Sharon (6/5): A disappointing stay - Reception staff were very nice. Location was ok. Extensive list. Bed was hard, no microwave ,no toilet roll holder, soap holder, floor mat ( water from shower went everywhere) hand towel, tea towel, teaspoon . Glasses were dirty. Balcony but no furniture. No tea, coffee or water just a kettle. Place needed a good clean!! Reading the reviews I feel I was staying at a different hotel!!!

Joan (1/5): - The hotel was nothing like the reviews, it had a weird cable sticking out one of the walls, it seemed it had not sound insulation and most of all, the receptionist was super passive. We arrived at 12h ( check-in was at 14h) and the receptionist didn't even tell us we could leave the luggage with them, didn't give us te recommendations, didn't care at all. She was just like "come back at 14h". The worst customer service we received in Vietnam

Phòng rộng rãi thoải mái, máy lạnh hoạt động ổn định, mát lạnh suốt kỳ nghỉ không có vấn đề gì. Hầm để xe rộng ra vào tiện lợi, có thang máy đi thẳng lên rất tiện. Xứng đáng để ở lắm. Phù hợp giá tiền Nhân viên dễ thương, take care tốt Nếu lần sau đến Đà Nẵng mình sẽ lại đặt phòng này Nếu được KS có thể bổ sung thêm 1 khăn chân Túi rác hơi nhỏ xíu, to hơn xíu thì sẽ tiện hơn. Anyway mọi thứ mình vẫn rất hài lòng và thích ks.
