• Serenna (8/5): Great location in Giza. Stylish rooms. - Great place to stay the night before you visit the pyramids and GEM. Incredible value for money and lovely rooms. The building itself is under construction (which we were not told about in advance). All the floors are really rough until you get up to the hotel, then you have your own secret oasis... Don't panic! The breakfast was very basic and not altogether very appealing.

• Abdelhamid (3/5): Noise hotel still under construction and not ready to accept guest , many street dogs in front of the building , it’s no - The room is clean The building is under construction the sound of drill and the noise is unacceptable at all, the hotel has 2 floor on the top while the construction is working on the first 4 floors , the elevator is extremely small to accommodate couples of luggage’s , and it’s stop suddenly in hard way , there many streets dogs in the street in front of the building ( it’s not hotel , it’s building) barking and scaring the guest . Simply it could be good hotel in the future but not now , it’s not ready. I don’t know how it start to work before completion of the construction.

• Maja (4/5): Preis- Leistungsverhaltnis nicht optimal - Umgebung sehr laut. Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern, sehr klein. Wir konnten die Koffer nicht aufmachen. Die kleine Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die Pyramiden war ok. Das Frühstück war spärlich, man konnte nur zwischen Omelette und Pancakes wählen. In der Umgebung waren bessere und günstigere Hotels verfügbar.

• Roman (5/5): Médiocre - Le personnel très agréable, les chambres sont propres et le point fort est la terrasse vue sur les pyramides. !! Photos mensongères !! Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites, impossible d’ouvrir une valise au sol. Vu sur des déchets. Insonorisation à revoir. Concernant le quartier, il est situé dans une petite ruelle sombre avec des chiens errants, ne donnant pas envie de sortir.

• Jennine (8/5): - Breakfast was great and the view at breakfast was out of this world. Those pancakes were amazing and the breakfast servers were so helpful! The room was extremely clean so that is a huge plus! The issue I have is with getting into the building, the sign was not very visible and when you arrive late at night it is pretty scary as you have no idea where you are going. The elevator is also tiny, and scary, I actually thought i got stuck and had a mini heart attack. Its definitely not for you if you are claustrophobic as its pretty boxed in based on the room you get. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid.

Même si les photos des chambres ne reflètent pas la réalité, les chambres restent magnifiques. Super petit déjeuner ultra complet. Petit souci mais qui n'a pas de lien avec l'hôtel, la circulation est très bruyante, chien qui aboie toute la nuit.

Allerdings ist der Eingang unten katastrophal und die anderen Stockwerke sind nicht zumutbar für andere Menschen angekommen. Im Hotel ist die Welt wieder ganz anders und wirklich sehr schön. • Aliya (4/5): If you can sleep under construction noise, this is your spot - The property itself is nice, we enjoyed our room. We had some issues in the beginning, but facility guys got it fixed. Pyramids view from top balcony is amazing! They have construction going on all day till around 8 pm (20:00), there every possible noise from hammers to drillings during the day. We came for Zamna festival, so we were dancing till 2-5 am and trying to sleep in during the day - was impossible! After talking to the stuff they “fixed” noise problem for one day, but next day it came back.

Die Hotelangestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sher sauber. Die Aussicht auf die Pyramiden beim Frühstück ist genial. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an de Pyramiden steht muss man mit dem Taxi zum ca. 3 km entfernten Haupteingang fahren.

• Meliha (7/5): schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie waren immer verfügbar und konnten uns bei allen Anliegen helfen. Ansonsten war das Bett sehr gemütlich und es war sehr sauber. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker und können wir empfehlen. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Eingang ist in einer Seitenstraße und man gelangt über einen engen Fahrstuhl zum Empfang. Leider war unsere Aussicht auch nicht so schön wie erwartet und das Zimmer war sehr eng mit 3 Koffern. Beim Frühstück gab es nicht viel Auswahl (Eier oder Pancakes) und die Portionen waren sehr klein. Kein Buffet.

It was in a very dodgy lane and my taxi driver said I wasn’t safe. - I didn’t make it into the hotel because I found the hotel eventually by a small tatty sign and a man in a very ugly alley who pointed at the sign and said Hotel and pointed and a dreadful doorway. My taxi driver said I couldn’t stay as it was very unsafe I ventured inside the door and found a very tragic lift with a man inside and was told to go to the 5th floor. That was it for me. I’m a single woman and was not going to do that. I took off in the taxi to a safer location. I notified booking . Com and was disappointed to receive no response. I would like to be repaid for the 3 bookings This was not representative of your standards. Everything

• elise (9/5): Vue incroyable - L'emplacement avec la vue sur les pyramides est parfait! La terrasse du restaurant permet de profiter de la vue magnifique des le petit déjeuner. Il faut entrer dans un hall d'immeuble avant de monter à l'étage de l'hôtel qui est très bien rénové. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans la chambre (route passante et petits commerces).

The location was good it was about 10-15 minute drive from the visitor centre and grand Egyptian museum. I would stay here again. More windows in the room for ventilation would have been good.

• THERESA (9/5): Overall. Very good. Great view of Pyramids - The staff friendly, the roof top bar had a exceptional view of the Pyramids. Second to none good location for Pyramids and GEM museum. Uber taxi readily available. The entrance didn’t do the hotel justice. It’s a poor first impression. Once you get to reception it’s great. I would recommend they spend some money on the entrance to the hotel and small lobby by the lift. A better amd larger signage on the outside would also help.

• Rían (10/5): Absolute luxury for an incredible price! - Everything was fantastic during my two-night stay at this hotel! The location is great, a stone’s throw from the Pyramids, with a breathtaking view from the rooftop. The staff were so kind and friendly, so welcoming and willing to help. The property looks and feels brand new. I stayed in two different rooms over my two nights here, both were spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautiful and came with lots of complementary toiletries. Breakfast was lovely and very generous - an omelette, pancakes, yoghurt, meat and cheese selection, salad and fresh fruit with a tea/coffee or orange juice. Last but not least, this hotel is amazing value for money. The view from the rooftop alone is worth staying here for. There is a small bit of noise from the street outside at night, as the area is very busy. Bring earplugs with you and it won’t be a problem! My sleep wasn’t interrupted at all during my stay.

But I was shocked by the standard of the rooms. Was so clean and comfortable and had everything you need, the staff was amazing and helpful and helped us all the way. You can definitely tell that the management of this place have put so much love and care into it. Please keep it that way you doing amazing job. Check-out and check-in was seamless. As an ex-pat living in Egypt for almost 5 years it was a nice quick getaway, it was easy to get Ubers, rooms were clean and up to par.

In our room (602), there was not even a window. The pictures shown on Booking were completely different from the reality. On our last day, we had to leave for the airport at 7:30 a.m. For this reason, we were at breakfast exactly at 7:00 a.m. We had to wait 20 minutes for tea, and then a staff member informed us that something in the kitchen was apparently not working. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast and had to travel home without it.

• 不可説不可説転涅槃寂静 (9/5): 場所だけ難しいところです。ホテルは最高。 - とても熱心にお手伝いしてくれる男性がいて、到着から出発まで丁寧に接してくれた。部屋もタオルが充実していて、エジプト滞在中一番暑いお湯が出ました。途中から水になるホテルがありますが、ここはシャワーのお湯の心配はありません。シャワーの勢いが強く、細いマイクのような形。水の流れも良くストレスはありません。眺めは街並みでしたが、暴走車などの騒音もありません。かわいい鳩が窓ごしにこちらを見ていました。レセプションの女性もUberに問題がありましたが、力になってくれました。とても笑顔が素敵です。レストランでも丁寧に接してくれました。 地図で見つけにくいようです。タクシーはわたしの携帯を頼りにたどり着きました。出発もUberが来ないので、キャンセル料金が何回もかかりました。
• Sonia Dara Osarina (9/5): - I had a pleasant stay here. The room was nice, spacious, and clean with a modern style. Although the access involved going up and down some stairs, and the elevator felt a bit scary (more like riding an amusement ride) but thats ok. The view from the terrace was beautiful—you can see the pyramids directly. The service was also great, and the staff were very helpful.

• Benoit (9/5): - The location is very nice just in front of the pyramids. The rooftop is amazing and very quite because of the size of the property. Not reactive on WhatsApp answers. There was heavy building work going on inside the buidling during our stay
• anne (10/5): Loved it - would not want to stay anywhere else in Cairo - The design - the room - the power shower 👍and the lovely bathroom.. Love the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the pyramids : we had a long breakfast every day there !👍and sometimes a drink on the way back! Stall super super nice , super helpful and kind - neat and very smily / and elegant ! And the big Egyptian museum is so close!!!. Very peaceful place to come back to after all the visiting ( Cairo is quite intense and super loud !!!) Nothing really.
• anne (10/5): Great location to visit the Gizeh plateau , the new Egyptian museum.. and only 15 /20min uber to the old Cairo so gr - Design , clean , super close to the pyramids and to the new Egyptian museum!!! Soft colors matching the Gizeh plateau- love it ! Bed very comfortable! Lovely little rooftop / terrasse on the 5th floor looking over to the pyramids - super lovely for breakfast!🫶👍 Personally , I would rather stay here than at the huge mena house Marriott opposite: kove is much sweater and cozier - and prettier in my standards! Not much really!

• Demian (10/5): Excellent, great offer. - Great location, view, nice staff, good breakfast, and great rooms, everything was perfect. If I ever come back to Egypt I will definitely be staying here again. I don’t want to sound like a bot, but I genuinely have no complains, the worst part is probably the elevator that it fits 2 people at the most. But the hotel was great

Petit déjeuner sympathique pour le prix Quelques améliorations sont souhaitables quant à l’accès au lieu, et l’aménagement de la salle de bains (douche ouverte) Le personnel est courtois et serviable mais manque de professionnalisme dans les conseils (ex: accès aux pyramides fermé du côté de l’hôtel mais non signalé en dépit de nos questions avant d’y aller).

• Maria Vittoria (9/5): - L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff. Camera molto pulita e vista bellissima sulle piramidi. Terrazza stupenda dove fare una cena con vista sulle piramidi. Bagno bello e spazioso e letto comodo. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non corrispondeva alle foto.
• Jaïna (10/5): Magnifique vue - J’ai adoré la vue sur les Pyramides ainsi que la décoration de l’hôtel. (Raisons pour lesquelles je l’ai choisi haha) L’emplacement est assez éloigné de l’entrée principale des pyramides.

• ivan liao (8/5): - 房間很新，整體來說很棒，但忘了我們的早餐盒。 我們退房的比較早，所以前一天我們詢問了櫃檯可以準備早餐盒嗎(櫃台也幫忙登記了)，隔天卻跟我們說忘了我們的早餐。
