueño para que la pasara por el seguro ya que se me tiene que devolver ese dinero y me encontré con que dejaron de responderme me echaban a mí la culpa de todo cuando encima mi perro estuvo encerrado una hora y media y me tuve que poner en contacto con booking para que me ayudaran a solucionarlo y solo me han devuelto 100 euros los dueños del piso por lo que no recomiendo ir a este sitio ya que si tienen algún problema donde tengan que abonar algo no se hacen responsables y el trato no fue bueno

La dueña quedo con un trabajador para que arreglara la puerta de un armario que no abria aprovechando que estabamos nosotros ahi, sin quedar con nosotros primero. No podíamos estar ahi esperando que hicieran el arreglo, tampoco era nuestra obligación.

• Wojciech (10/5): Marvelous studio in Torrevieja - Cosy apartment perfectly located just a few steps from the beach. It’s small but offers everything what is needed for perfect stay. Starting from the big balcony with chairs and umbrellas, a fridge and microwave inside, a table with dishes and glasses, TV set, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The host is welcoming, stays in touch and is open for your needs, providing easy check-in and checkout. Nothing could be better. Everything was really fine.
• Mary (5/5): I had a great breakfast in a nearby restaurant. - If you’re on a holiday it is the best area. It is virtually close to the beach . The environment is untidy , the flat is not bad but both sides of the wall , you can hear everything and it is so noisy and you can’t sleep . The place needs upgrading and needs the veranda door fix for safety of the guest and main door proper lock .

• David (7/5): Excellent location for a beach break - Location Nowhere near enough items for eating and drinking available. Grill didn’t work, no dishes or cups etc only tiny coffee cups. No dishcloth or sink ( apart from small bathroom sink) or washing up liquid. Poor choice for using as an apartment to have a breakfast or light lunch.
