• Pascal TRAN-HUU (9/5): Bel endroit - L'appartement, situé sur les bords du lac de l'Ouest, est très bien équipé sauf, peut-être, en vaisselle du quotidien. Cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous avons pris nos repas à l'extérieur. L'environnement, malgré la présence de restaurants et cafés aux alentours, est calme. Bien qu'éloigné du Vieux Quartier, nous avons effectué tous nos déplacements, vers ce quartier, à pied.

The neighborhood has plenty of cafes and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward

You can take a stroll around the lake, there are nice restaurants nearby and a very cute cafe on the first floor. Def can recommend this place wholeheartedly

• Kayleigh (10/5): 100% recommend. - This is one of the nicest apartment I've been to, mostly because of that exceptional lake view. Remember to watch the sunset there, it's beautiful. The typhoon Yagi broke the tree in front of the apartment in half so you actually have a better view now (talk about silver lightnings). Everything else is also true to description. The partment is clean and spacious, free of clutter. Amenities provided. The staffs are friendly, including those at the coffee downstairs. I found myself spending way more time sitting at home than I had planned to, because of how comfortable it is.
• William (10/5): This apartment is amazing! - Wonderful lake view with a balcony facing the sunset. A lot of space in the apartment. Very modern and comfortable. And the host and the workers in the coffee shop below are super friendly. The security guard is very kind and would bring my scooter into a secure area after the coffee shop closed so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I also love the neighborhood. I will return :)
• Keira (10/5): Great spot over a gift shop/coffee shop facing the lake. - Staff downstairs are very kind and responsive and the apartment itself is isolated from any noise from the shop. Ba Dinh is a cute little neighborhood a bit set off from the otherwise frenetic pace of Hanoi life. Great spots for local food and drink within walking distance. Quick access to Grab/taxis. Cuc's place is clean and has all the necessities. Wi-fi is reliable and fast enough for audio/video conferencing. Bathroom is very nice and the bed is firm but comfy. AC unit in the bedroom as well as in the main room. TV offers access to Netflix & YouTube. Hot water pot is much appreciated, and basic cookware is included along with tableware service for two. Highly recommended if you'd like something a bit more peaceful!

Super clean and really nicely decorated too. I loved the little café on the ground floor perfect for a quick coffee or cheese cake. The area feels like a small, quiet island but still close enough to the city center. Big shout out to the team especially Cuc for being so helpful and kind. I had an early flight and they arranged everything for me.

The neighborhood was peaceful and had a great vibe close enough to the Old Quarter to explore, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. Its also conveniently located near northern expat restaurants and shops. The café downstairs was lovely, very popular, and had a great selection of items. The bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure, and Cuc arranged cleaning a couple of times during our weeklong stay, which was a thoughtful touch. She was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our time here.
• Rhys (10/5): We loved Hanoi, and this booking was definitely part of what made the experience so special. - Clean, comfortable bed, and good Wi-Fi. There’s a lovely view of the lake from the balcony and a charming coffee shop on the lower level. The place is located on what feels like a small island attached to West Lake — a peaceful oasis, yet still close to the Old Quarter (about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute Grab ride). There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area. We would have been happy to stay for a whole month with this booking if we had the time.

The staff downstairs were all super friendly and helpful :) Having a whole apartment to ourselves gave us somewhere to escape the heat without feeling trapped in a small room - so extra awesome in the hotter months! While the location is lovely and peaceful just remember it is not located super close to the old quarter - so if you are into your tourist attractions you will likely have to take a short drive as walking in the heat wouldn't be my recommendation 😅

• Nilaufer (7/5): Great staff at this property. Great location - just out of Old Quarter. - The location suited us really well. The property is located at the lakefront in a quieter area although close enough to get to Old Quarter (we took a Grab each time 15 mins drive). We liked that we could get away from the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter but still be close enough. Great eating spots around the property too. Cleaniless. The sheets and towels were not clean. We had to ask for a replacement. The shower was also not the easiest to use.
• Maria (9/5): Very pleasant stay - The apartment was a very generous size. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic. The area was lively with lots of food and drink options but quiet late at night. The coffee downstairs is lovely with very kind staff. We didn't love the pillows, the toilet fittings were a little wonky, but all worked well. It was not spotless clean but pretty decent.

The bed was super comfortable and the bed sheets, pillow case, etc were so soft, I loved it. :) The building was fairly quiet even though it was in the city center. For our last night we had a lovely balcony from where we had a great view. They had a café on the ground floor which was absolutely wonderful. The staff was polite and courteous and the atmosphere was lovely. The gift shop in the back was selling high quality, very appealing local products. Nothing.

• Dan-ciprian (9/5): Nice place with lake view - We had a room with balcony and lake view which was awesome. The room had everything we needed and was quite spacious. We choose this place since it was our first accomodation in Vietnam after a night flight and we glad we decided this way because it is located on a small island in a less crowded area therefore a quiet place compared to the Old Quarter. And if you like to walk you will make around 20 minutes to the Old Quarter or grab options are cheap and available. We liked the coffee shop down stairs as well.

Our shower head was broken, we asked for it to get fixed which never happened. We were told we could check in at 12:00 and had to wait with our bags until 2:30

The island on which the hotel is located is quiet and has lots of good bars or other cafes. If the water boiler is powered on the whole time the water in the shower cannot be adjusted to low temperature. Would be nice if it is possible to pay the Apartment rent online ahead, similar to other hotels on booking.com. But these are just very small details.

You can wake up get coffee and sit by the lake. There is food close by and you can walk to old quarter for 25 mins and see everything. Definitely recommend this place. Cuctay was very helpful with booking a car for us to and from the accommodation at an additional fee , this was very helpful and provided so much ease to our trip.
