- Joshua (10/5): Wonderfully maintained and fully equipped house. - Impeccably clean and very well equipped for our stay. Modern throughout but felt like it had history. The host was so kind to us and checked that we were comfortable. It is right next to a pub, so if you don’t like noise, it can be a little loud. We didn’t mind though.
- Emma (9/5): - The location of this property is perfect. It's near the train station, city centre , The Lanes and the beach. Perfect for accessing the city. It's beautifully decorated and Sang is a very attentive host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

- Nicholas (10/5): Cool stylish roomy flat, with great beds and a fun vibe - The bed was super comfy. Amazing location. We really appreciated there was a Brita jug at the house. Sang was an amazing host, we appreciated his kindness It exceeded our expectations and there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
- Paul (10/5): Brilliant Brighton - Location of the house was great. Right next to the station, a 2 minute walk to Trafalgar Street car park, and within minutes to great bars, cafes, restaurants & shops.
Host was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly & responsive to messages. Asked if we were happy with the accommodation & offered recommendations.
House was well appointed, comfortable & clean. My 2 friends (6ft+ males) were in the bunkbeds, both commenting how comfortable they were. The master bedroom was large, comfortable & roomy. The kitchen / dining area had all the amenities you'd require, and the living space was cosy.
Would happily recommend & return.
- Dawn (10/5): Ideal for transport and shopping. - Ideal location, right next to Brighton train station and The Lanes. Had everything we needed, our girls enjoyed the bunkbeds. It was well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, even curling tongs etc. There was a lovely design element to the interior, all done to a high quality. Would have liked a full length mirror downstairs.

The owner couldn't be there to meet us upon arrival but sent us a message before our stay about the check-in. He even was so considerate to text us to ask if we got in allright and if everything was ok.

- Lynn (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (9/5): Perfect location and very comfortable and pleasant stay - Our host was very flexible with our arrival time (which changed by the hour!) and met us when we got to the property. Initially I was a bit concerned about potential noise as it is behind a pub, but that did not become an issue at all despite us staying Friday and Saturday nights. The location of the property really could not be better, it's a stone's throw from the station and a short walk to the beach and all of Brighton's nightspots. Food is available nearby in lots of places and several supermarkets. There is no parking so bear that in mind if you're driving, but if you're going to Brighton by train (and you don't want to drive in Brighton anyway, trust me) it's absolutely perfect.
First night was a little bit cold but our host brought us blankets (and some extra towels) on request, they were very responsive and accommodating. Everything in Brighton is expensive, but that's not this property's fault!
- Marlow (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional - Very well finished house in a perfect location close to the train station and north lanes. Host was super helpful and communication was top notch.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - The property is immaculate, so close to the train station and lots of lovely bars and restaurants! Sang was available before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was OK! I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and will be back when I am next in Brighton.
- Elena (10/5): Highly Recommended. - The house was very clean.
There was tea,fresh water,oil,spices,coffee.
A book with the best places to visit and eat .
Sang is very polite and nice.
He was waiting at the house ,to explain everything to us.
We loved the site . Is ok .
- Michael (10/5): It was brilliant, a clean property that looked great and assisted by a very helpful host. - The house is extremely stylish with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The whole property is organised nicely, utilising the space well and everything is clean and tidy. The location is great as well. Nothing- it was ideal.
