The building is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with a lovely park nearby for a walk, and just a few minutes from the center of Stavanger. Parking (paid) was very convenient. Accessing the apartment was very easy, thanks also to the precise instructions. The apartment was large, spotless, and equipped with every comfort! Thank you for hosting us!!!

• Karen Roya (8/5): Komfortabel og romslig leilighet med sentral beliggenhet, noe mangelfullt renhold og slitt utstyr. - Leiligheten var romslig og hadde god lagringsplass med mange muligheter for oppbevaring. Sengene var komfortable, standarden på leiligheten var generelt god, og de mange vinduene ga godt lys og gode muligheter for lufting. Beliggenheten var også et stort pluss for oss, da den fungerte som et sentralt og praktisk utgangspunkt for en helg i Stavanger og gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Tilgang til vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Kjøkkenutstyret var et greit utgangspunkt for å klare enkel matlaging/servering. Hadde vært greit med et fat større en middagstallerken, for servering. Samt et mer mobilt/nettere skjærebrett. Noen områder bør forbedres. Dekktøy var mangelfullt i forhold til sengekapasitet (bestikk, glass og tallerkener.). De to stekepannene var ødelagt - søppel. På badet var det håndholdte dusjhodet skadet og sprutet vann gjennom sprekker i flere retninger. Renhold fremsto bra ved første øyekast, men ved nærmere ettersyn var det skittent i flere skuffer, og det var betydelig mengde stø og gammelt smuss under sengene på soverommene. Da vi flyttet en seng inntil veggen, fant vi både gammelt søl og et tykt lag med støv , noe som tyder på at det ikke rengjøres regelmessig under sengene. Samme med kjøkkenbordet, mye smuler og smuss under sokkel. Plisségardinene virket å være av god kvalitet, men flere av dem var skadet eller slitt, og enkelte var såpass ødelagte at de burde vært reparert eller byttet ut. Positivt at det finnes støvsuger og feiekost tilgjengelig, men disse virket lite vedlikeholdt. Støvsuger var lite innbydende med tykt lag gammelt støv og skitt på munnstykket. Feiebrettet var ikke tømt etter tidligere bruk. Et annet minus var at parkering måtte betales separat etter bestilling. Med tanke på at det var god plass på området, ville det vært mer kundevennlig om en parkeringsplass var inkludert i oppholdet, med eventuell ekstra kostnad for gjester som hadde behov for flere biler.

• PeterGriffin23 (4/5): - Location and space are great. Kitchen usable (but expect minimum cooking stuff). Shower fine. 1. The listing shows a baby cot is available on request. We requested it in the booking (it's a checkbox), and I even followed up with an additional message through booking reiterating this. Upon arrival there was no cot, however. Suspecting a mistake, we tried to contact the owners/operators, via Booking, via telephone, unable to reach them until later in the evening. The lady on the phone then tried to argue that I did not request the cot, and that I "did not pay for it", which indeed I didn't because they never responded to our request in the first place. In the end we had to improvise a little baby bed on the floor for our little one, boxing a mattress in between other beds. Not a great experience. 2. Cleanliness. It was very poorly cleaned, only superficially. There was dust everywhere still, even what looked like vomit on the wall behind one of the beds. Shower was OK. Huge stains on the couch (from..?). My girlfriend spent the first few hours the next morning cleaning the apartment, just to make it bearable.

Nok av rene håndklær og såper. Jeg savnet en klut på kjøkkenet, hadde gjort det enklere å tørke av bord/benk etter måltider. Og så savnet jeg en liten fjøl til å skjære på så hadde jeg sluppet å vaske den store hver gang. Men dette er jo bare bagateller :)

• Eiane (6/5): The apartment has great potential and a fantastic location, but cleanliness and maintenance issues. - I loved the location! I’m from Stavanger, so I’m familiar with the area — Eiganes is such a great neighborhood: super central and safe, close to the city center but still quiet and private. The apartment had a gorgeous view of the trees through large windows and felt very Scandinavian and modern. It was spacious, with a big kitchen, a large dining table, and plenty of dishes. The beds were comfortable and felt very clean. The stove and dishwasher worked perfectly too. Overall, a great, comfortable stay! The apartment has great potential — spacious, modern, with a beautiful central location and large windows with lovely views. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining area are generous. However, we faced several issues during our stay. Finding the apartment by car was very difficult, even for someone familiar with the area, and clearer directions would help. Parking is charged 160 NOK per day despite many spots nearby. Cleanliness was disappointing: the floors and carpet were very dirty, the sugar container had bugs, the dish soap was extremely diluted, and the dishes appeared unwashed. The dryer did not work. With some attention to cleaning and maintenance, this property could be excellent.

Owners communicated promptly with any questions asked. They gave specific instructions on how to enter the property. Property was also close to the center of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Building doesn’t have the number “44” on it which made it difficult for our driver to find. That led to doubling the taxi fare as he had to drive around twice.

• Jeffrey (8/5): We had a comfortable stay. - It was comfortable and clean, and in a good location. One bathroom floor is heated. Because it is a basement apartment, it felt slightly cool and damp. There is not sufficient seating in the living room for six adults to sit comfortably.

• Barbara (10/5): Comfy and convenient modern retreat in the heart of Stavanger - This is a great location at the end of a quiet and private residential street. Parking is abundant and easy with a small daily charge. The flat has everything one could possibly need but not so much that it is cluttered. The beds and showers are very comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics, most of which are quite new. We did not use the washer/dryer, but I appreciated knowing that they were there along with a drying board, iron and ironing board. The heaters all worked well, but it would be nice to have had a short description for how to set them, although we were able to figure it out. Prior and during our stay, I had several questions for our host, who responded very promptly, kindly and professionally via email. We could not have been happier with this flat and its host. Five stars! Perhaps I missed it, but it would be nice to have a toaster in the kitchen.

• Barna (7/5): Good - The accomodation is close to shops, private parking is available on request and generally it is well equipped and lovely. We have stayed here last year, that is why we’ve booked here again (we loved it then so much). Unfortunately this time we had to start our stay by vacuum-cleaning because the carpet looked terrible and the bed cover had also some weird spots and stains on it. It is such a pitty because otherwise the apartment would be top notch.. :(

I didn't realise that the ground floor flat was actually below ground level so we were a little disappointed with the windows/view/light so watch for that if you need but as I said it is a great flat and had everything we needed.

We stayed in Split Level Apartment which is on the second floor up a staircase. There is one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Large comfortable beds, soft sheets. Lots of space in the apartment. AC and heating. Great location- close to several bus stops, large supermarket (Extra Kannik) and museum with beautiful park. About 15 mins to the centre of Stavanger. Responsive host. Couldn’t fault it, perhaps a runner on the stairs of the apartment to help with slip hazards, but otherwise perfect.

• Kristen (8/5): Lovely apartment and stay. I would book it again! - Lovely location and the apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very nice to have the washing machine after hiking They need darker shades in the bed rooms and some hanging hooks in the bathroom.

• Phillip (9/5): Nice place - Well equipped kitchen. Super nice hosts who are really good at making you feel welcomed. They even leave little welcome presents which was super sweet. The area is very quiet but only 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Plenty parking around. All in all super nice place. One thing needs urgent fixing. The bed. It's done. Literally got back pain because it's so worn out. You roll into the middle because it's not even. Also note that the house has thin floors so you might hear people walking upstairs.

• Naomi (10/5): We had a spectacular time at the apartment. It really felt like a home away from home. - Everything! The apartment is really beautiful. And the host went the extra mile to provide all the needed appliances, beddings, etc for all the guests. We really enjoyed staying here. It’s also located in a central place and this made commuting easy for us. On our next trip to Stavanger, we are definitely rebooking this apartment.

Has Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, micro etc. plenty of dishes. Nothing really! Steep staircase leading to top floor might be difficult for some.

• Wowo (10/5): Highly recommended! - We got lucky due to off-season rates. This is 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment. It even has washing machine and dryer which we found very useful for our hiking trip. This apartment is located in very quiet and nice neighbourhood, by a small park. Walking distance to city center, Xtra supermarket, Kanelsnurren Eiganes bakery and Kannik bus stop. Very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended. We spent a week there and it was awsome :) nothing

• Andre (10/5): Beautiful property in a perfect location to explore Stavanger - Tanaz is an excellent host. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The apartment has plenty of parking and is a 10 minute walk into central Stavanger. The property is modern with 3 large bedrooms and two impressive bathrooms. I would highly recommend here as it’s perfect for a weekend if hikes and sightseeing (Pulpit Rock 45 mins away).
