Căsuțele nu sunt izolate cum trebuie. Noaptea a fost foarte frig înăuntru. Mâncarea la restaurant mult prea scumpă pentru gustul destul de mediocru.

Personalul foarte amabil Dacă nu ești atent riști să ratezi intrarea spre Zaga Zaga din drumul principal deoarece indicatorul este foarte minuscul și nu se zărește. Bucata de drum de acces spre satul Zaga Zaga este plină de gropi iar piatra așternută nu este ceea ce trebuie. Praf foarte mult pentru 4 stele. Dacă se poate extinde satul Zaga Zaga, atunci se poate face și drumul. Perdelele din căsuțe sunt transparente și înguste riscând să fii expus. Micul dejun din ziua de Paște a fuzionat cu masa festivă de Paște. Micul dejun trebuia să aibă rolul lui iar masa de Paște trebuia să fie separată.

Sergiu was especially helpful in giving us tips were to visit in the area. There was nothing we didn’t like, but maybe being able to order drinks with room service would be a plus.

• Adrian (8/5): Landscape and accommodation met our expectations. - The location is amazing and what was created by combining land, water and vegetation is excellent for experiencing nature. The cottage met our expectations. The transportation from parking area to cottage by horse drawn carriage was very pleasant. The restaurant was nice, with big glass windows and relaxing view to green area. The breakfast was very good. Serving the dinner in the restaurant was a bad experience. Waiters/waitresses were fully dressed in black (funeral feeling), menu was very poor (both food and drinks), dishes were with common taste (pub like) and too many flies were around the table disturbing the dinner (incredible and unacceptable).

• Raluca (5/5): Not worth the money! - The location is indeed beautiful, surrounded by nature. You have a lot of facilities to choose from (extra tax of course) so you cannot be bored there. Also the breakfast was great! A lot of options and very tasty. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the privacy it offered (a reason we chose it). I'd say it is very expensive for what they offer! I would start with the false advertising about the fishing possibilities. We only learned at the location that you may fish, but you physically cannot since we had like 3 meters of water in front of our cabin and boats coming and going throughout the whole day. I want to mention also the cleanliness during the stay. They would only empty the trash can, nothing more. You must clean your own glasses or cups. Also, no refills for coffee and tea, which I found very unusual. We were given 2 each for the whole 5 nights! We were also disappointed that, although they knew we were on our honeymoon, not even a congratulations was offered! Not the smallest gesture! My conclusion is that it's worth maybe half the price for what they offer!

• Aura (9/5): Biking, fishing and relaxation - We stayed in a house on the shore of The Big Lake. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good conditions for fishing. We ordered lunch from restaurant “La Iaz” and took lunch on the terrace. Also we enjoy biking around lakes. There were many activities for children. Coffee machine in the room is not the best option. It don’t work properly.

• Monica A.Ned. (8/5): - Locul minunat, insa mai au ceva de lucru la organizare. Potentialul este mare si probabil ca vor imbunatati. Mancarea lasa mult de dorit. Am avut asteptari mari, firesti zic eu conform prerurilor, dar sincer, ma bucur ca nu am stat mai mult de 2 nopti. Variantele sunt limitate in meniul a la carte, iar gustul si modul de preparare nu pot sa spun ca a fost pe placul nostru(6 persoane..) si nici corect pe alocuri...mai ales ca e o locatie dedicata vacantelor cu copii. Ar fi recomandat un meniu adecvat copiilor cu portii adaptate lor. Deci la bucatarie sunt minusurile, in rest...all good!

We particularly enjoyed the comfortable, unique cottages, many with lovely lake views. The excellent outdoor pool and the delicious food at the restaurant also stood out. The friendly and attentive staff made the experience truly pleasant.
