• Giorgio (10/5): Molto soddisfatti - Posizione ottimale, vicinissima alla Metro, pulizia eccellente, quartiere molto tranquillo e fornito di tutto il necessario: supermercato, farmacia, ristorante, bar. L'appartamento è ben curato e lo stabile molto riservato. Bagno non finestrato e senza presa d'aria... Ma non è un grande problema.

• Silvi Tanev (10/5): - The place is really good, there is everything needed for a good stay. The location is top, near the metro and bus stations. The neighbor is safe. One huge advice, start cleaning the rooms, I have never seen 5 days without cleaning anywhere in any hotel in the world.
• Micaela (4/5): No recomiendo ir solo.inseguro - Muy limpio La ubicación en un punto muy inseguro, en la noche entró una persona 2:40 am gritando el nombre de un chico, yo sola. Lo comenté con el hotel ni pidieron ni disculpas ni nada. No hay recepción denoche y eso es un peligro ya que si alguien deja abierto puede entrar cualquiera. Si viajas solo no recomiendo

• gessica (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Valencia! - Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per quattro giorni a metà Maggio 2026 e ci tenevamo a registrare un riscontro più che positivo. La camera si trova in una locazione strategica vicino a metro e fermata dell’autobus, supermercato e tutto quello che una famiglia può avere necessita per un Bra e soggiorno a Valencia. Per quanto riguarda la stanza ci siamo chiesti più volte se fossimo i primi ospiti ad occuparla talmente era pulita e ben organizzata. Letti confortevoli, super attrezzata e bagno spazioso. Riscontro in generale piu che positivo! Nulla da dire

• Jessica (10/5): Raccomandato - Struttura nuova, appartamenti molto comodi, dotati dell’utensileria base, letto comodo, posizione vicina alla metro (3 min a piedi) personale molto gentile e disponibile. Quartiere tranquillo, zona silenziosa nelle ore notturne Forse una paletta e una scopa in appartamento avrebbero fatto comodo, è anche vero che non abbiamo provato a chiederle in reception

• Valeria (9/5): Muy correcto, para repetir - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Dejaron algunos detalles de cortesía como cápsulas de café y una botella de agua. Había dispensadores de jabón en ducha y lavabo. Había mucho espacio de almacenaje. La zona era muy tranquila, y aunque la ventana estaba a pie de calle, pasó muy poca gente. El sofá cama no estaba mal (éramos 3 personas y 2 durmieron en la cama de matrimonio) pero podría ser más cómodo. Crujía bastante al moverse. La zona está justo entre la playa y el centro. Para llegar cómodamente a los sitios, mejor usar transporte público (está bien comunicado), aunque es verdad que nosotras pudimos llegar andando a la playa (unos 30 minutos) y al centro de Valencia (unos 40). Es decir, es un barrio un poco alejado de las zonas que pueden ser de interés turístico, hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

• Ralitsa (9/5): Удобно и чисто място с отзивчив персонал - Нов и чист апартамент с голяма удобна баня. В кухнята има всичко необходимо, леглата са удобни. На 5 минути от метрото, което стига до летището и центъра. Всички хотелски стаи са разположени на приземния етаж. Ако стаята ви гледа към вътрешния двор не е проблем, защото прозорците са с решетки. Но нашата гледаше към улицата и постоянно минаваха хора и коли, заради което с еналожи денонощно да сме на спуснати завеси и лампа.

• Iuliana-Gabriela (9/5): Excellent, totally recommend - The studio was clean, very well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. We appreciated that we've been waited with water and had coffee capsules at disposal. The location is also very good, close to Ayora metro station and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms have a poor sound proof and you can hear everything from the hallway and from the neighbours.

• aKrcek (8/5): Lepi, moderni apartmaji na dobri lokaciji - Enostavnost dostopa ne glede na uro. Lokacija je dobra, saj je blizu plaže hkrati pa tudi blizu mesta znanosti in umetnosti, kar je velika prednost. Tudi sama četrt je dokaj mirna in varna. Imeli smo okno nasproti šole, kjer je bilo med šolskimi dnevi kar glasno (sicer okrog osmih zjutraj se začne hrup), če kdo želi malo bolj dolgo spati je precej moteče.

• SOFIA (10/5): Μια υπέροχη ανάμνηση διαμονής στην πολύ όμορφη Βαλένθια - Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό δωμάτιο!! Κάθε τι μέσα στο δωμάτιο ηταν απόλυτα μελετημένο. Ακόμα και οι μπρίζες για φόρτιση!! Πολυ εξυπηρετικό το πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων!! Μηχανή Nespresso για καφέ, εξαιρετικής ποιότητας πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά!! Πολύ άνετο στρώμα και μαξιλάρια!! Επειδή τα δωμάτια είναι στον ισόγειο υπάρχει μια σχετική φασαρία από τους διερχομενους αν και η γειτονιά ειναι πολύ ήσυχη!!

• Stefanova (10/5): - Страхотен хотел. Локацията е чудесна, близо е до метро, магазини, ресторанти. Апартамента беше много чист и имаше всичко необходимо. Персонала беше много отзивчив и любезен. Пристигнахме много късно вечерта, но настаняването ни беше много лесно и удобно. Изпратиха ни цялата информация в деня на настаняването.

• Ladic (10/5): - Nastanitev, lepo moderno opremljeno,z vsemi potrebnimi pripomocki in aparati, prijazno in ustrezljivo osebje. Edina pomanjovost je bila neudobna druga postelja,katera je bila iz dvoseda.
• Sophie (10/5): - La décoration est moderne, l'appartement est très propre, on y trouve tout le confort. L'accueil est cordial. Le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement est très bien, proche du métro et des bus, à mi chemin entre le centre historique et la plage. La cuisine était plutôt bien équipée mais il y avait pile 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux et 4 cuillères à soupe/4 cuillères à café, pour 4 personnes. Ça aurait mérité d'avoir un peu plus de couvert. En revanche, contrairement au lit, le canapé lit manquait de confort.

• Ivana (10/5): A Gem in Valencia - Great stay in an excellent location. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. It’s very close to the metro, which made getting around the city quick and easy. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Overall, a fantastic choice and we would happily stay here again.

Lokacija tudi super - plaža, center in nekatere znamenitosti so dostopne peš, okolica je mirna. V bližini so trgovine, prijetni lokali, metro postaja. Priporočamo izposojo koles, ki je tudi na voljo blizu.

• Tomislav (10/5): Mooi, ruim, uitgebreid appartement - Het was een net en ruim appartement. 5 minuten lopen van de metro, 25 minuten van ciudad de las artes en ongeveer 30 minuten naar het strand. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast en diepvries. Je kreeg er ook vaatwastabletten en wasmiddeltabletten erbij. Een nadeel was dat er in de nacht bij de deur een lampje aan was wat best veel licht gaf. Ook is het redelijk gehorig, maar hierdoor zouden we het niet laten het nog eens te boeken als we ooit nog naar Valencia zouden gaan.

Tornerò sicuramente! - Pulizia impeccabile, cucina completa di ogni accessorio, sale, olio, zucchero , caffè e una bottiglia di acqua. Doccia super, letto comodo, posizione buona, supermercati e bar vicini e anche noleggio bici nella strada principale. Personale molto disponibile e gentile,risposte immediate anche su whatsapp. Consigliatissimo! Peccato che gli alloggi sono al pianterreno ma ne ero consapevole!
• Jamie (8/5): Toplocatie, goeie prijs! - Super goede locatie. Op wandelafstand van de metro waarmee je op 10min in oud centrum bent. Je kan wandelen naar het park/musea’s, zee. Maar ook openbaar vervoer vlakbij en fietsverhuur om de hoek. Comfortabele bedden, keuken alles aanwezig. Ook 1 afwastablet en 1 wasmachine tablet. Geen oven. Spijtig dat er geen balkon aan het appartement is. Ook dachten we het appartement te boeken met aparte slapen aangezien we met klein kindje reisden is dit handiger maar we hadden de grote studio met open kamer.

It's very nice that after check out you can still wait in the lobby and use the toilet, especially important when you are with the baby and you have late flight.

Este dotat cu masina de spaalat vase, rufe, cuptor cu microunde, expressor Nespresso 🥰 Este foarte curat si personalul amabil. Pozitionarea apartamentului: la maxim 5 minute de mers pe jos de metroul Ayora si 35 min de aeroport, cu metroul. -

Ca nu se face curatenie la un sejur de 6 zile . ( aspirat, mop sau schimbat de asternuturi. Se face curat doar dupa 7 zile de stat in locatie.
