• Mandamitch (1/5): False advertising - This has to be the worst advertised property I've booked. It said 2 beds. It was actually 1 bed in 1 room in a shared house with a family. They had a dog that-not listed on the property details (too bad if you are allergic). We arrived & were put on the phone to discuss the property as the elderly couple there couldn't speak any English. Went in to look at it & when we asked about the 2nd bed we were told they could put a mattress on the floor for us. There was barely room to put a suitcase let alone a mattress on the floor plus or 2 suitcases. The house had an over whelming smell of cooking oil. When we contacted bookings they said they would sort it. That was in April we are now nearly in July still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
• Hardie (1/5): A absolute SH1THOLE - Nothing Mould in the shower. Unmade bed and looked used bed. Dirty dishes all over the kitchen bench. dirty used underwear on the bathroom floor. Mould and cob webs on the window sill and curtian. Wrong lick box pin number supplied. An asian living on ste who spoke little to no english. Absolutely bloody shocking. I want my $$ back. Spent a total of 10 minutes there. No way woukd we stay there. I have photos to show and proove my feed back. If this is a Booking.com recomended site i will not use them again it should not be made available even to a dog
• Bridget (1/5): Did not stay one night complained to booking.com nothing was rectified not even a small reimbursement had to find other - Room was ok but didn’t even stay one night. I’ve stayed at many BnBs and have never had a problem, have never had to share a bathroom with occupants . Very disappointed came all the way from Australia for a family emergency. Wasn’t stated that a family lived there with no English language spoken. Wasn’t stated that it was a shared bathroom. Photos looked nothing like real deal. No privacy unless you stayed in your room.
• Olivia (1/5): Dreadful place and inaccurate assessments of what is available when advertised. Stay well away is my advice! - Nothing! This is false advertising at its best and you do not get any of the facilities they say are on offer. The room smelled of cooked vegetable oil and bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. My advice is stay away!
• Patricia (1/5): Horrible, not quiet or relaxing - Nothing Not proper sheets on bed. Beside kitchen where owners spent the evening cooking and clanging pots and pans. Bathroom floor left full of water after owner. Worst experience ever

• Andrew (5/5): Had this been properly listed we would not have chosen to stay there. - Location and price. The listing seemed to misrepresent this property, which is actually one bedroom in a small house occupied by 4 other people. It was not comfortable using most of the amenities because they were often in use by the occupants who didn’t speak English. The shared bathroom was not always clean after use by the occupants. The listing said there were 2 beds but there was only one queen.
• Jim (1/5): I actually didn't stay, I found other accommodation - The location Bathroom was shared with a number of the houses inhabitants and noone on arrival could speak english. Later I met who I assume was Melinda who had good english.
• Cowan (1/5): Rubbish - Location only Tiny room, shared bathroom and kitchen with family. Linen was damp. Family were cooking in the kitchen when we arrived. Did not feel welcome. Lowest standard of accommodation i have ever encountered. Should not be on booking.com. luckily found a more suitable motel. Disgraceful.
• Kaori (4/5): Disappointing - Host and her family were so friendly. Explanation for the room on booking system was wrong . It said there are 2 beds, but there was only one king bed in the room. The sheet was not fit on the mat, so bare mat showed out often. And cooking facility, toilet, shower room were not clean.We needed wash with dish soap before use.

• Frances (8/5): Very good - Melinda was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The family generously provided me with dinner one evening. A very comfortable bed. When I made the booking I didn't know that I would be sharing a house with a family of six. Four adults and two teenage children. There was only one bathroom which was rather challenging. The room was also basic, with only a bed and a bedside table. Other Airbnb's I have stayed in have an armchair, mirror, a bedside lamp and either a wardrobe or a hanging rack. This room had none of these facilities
• Victoria (5/5): Ok. Clean and tidy but I felt weird during the stay and didn't really feel comfortable staying on. - Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. When booking, I realised this was a home stay, but didn't realise we would have a room in a house full of people. They were quiet and we didn't really interact but it felt a bit weird. The household was clearly in full use so the lounge and dining facilities didn't really feel available for use, ie there was someone napping on the couch. The bathroom wasn't an ensuite, it was a shared bathroom with the rest of the household. I felt the room was clean and tidy but next time if spend an extra $5 for a motel. Main annoyance was the room didn't have black out curtains.
• Fausta (4/5): Disappointing - Location The place was dirty. The bathroom was shared with 4-5 people in the house. Would be an issue if people need to use the bathroom at the same time. The place was not worth the price in my opinion.
