El lugar estaba impecable, súper limpio y cuidado y al mismo tiempo es un sitio tranquilo para poder descansar. La casa no le falta ni un solo detalle, se nota que importa que estemos agusto con todas las comodidades posibles. Además, lo mejor de todo es la anfitriona que fue estupenda, super amable, atenta y siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a aquí cada vez que valla a malaga . Totalmente recomendable

• Gintaras73 (7/5): Way overpriced location with very minimal comfort and conveniences, could be ok for 1 night staying - Clean, stylish, nicely decorated appartment. Air conditioning works fine. Welcoming hospitality was touching, also the host shared through Whatsapp lot of usefull info where to eat, where to park, etc. In general, it was bearable for 1 night stay, but if longer there were too many triggers... Price: I think for 140 EUR/day this location is way overpriced. Location: Apartment located at the ground floor, at the sidewalk level - does not feel very confortable with window and curtains open. No possibility to park your car near by. You need to be quick to unload your stuff and park your car somewhere. Luckily the host adviced where to park near by (Plaza Babel), it was paid parking but fairly cheap, less than 1 EUR/h. Old town is within ~30min walking distance - doable, but quite too far for the night dinner walk. Comfort: Bedroom has no ventilation, no fan, no A/C, thus you need to keep the door open to the kitchen/living room - attention for parents travelling with your tribe :) The metallic frame of the coach in the living room was terribly squeaking - was ok for my kids, but for adults sleepless night is granted :( Cooker hood's exhaust is blowing out... inside the cabinet, that was quite a surprise. So don't expect any fresh air after frying your breakfast :) Bear in mind - no dishwasher, no laundry machine, no laundry dryer (in case you would need them).

• Leven (9/5): - Good value for money, it is 20mins walking distance to old town. Also there is a free parking possibility on the next street but you need to be lucky to get a spot. Apartment is clean, well designed and have good amount of facilities.
• Joanna (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Quiet area, super close to the train and bus station and Lidl. Apartment had everything that is needed for short or longer stay, was super clean and the owner was very nice and made me feel very welcomed and taken care off. She gave nice tips for restaurants and places to visit. Also the check in and check out was very convenient. Everything was great.

• morales zujeros (10/5): La tranquilidad lo mejor !! - Somos una pareja q nos gusta tener mas tranquilidad y estar como en casa y encontramos Agua viva mar y que decir , lo mejor q hicimos , esta super cerquita del centro a 15 minutitos andando , nada más entrar justo lo q queríamos , nos encantó muy limpio y cómodo y q decir de Dessire nos encantó el trato , una persona q ayuda en cualquier cosa q necesites y q vayas a necesitar de verdad esta estancia nos encantó y para las próximas volveremos !!😊 Nos gustó todo ✨
• Ines (7/5): - La limpieza y la anfitriona La ubicación. Que el dormitorio no tuviera ventilación, podrían abrir la cristalera del dormitorio para que entrar el aire acondicionado. Seguramente los apartamentos que no estaban en el bajo serían mejores al tener persianas. Siendo un bajo no podíamos abrir las cortinas porque no teníamos intimidad. La puntuación baja al no tener como otros apartamentos de ese precio algunos enseres de cocina como un frigorífico algo más grande, lavavajillas, horno, lavadora, y otro menaje En general muy bien salvo algunas cosas a mejorar

The location is perfect – just a short walk to the train station, possible to walk to the city center, beaches, and great restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy and very flexible for us. Thank you for this. We especially appreciated the small details like the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The host even left us a small cake as a welcoming gift. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone visiting Málaga and wanting to stay on this side of the city– I would happily stay here again!

Low cost parking (2 euros / day in may 2025) in the closest neighborhood.

• Razvan (10/5): Exceptional - Even not very close to downtown Malaga, the apartment is just 300 m from the Metro and bus stations and not even 200 m to two major supermarkets. Within 10 minutes you can reach the city center by metro/subway (3 stations). The street is one way and narrow, street parking is impossible, but you can always find a free lot within 200-300 m from the apartment. We did not miss anything in the apartment (maybe a sharp knife only or a bread-knife) and the host, Desiree, was very good comunicating and reacting to all our needs and questions. The flat is quite small and the bedroom and bed very tiny, but clean, on the groundfloor of a 2 storey-house. The first 3 nights of our stay were perfect, very quiet both inside and outside the building. During the 4th day, some other guests arrived and, having also kids, it was quite noisy till midnight. Desiree managed to solve this issue very soon. Unfortunately there are some works in a house close to the apartment that started at 8 in the morning. Of course, nobody can do anything about it, only people who plan to rest longer during their holiday maybe have to consider it. Did not bother us, it was just about the time we stood up as well.

Our hostess, Desiree made us feel so welcome with water, tea, coffee and snacks. She was easily contactable and gave us information about local restaurants and bars. Andresponded immediately to any questions we had. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and only recenety renovated. Oh and a teriffic shower and very comfortable bed. Nothing. Everything was good.
