- Stephanie (9/5): Great base for exploring area - Lovely clean apartment. Great location for exploring Brighton & Hove. Host really lovrly and accommodating. Would recommend.
- Sophie (10/5): A lovely apartment - definitely recommend! - Such a cute apartment. Super easy to find and great instructions from the host to access it. Had a great night sleep there. Good parking. Lovely host, went above and beyond for us.
- chris (9/5): Nice place to say - recommended - This is a great place, quiet and comfortable. The bed takes up a lot of the available space, but there's room for a table. There are limited facilities and the shower isn't great, but we like it here. We've been to stay a couple of times and we intend to do so in the future! The only drawback is a limited number of places to eat - there's a pub about a 10 minute walk away, but that's it as far as we could find, unless you travel into Portslade itself. Plug sockets aren't always in helpful places, but that's not a major problem!

- Richard (10/5): - The location was great as I was visiting family for New Years Eve a short walk away. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. A great place to stay.
- Rogers (10/5): -
- Neil (10/5): Second time of staying and just as good.condiment comfortable, clean and good value. Perfect for my needs - Clean, fresh and comfortable
- D (10/5): Clean, comfortable and very convenient accommodation for p to 2 people - A real gem of a property. Quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, nice to awaken to bird song. Very comfortable bed, which added to a good night's sleep.
Having parking included is a bonus.
Host was available when required to help with any questions and for check in / check out support.
Will definitely revisit.
- angela (8/5): it was only a very short overnight stay but it was perfectly adequate - clean, bright and compact with private parking in a quiet area but a little difficult to find only a standard double bed with a very soft mattress
- chris (9/5): Lovely quiet, well-looked after apartment - A lovely quiet room in a secluded cut-de-sac, a nice comfortable bed and a very tidy and clean room. Lots of cutlery and crockery were provided and there was a small table suitable for eating at. There was a fridge and a number of board games to play. The towels were fabulous! The room was just a little cramped, especially the bathroom, though both were fine, and the pillows were a little thin and lumpy (or maybe that's just my head :-D). There's only one place to eat in walking distance, the Hangleton Manor, though this was very good.
- Lisa (10/5): Enjoyable stay excellent value for money - Clean and tidy and comfortable Couldn’t fault it
- Jackie (10/5): Lovely place to stay. - Lovely little room, very comfy bed. Easy to find & parking no problem. Nothing.
- Philip (10/5): Brilliant!! - Great location for my business trip, immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely book again Not applicable
- Frances (10/5): It was a great nights stay, I would most definitely recommend and stay again - The annex is exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Well decorated and thought out. Very peaceful area and I had an excellent nights sleep. There is a notice asking to turn off outside light overnight, however it should also advise to put on if going out, as I fell over the step on my way in at night. This obviously is not the establishments fault it was mine for not putting light on when I went out, but a gentle reminder might help.

- Vikkie (10/5): Great find - Immaculately clean, easy check in, lovely furnishings. Private patio was lovely and sunny. Everything we needed. Excellent location and short 6 minute taxi ride to station which is 8 mins on train to Brighton.
- Hyde (10/5): Exceptional - It was a lovely annex, so clean and fresh looking.
Easy to find, easy to get in and parking.
Had everything we needed for an overnight stay following a trip to the theatre.
Everything smelt fresh and clean. Nothing.- I was more worried about us coming home late and setting the dogs off. I felt guilty waking the hosts up.
- Trixie (10/5): Perfect being a 15 min drive into our daughters uni house. - Close enough to Brighton but far enough out to be peaceful. Nothing
- John (10/5): Excellent stay - Very clean and comfortable.Quiet area It would have been nice to have wi fi, but only a 1 night stay so wasn't too much of an issue.
- Norhayati (9/5): Cosy place to stay for 1 night. Parking was easy which was the main reason for selecting this place. - Quaint and relatively near to motorway. No shower gel and hair shampoo provided. But brought my own so am ok. Alerting other guests to manage expectations.
- Adams (10/5): Very nice and very helpful host -
- Steph (10/5): Great location for motorway and quiet area - Really close to motorway but can’t hear it. Easy to find. Quiet location, up to date Nothing

- Karen (9/5): Comfy , welcoming , wonderful - Easy to find , communication , happiness to help - responds quickly to messages , clean , comfy , outside area to use, parking , lovely property and would 💯 stay again Couldn’t get shower as warm as would like - but just happy to help with this - so yo be honest nothing to improve -
- Neil (10/5): Great place, couldn’t fault it. - I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the night and this place ticked the boxes for what I wanted.
The place is exceptionally well presented and like new. Comfortable bed, small kitchen area with microwave, fridge and sink and a shower room/toilet. It even benefits from a small courtyard. A good sized parking space too.
I would definitely recommend for a short stay and would definitely return. Superb. There is nothing to not like.
- Lebehot (8/5): Cosy and clean little flat ! - We received cleared instruction upon arrival. Cosy little flat not too far from Brighton in a quiet area. The access to parking was a real plus. The backyard has a little bark area which was helpful for our dog. A dog walk is accessible from the house, with plenty of space for our dog to run. We also recommend the Wau Asian take out, as in the brochure provided in the flat - delicious !
Thank you Esther for accommodating us and allowing us a late check-out :) Although mentioned that there is no wifi, having wifi in the future would help for foreigners like us that have no or limited data connexion abroad :)
- Monique (8/5): Very good -
- Patel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (9/5): Clean and comfortable - Very clean, very comfortable and with everything needed for a one-night stay with the ability to self-cater more than in a hotel thanks to the kitchenette. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!
- Louisa (8/5): Very good - The property is cosy and in a great location. Super easy to get to Brighton by train or car. Esther is a great host - she made us feel very welcome and was really helpful!
- Smith (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect
- Ian (8/5): A great bolthole for a visit to Brighton at 50% of the cost of a hotel room... - Cosy apartment, well situated for visiting Brighton. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with the host. No heating in the shower room - though the water temperature was good.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - It's in a good location and has everything you need for a short stay Nothing was what we expected

- Liam (10/5): Exceptional - Welcoming and helpful owner. Great for dogs. Super clean and everything you need for an overnight stay. Good parking and good location. Bed a bit hard. Think it may have been a brand new mattress though.
- Victoria (8/5): Clean and tidy - Very clean and well thought out. Very quiet too. Far from public transport. Shower was not very warm.
- Bunting (7/5): Hove breakaway - Nice comfortable space, very clean & new facilities. Bit far away from shops/cafes as we had no car.
- Trevor (8/5): Cosy room, comfy bed and good value for money - Bed was very comfy, and host was very helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
