Ivanina (10/5): Excellent - Great location, very clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The host even provided fresh fruits and several bottles of water in the fridge, which was a very thoughtful touch. Free parking is available about 5 minutes away, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

Paternò (10/5): Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo :) - Posizione ottima, abbiamo trovato in frigo tante bottiglie di acqua e anche della frutta fresca. Camere ben pulite, due bagni puliti. Tutto perfetto. In meno di 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro.

The house is clean, cozy, and well-kept. Finding the keys was simple, and Nicola was always helpful and easy to reach. The location is perfect, close to both the harbor and the town center. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Anonymous (9/5): Wonderful location, hosts, and amenities for any length of stay in Old Town Chania - Casa Nicolas is very well located, close to the main area of shopping and restaurants in the Old Town but very quiet, a perfect combination! The fixtures and amenities are all new and modern, and the showers, washing machine, refrigerator, and A/C all worked well. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The only thing we missed would maybe be an extra sheet or blanket for the bed, so really nothing significant that we didn’t like!
