The right place to enjoy a glass of champagne in the evening! - The location is gorgeous, the sea and the marina in front of the balcony - and everything you need along the street - restaurants, bars, shops. Everything very elegant, clean and comfortable. The noise of the street in the night time, maybe the only inconvenient - but how could you avoid the noise in such a location?

• Tamas (10/5): - I really liked that there were current books and publications about Thessaloniki and the Halkidiki Peninsula neatly arranged on the shelf. The second bathroom could also contain a shower.

• Markus (4/5): Beautiful apartment in theory, but noisy, poorly maintained, and managed by an untrustworthy host who entered the flat w - The apartment itself could actually be a beautiful place to stay – it has three spacious bedrooms and a nice layout, with a lovely view towards the water. The location could be wonderful, but unfortunately it is right next to a very busy main road. The constant traffic noise is loud day and night. The windows are said to be soundproof, but as soon as you open one even slightly, the noise becomes almost unbearable. During our stay, there was also heavy construction work right next to the building, starting every morning around 8 a.m. with a jackhammer. Sleeping in was impossible, and none of this was mentioned before our arrival. Inside, the apartment appears beautiful in the pictures, but in reality it feels quite worn and aged. Many elements are tired and poorly maintained. It’s clear that a lot of money is earned here, but very little is invested in keeping the place in good condition. We also found several maintenance and safety issues: loose electrical cables hanging from the ceiling, switches not working, a leaking shower, a broken toilet seat, missing toilet paper holder, and an old refrigerator stored on the balcony. The kitchen equipment is minimal and doesn’t match the number of guests the apartment can host. Even the large sofa, which looks nice at first glance, is so worn out and sagging that when you sit down, you literally sink into it. It’s uncomfortable and in urgent need of replacement. The biggest problem, however, was that someone entered the apartment without our permission while we were away. The host later admitted that a technician had been inside, supposedly to check the heating. We later noticed that this person had also been in the bedrooms, as the air conditioners there were turned on. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety. After our departure, the host accused us of damaging the heating system, which is completely false. The heating wasn’t working when we arrived, and it was only fixed after the unauthorized visit. These accusations are unacceptable and very unpleasant to deal with.

• N&S aus Nürnberg (5/5): Eher als Notlösung gedacht, wenn es etwas mit viel Platz sein muss. - - Die Lage und die Parkplatzsituation waren toll. Die Wohnung war gut geschnitten und wir fanden es gut, dass die Schlafzimmer "hinten" sind. - der Meerblick ist eher ein Schiffblick und bisschen Meer. Vielleicht übertreiben wir, aber in einer anderer Wohnung (ca. 2 km entfernt) war der Meerblick unglaublich...vorallem verbunden mit dem Sonnenuntergang. - Leider war die Ausstattung in der Küche mager. Der Abfluss schien verstopft, denn wenn die Spülmaschine lief, kam alles durch den Abfluss raus. - das "kleine" Badezimmer war nur auf Sichtweise geputzt...Das bedeutet, dass hinter der Tür Dreck, Haare usw... waren; die man nur sah, wenn man die Tür für den Toilettengang zugemacht hat. - Trotz keiner(!!) Berechnung von den 3 Kinder (unter 18 Jahren) fanden wir den Preis für 6 Nächte echt teuer. - Mehrere Lichtschalter ohne Funktion, sowie WLAN ohne Leistung.

• Danai (6/5): Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt - ich persönlich fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht - Die Betten war sehr bequem. Super Matratzen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar groß aber die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen-wie zum Beispiel Schränke, Sofa Küche.

• Chavdar (10/5): A great spot to stay in Kalamaria - The apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished. It's located on a lively boulevard with many cafes and eateries. It's equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. The floor heating worked great (we stayed in January). Beds were really comfortable. Self check-in was convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean. The great view goes without saying. Everything was just as pictured. A few limitations to keep in mind when booking: - Only one shower. - Street parking is free but hard to find. - Street noise is noticeable if you open the windows facing the boulevard for fresh air (it's very quiet when the windows are closed).

• Rami (10/5): great place to stay at kalamaria ! - the apartment is just perfect! everything was amazing, the view is spectacular and there is balcony all over the place. great location at kalamaria and only 15 min drive from airport. air conditioning at all rooms including living room. we really enjoyed our stay there and defiinatly will come back! the could put some tablets for the disher machine at the kitchen and to have some basic things at kitchen (like salt, pepper and oil) but its really didn't effect our perfect stay there

• Francesca (10/5): Exceptional stay at Champagne Sea View Apartment - Me and my family (a group of 6 adults) visited Thessaloniki this August and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Communication with the owners was effortless and quick, and the check-in process was super easy.. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped, filled with plenty of natural light, and incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location couldn't be more perfect—right in front of the marina with beautiful views. There are fantastic restaurants and lively bars just across the street, and commuting is easy with buses and taxis readily available. The neighborhood is not only very safe but also offers pleasant walks, with grocery stores conveniently close by. Plus, the city center is just a short distance away. This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
