Austin (3/5): Not an oasis and not beautiful - so really not value for money - Spacious Not fit for purpose - everything seems really aged. It looks like it has not been renovated since it was built some 30+years ago. Kitchen appliances really need replacement. Dishwasher rocks out when opening. Owner’s son was helpful in getting two defective lightbulbs to entrance replaced. Very little privacy due to nest temperature controls and camera with audio pickup. Need to be careful taking business calls inside front door, which is right by the camera and by the kitchen. A/C sounds like an old banging washing machine. We also had to post a $250 deposit before they would issue a code for the front door lock - not appreciated. Also, biblical quote over the fireplace about Jesus saving you - not appropriate for a business. Finally, the side security gate outside the side door to the kitchen had been clearly forced in the past but never repaired. So when the wind blew at night it would slam open and closed for hours at a time.

Michele (10/5): Exceptional - This house was just as beautiful and spacious as the pictures. It's relaxing, super clean, and had all the amenities. Fun games for the kids and the 2 hanging egg chairs in the back was the best place to hang out and relax. Definitely would stay again! Mahalo for being great hosts.

All the facilities were immaculate - everything you need for a stay is provided and there's also a great selection of games and activities on hand as well to keep you occupied. The comms with the hosts was brilliant - we were kept informed of everything all the time. The location is great - just far enough away from the main strip/ touristy areas that it's not busy all the time, but everywhere you'd want to visit is only a direct 20 minute highway journey. Highly recommended for families. Nothing.
Susana (1/5): Felt the whole transaction was a bait and switch. - Not sure, didn’t get a chance to stay there We didn’t even get a chance to stay because we felt deceived by the $200 cleaning fee which didn’t disclosed on the site or fine print. Even now, it still doesn’t show the cleaning fee. Property manager won’t work with me on cleaning fee!
