• Wendy (9/5): Stylish and comfortable. - Attention to detail in both decor and facilities. Normally photos to make the accommodation better than real life but this was not the case here .Walking distance from shops and restaurants and opposite the Wine Tram. Highly recommended.

• esther (10/5): Smaakvol ingericht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. - Perfecte ligging, appartement heeft alles, zelfs een wasmachine. Heel smaakvol ingericht. We voelde ons er erg thuis. Je loopt zo naar het centrum. Het is erg veilig, bij de toegang van het village staat een beveiliger en in de avond is het hek dicht. Een aanrader! -

• Dino (10/5): Definitely a perfect stay and will recommend it. - The apartment was absolutely neat,clean and cosy. Perfectly located. Host prepared everything to perfection. I was well informed from the time of booking. Lack of an air-conditioned in the bedroom that made the night abit uncomfortable due the extreme hot day. Made use of a fan that was available.

Close to the supermarket and nearby restaurants and shops. Spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you needed in a home from home. Highly recommended.

• Karl (9/5): War eine gute Wahl - Die Lage in der Nähe der Weingüter, neben der Haltestelle der WineTram und Supermarkt in 100m. Das Appsrtment eignet sich sehr gut zu längeren Aufenthalte da es komplett ausgestattet ist. Die Ankunft und einchecken war auf uns abgestimmt und sehr freundlich.
• Dennis (10/5): Great Accommodation, Great Location, very comfortable and enjoyable stay. - The Accommodation was perfectly situated and close to all activities and locations that my wife and I wished to visit, you can simply walk off the Wine Tram and walk to your front door. There are many Restaurants and other activities either a short walk or a quick uber away. We wish we had more time to explore Franschhoek and will definitely be back.

• Felix Fe. (9/5): Tolle Gastgeber, TOP-Lage – Eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft - Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Der Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war problemlos und flexibel, was die Anreise deutlich entspannt hat. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist durchdacht und hochwertig – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und liebevoll vorbereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, der unseren Aufenthalt enorm erleichtert hat. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und in einer ruhigen Lage gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft direkt an der Wein-Tram, sodass man diese fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann.

• Christina (10/5): Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others - The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Everything was in order and felt cosy, making it a comfortable stay. It was well priced for the size, and the host was spot on with communication—quick, clear, and helpful throughout. It was a bit noisy at times, but I was aware of this in advance and wasn’t in the unit much during the day, so it didn’t affect my experience.

• Victoria (10/5): The Tram Stop is an exquisite apartment with everything at hand. - We chose to stay in this property because of its very close proximity to the wine tram. The buses are parked up just outside so it couldn’t be any closer. The instructions on how to gain entry were detailed and clear and the welcome pack, accessed by a QR code, was exceptionally helpful. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated, with absolutely everything we could possibly need inside. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there seemed to be something wrong with the flusher mechanism on the toilet.

• Brighton (9/5): - Lovely little apartment, literally looking at the wine team stop and easy walking distance to the cute shops and restaurants of Franschhoek. Was quite cold inside but lots of blankets provided which was lovely, great Mountain view’s from the terrace as well. Absolutely perfect and loved the decor! There is a washing machine but no detergent provided which would be really helpful because most people are only staying for short periods so don’t want to buy a whole big box of laundry soap to do one wash.

The property had everything we needed for our stay and air conditioning was an added bonus as it was exceptionally hot. In order to get anything on the tv you had to have your own access to Netflix and Amazon Prime no terrestrial tv.

• Jesse (7/5): All you need for a budget stay in Franschoek. - Great location, although slightly outside of town - can't really walk into town for dinner. Well-furnished, providing everything you need. Beautiful view from the patio. Being right by the tram stop, expect some noise - both from passengers and the tram horn itself. The complex doubles as an office block, not a train-smash, but takes away from the quaintness.

• Richard (8/5): Cute apartment - Cute little apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right next door to The Wine Tram, a quick 5min walk. The balcony overlooks the tram tracks. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Walking distance to town, safe and secure complex gated at night. Only issue is that the bedroom backs on to the street side which is a business complex, so did get a little noisey in the morning first thing, not a huge concern

It is so clean and right by the Wine Tram so super convenient if you are going on the Tram. I would definitely stay there again. I really liked the property. There was nothing to complain about

The TV didn't work properly couldn't get channels on it. Maybe leave some UHT milk pouches instead of no milk but had all the other necessary bits for hot drinks.

• Jerad (1/5): Worst Stay of Our Lives - Well located near the wine tram. Modern furnishings. Basic amenities available. Our stay started from Sunday. Unfortunately, the entire region was struck by floods and all services (water and electricity) were down. I think our biggest gripe was the contact person. We are tourists from out of town with no idea of what was happening. We were not contacted first by her to report that the water and electricity was down. We were not asked whether we needed water. She did not provide any contact details for places where we could buy food. At no point did she check on us; all correspondence was in response to questions I had. We ultimately decided to leave midway through our stay and go home because there was absolutely no water or electricity for close to 48 hours and no help from the contact person. What was worse was we could not even get a partial refund the incredible inconvenience we as guests experienced. We sympathize with the town, but it really did not help having someone host us not be forthcoming or helpful.
