Timothy (9/5): Excellent value & very very clean & modern - The rooms were modern & spacious & as a bonus, it had a massage chair in the room which we used a lot. Very close to Futian station & some nice parks & only 1km from Coco Shopping mall Coffee at breakfast from the machine was poor quality

Adrian (8/5): - There could be more English speaking staff. The hotel is shown on the maps as 5 mins walking from the concert hall; in fact is was 15 mins. Taxi drivers do not know about the hotel under Urcove Hyatt Futian CBD name. In fact, they tend to start driving to the wrong hotel. I had to use the name Futian CBD Yifei hotel

Rina (9/5): - Tolle Lage mit hilfsbereitem Personal. Am Check-in wurde Englisch gesprochen, was sehr hilfreich war, da in der Umgebung kaum jemand Englisch spricht. Zimmer war genügend gross und sehr modern. Die Matratze war leider zu hart. Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung aber nicht für längere Übernachtungen, falls der Schlafkomfort wichtig ist.

Note- location is on the other side of the station AWAY from Coco Park Mall, So, its a 20 minute walk to Coco Park Mall .its a quiet CBD Location

I got the package including the breakfast for my 3 day trips but only use at the first day. Food is cheap and not enough. Also someone sit at our table while we out to get some mote drinks. So impolitely, me and my husband were shocked. I try to cancel the rest of the breakfast, but the answer no due to we bought is a package. A little upset.

聖裕 (8/5): Would stay again for sure - I like the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms and the feeling the hotel gives. It’s very clean and seems to be well managed. I like the AI assistant tech too. Could be in a better location but location is hard to pick. It is already in a very good downtown location. It’s just, not much but banks and offices nearby.
