• deepthi (5/5): A great place to stay during the season when there is no snow. - The property was absolutely stunning, with thoughtfully curated touches in each room that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. From welcome snacks on the dinner table to chocolates on the bed and the mirrors in every bedroom, every detail was carefully planned. Amenities like spare toothbrushes and toothpaste added to the thoughtful touches that made the stay memorable. The basement, with its entertainment unit and games setup, offers plenty of fun! This place would be a perfect getaway when it's not snowing. We visited the property in January during the worst weather weekend with temperatures dropping to -35°C. The walk to the cottage, which is described as a short 0.5 km nature walk, is quite misleading. With no paved walkway from the parking area to the cottage, traveling there—despite using snowshoes—proved to be a challenging hike through sinking snow up to 4 feet deep and blowing wind. Pulling luggage and food on sleds added to the difficulty. This journey is definitely not suited for the faint of heart. We also recognized that in case of a medical emergency, timely access would be impossible.

• laflamme (8/5): Beautiful cottage, great location, wildlife and paddle boarding… what else can you ask for? - The location was great, it is truly a hidden spot along the river. It is located next to a National Park (SEPAQ) so we saw lots of wildlife. Our kids really liked it. We couldn’t really swim on the beach. The owner explained that it’s due to the water levels being lower in August and seaweed blooms around this time of year apparently… all that to say, nice boating beach for paddle boarding and canoeing though but no swimming off the dock.
• alex Rhds (10/5): - Le chalet est un bel endroit où passer un moment au calme, confortable il offre aussi la possibilité d'aller faire un tour sur la rivière grace aux embarquations mises à disposition (activité très appréciée). La vue sur la rivière est magnifique, nous avons pu en profiter du salon, de la terrasse, autour du brasero ou... depuis le hamac. La salle de jeu au sous sol a aussi été le théâtre de parties de baby-foot acharnées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la région de Plaisance. Tout était parfait!

• nicholas (9/5): Great views and very comfortable - Every room was well thought out and stocked everything that we needed. The kitchen has ample cupboard space to store a few things and has all the utensils and items needed to feed everyone. Nothing comes to mind.
• Jaleel (10/5): We had a great small family union in a beautiful chalet. - The chalet was very well designed and thoughtfully furnished, Everything was very clean and very comfortable - the beds, sofa and swivel chairs in the living room. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the water front. There was nothing missing. Everything we needed was there.

De plus, les hôtes étaient facilement accessibles et disponibles. Pas grand chose à identifier à ce sujet. Nous avons été bien accueilli et accès à tout le nécessaire. Donc on peut difficilement trouver des points à améliorer. Il manque juste le spa !

La vue sur l'eau, la tranquilité du lieu et la beauté du site, ainsi que du chalet, nous ont permis de vraiment nous détendre et profiter de bons moments en famille. • Gabriel (10/5): Awesome spot !! - Very peaceful, well organized and welcoming. Everything is prepared for family or friends to have a good time. The owner put a lot of effort and it goes a long way. There is only one neighbor nearby, otherwise it's very secluded. The lake view is great and the spot is quiet and relaxing. Recommend to anyone looking for a fully equipped place that is quiet and far from people. The water is a bit brown and there is a lot of vegetation, but if you take the paddleboards and go a little further, it gets deeper and it's ok to swim.

• Jerome (10/5): Un lieu charmant - Une charmante maisonnette en bord de rivière dans un endroit tranquille. Le lieu est joliment décoré, la possibilité de faire des feu (de camp et dans le poêle) est amusante (et un peu utile..). La proximité du parc oméga était l'objectif de notre séjour Il faut faire une dizaine de kilomètre pour rejoindre le magasin qui est à 400m à vol d'oiseau. Presqu'ile oblige...

• MARK (10/5): Great golf vacation with family - The property was beautiful with lots of water toys (kayaks, canoe, paddleboards) at your disposal with family-friendly games inside. The hosts sent us the door code the day before arrival and sent us a message before we arrived that they had put the air conditioning on for our comfort (it was 32 celcius). The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The hosts left us some welcoming treats and a very informative guide for our stay. The water view and the camp fire location right on the water's edge were to die for. There is plenty of room in the common area so we were not bumping in to each other. The three sets of sliding doors in the common area allowed for spectacular views and lots of light. The air-conditioning was very effective and kept us cool in the hottest weather. Used stove, BBQ, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot, kettle, toaster and everything worked great. The decor is very modern and bright. The road in is a bit bumpy, and it was out of the way for our visit to Montebello for golf but we were aware that it would be. What we did not count on was that we were going before St-Jean Baptiste day so most restaurants were closed in the surrounding areas but we took advantage of the facilities and ate in. Really nothing to complain about at all.
